Claims (11)
- Pumpe zum Fördern von geschmolzenem Blei oder geschmolzenen Bleilegierungen aus einem Schmelztiegel mit einem hohl ausgeführten Zylinder (1), der an seinem einen Ende mit einem Deckel (2) verschlossen ist, der ein Einund Auslaßventil für ein Druckmedium aufweist und an seinem dem Deckel abgewandten Ende mit einem Bodenteil (3) verschlossen ist, das einen Kanal (32) zum Ein- und Austritt des Bleis oder der Bleilegierung aufweist, in dem ein Ventil (33) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (1) kolben- und kolbenstangenlos ausgeführt und als Druckmedium ein reaktionsträges Gas verwendet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Druckmedium Stickstoff verwendet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (1) aus Stahl hergestellt ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (2) und das Bodenteil (3) mit dem Zylinder (1) verschraubt sind.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Zylinder (1) eine Sonde (11) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenteil (3) in der Nähe eines Bodens (71) des Schmelztiegels (7) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventil (33) über einen Pneumatikzylinder (4) betätigt ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventil (33) und der Pneumatikzylinder (4) über eine Betätigungsstange (51) und eine mit der Betätigungsstange (51) drehfest verbundene Welle (52) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pneumatikzylinder (4) an dem Deckel (2) befestigt ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe auf einem Rahmen (6) des Schmelztiegels (7) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckmedium aus dem Zylinder (1) durch das Ventil (21) über die Oberfläche des im Tiegel (7) befindlichen geschmolzenen Bleis oder der geschmolzenen Bleilegierung ausblasbar ist.
