Claims (11)
- Ventilatoreinheit für Absaugsysteme. mit mindestens zwei Ventilatoren, welche jeweils mindestens eine Ansaug- und jeweils mindestens eine Abluftleitung aufweisen, und mit mindestens einer Zuleitung für die abzusaugende Luft, wobei in bzw. vor der oder jeder Zuleitung eine Filteranlage zur Reinigung von mit Spänen, Staub, Schadstoffen od. dgl. behafteten Luft angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Ansaugleitungen (24) aller Ventilatoren (7, 8, 9) und die oder jede Zuleitung (6) für die abzusaugende Luft in eine gemeinsame, luftdichte Saugkammer (18) münden.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Abluftleitungen (20) aller Ventilatoren (7, 8, 9) und mindestens eine Sammelabluftleitung (12) in eine gemeinsame, luftdichte Druckkammer (22) münden.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Abluftleitungen (20) der Ventilatoren (7, 8, 9) mit Rückschlagklappen (21) od. dgl. versehen sind.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Sammelabluftleitung (12) Einrichtungen zur Schalldämpfung angeordnet sind.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansaugleitungen (24) der Ventilatoren (7, 8, 9) mit Ansaugdüsen (17) od. dgl. allenfalls mit Schutzgitter versehen sind.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die luftdichte Saugkammer (18) durch ein Gehäuse (15) gebildet ist.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die luftdichte Druckkammer (22) durch ein Gehäuse (15') gebildet ist.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die luftdichte Saugkammer (18) und die luftdichte Druckkammer (22) durch ein gemeinsames Gehäuse gebildet ist, wobei die Saugkammer (18) und die Druckkammer (22) durch eine Wand (25) luftdicht voneinander getrennt sind.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheiten, insbesondere die Antriebsmotoren (16), der Ventilatoren (7, 8, 9) zumindest teilweise außerhalb des Gehäuses (15) angeordnet sind.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (15) und oder das Gehäuse (15') mit einem schalldämpfenden Material ausgekleidet oder umgeben ist.
- Ventilatoreinheit nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem oder jeden Gehäuse (15, 15') mindestens eine luftdicht verschließbare Öffnung (23) vorgesehen ist.
