Abstract

Eine Gardinenstange, die in Haltern aufgenommen ist, wobei mindestens in ein Ende (3) der Gardinenstange (1) eine Fassung (6) für eine Lampe (10) oder ein anderes Leuchtmittel eingesetzt ist und eine von der Fassung (6) abgehende elektrische Anschlußleitung (9) auf die Außenseite der Gardinenstange geführt ist. Das technische Problem ist es, die Fassung stabil und formschlüssig zu halten und die Raumbeleuchtung zu optimieren. Die Fassung (6) greift mit einem Außengewinde (7) in ein Innengewinde (4) des Stirnendes (3) ein oder ist in das Stirnende einsteckbar, und das Außengewinde (7) nimmt eine Leuchtenanordnung (11) und eine Haltevorrichtung (12) für dieselbe auf.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gardinenstange, die in Haltern aufgenommen ist, wobei mindestens in ein Ende der Gardinenstange eine Fassung für eine Lampe oder ein anderes Leuchtmittel eingesetzt ist und eine von der Fassung abgehende elektrische Anschlußleitung auf die Außenseite der Gardinenstange geführt ist.
Derartige Gardinenstangen sind im Dekorationsbereich angebracht. Die Gardinenstange ist als Rohr, als Profil oder als massiver Stab ausgebildet.
Die US 5412553 A beschreibt eine Gardinenstange der gattungsgemäßen Art. Dort wird die Fassung in die Gardinenstange eingesteckt und durch einen Sprengring gehalten. Die Festigkeit ist dadurch begrenzt.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Fassung stabil und formschlüssig zu halten und die Raumbeleuchtung zu optimieren.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß die Fassung mit einem Außengewinde in ein Innengewinde des Stirnendes eingreift oder in das Strinende einsteckbar ist und daß das Außengewinde eine Leuchtenanordnung und eine Haltevorrichtung für dieselbe aufnimmt.
Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als die Gardinenstange als Fassungshalter und Leuchtenträger bzw. Leuchtenhalter ausgenutzt wird. Damit läßt sich eine möglichst direkte Beleuchtung der Gardine bzw. des umliegenden Dekorationsbereichs erreichen. Die Gardinenstange eignet sich zur Aufnahme der Fassung. Die elektrischen Anschlußleitungen lassen sich innerhalb der Gardinenstange weiterführen. Die Fassung selbst wird sicher gehalten.
Eine variable Beleuchtung wird dadurch ermöglicht, daß die Leuchtenanordnung ein Leuchtenschirm, ein Leuchtenreflektor oder ein anderes lichttechnisches Element ist.
Eine einfache Ausbildung wird dadurch erzielt, daß die Haltevorrichtung für die Leuchtenanordnung ein Schraubelement, eine Mutter oder ein Steckelement ist.
Eine sichere Führung der elektrischen Teile wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Fassung eine Anschlußvorrichtung aufnimmt, von der eine Anschlußleitung durch einen Schlitz der Wandung der rohrförmigen Gardinenstange geführt ist.
Eine flexible Beleuchtung wird dadurch möglich, daß die Fassung einen biegsamen und/oder gelenkigen Abschnitt umfaßt.
Eine andere Montage ist derart möglich, daß die Fassung mit einem Innengewinde ein Außengewinde des Stirnendes übergreift.
Eine direkte Halterung der Leuchtenabdeckung wird dadurch erreicht, daß das Außengewinde einen Leuchtenschirm und eine denselben haltende Mutter aufnimmt. Der Leuchtenschirm kann aus Glas, aus Draht, aus Metall oder aus Kunststoff bestehen. Optische Wirkungen lassen sich durch Reflektoren. Gläser oder Dekorationsmotive erzielen.

Die Zeichnung zeigt das Endteil 3 einer rohrförmigen Gardinenstange 1, die in einer Halterung 2 aufgenommen ist. Die Halterung 2 ist z.B. als Schrauböse ausgebildet und an der Wand befestigt. Im Endteil 3 der Gardinenstange 1 ist ein Innengewinde 4 ausgebildet. In der Wandung der Gardinenstange 1 ist in einem Abstand von der Stirnfläche ein Schlitz 5 ausgebildet.
Eine zylinderförmige Fassung 6 weist ein in das Innengewinde 4 passendes Außengewinde 7 auf. Eine Bohrung der Fassung 6 nimmt in einer Anschlußvorrichtung 8 elektrische Klemmen auf, die in Einzelheiten nicht dargestellt sind. Von der Anschlußvorrichtung 8 geht eine Anschlußleitung 9 ab, die durch den Schlitz 5 aus dem Inneren der Gardinenstange 1 herausgeführt ist. Die Anschlußleitung 9 kann in oder an dem Halter weitergeführt sein. Außerdem ist die Anschlußvorrichtung 8 mit einer Aufnahme für eine Lampe 10 ausgestattet. Es kann sich uni eine Steckaufnahme, eine Schraubaufnahme oder eine andere Aufnahme handeln. Die Lampe 10 kann einer Niedervolthalogenlampe, eine Hochvolthalogenlampe, eine Glühlampe oder ein andere Lampe oder ein anderes Leuchtmittel sein. Die Fassung 6 ist in die Gardinenstange 6 eingeschraubt oder eingesteckt. Die Fassung 6 kann auch die Gardinenstange 1 außen umgreifen.
Ein Leuchtenschirm 11 ist auf die Fassung 6 aufgesetzt und wird durch eine Mutter 12, die in das Gewinde 7 eingeschraubt ist, eine Schraubverbindung oder eine Steckverbindung gehalten. Der Leuchtenschirm 11 kann aus Glas, Metall, K.unststoff oder einem anderen Stoff bestehen. Der Leuchtenschirm kann optische Eigenschaften als Strahler, Reflektor oder dergleichen aufweisen.

Claims (5)

  1. Gardinenstange, die in Haltern aufgenommen ist, wobei mindestens in ein Ende (3) der Gardinenstange (1) eine Fassung (6) für eine Lampe (10) oder ein anderes Leuchtmittel eingesetzt ist und eine von der Fassung (6) abgehende elektrische Anschlußleitung (9) auf die Außenseite der Gardinenstance geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fassung (6) mit einem Außengewinde (7) in ein Innengewinde (4) des Stirnendes (3) eingreift oder in das Stirnende einsteckbar ist und daß das Außengewinde (7) eine Leuchtenanordnung (11) und eine Haltevorrichtung (12) für dieselbe aufnimmt.
  2. Gardinenstange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leuchtenanordnung ein Leuchtenschirm (11), ein Leuchtenreflektor oder ein anderes lichttechnisches Element ist.
  3. Gardinenstange nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtung für die Leuchtenanordnung ein Schraubelement, eine Mutter (12) oder ein Steckelement ist.
  4. Gardinenstange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fassung (6) eine Anschlußvorrichtung (8) aufnimmt, von der eine Anschlußleitung (9) durch einen Schlitz (5) der Wandung der rohrförmigen Gardinenstange (1) geführt ist.
  5. Gardinenstange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fassung einen biegsamen und/oder gelenkigen Abschnitt umfaßt.
