Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß, der aus einem Körper und einem Deckel mit einer Griffmulde zum öffnen eines Verschlusses besteht. Die Griffmulde ermöglicht ein Unterfassen des Deckels, sein Anheben vom Körper und somit das Öffnen des Verschlusses.
Im Stand der Technik sind bereits Verschlüsse mit Griffmulden zum Öffnen bekannt. Diese sind entweder als Aussparungen unter dem Deckel im Körper des Verschlusses oder im Deckel des Verschlusses angeordnet. Auch ist es bekannt, durch elastisches Eindrücken eines Körpers eine Verriegelung zwischen einem Deckel und einem Körper zu lösen, wobei der Körper wieder in seine Ausgangslage zurückgeht.
Die GB-A-1 442 216 beschreibt einen Verschluß gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 mit einem Unterteil und einem Deckel, bei dem das Unterteil einen Wandbereich aufweist, der eindrückbar ist, wodurch der Rand des Deckels zum öffnen freigelegt wird. Ähnliche Verschlüsse sind in der FR-A-2 628 716 und der EP-A-379 775 beschrieben.
Demgegenüber liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Verschluß mit einer Griffmulde zum öffnen zur Verfügung zu stellen, die ein leichtes Abheben des Deckels vom Verschluß gewährleistet und vorzugsweise gleichzeitig als Originalitätssicherung dient, die ein erstmaliges Öffnen des Verschlusses anzeigt.
Bei der Lösung geht die Erfindung von folgenden Grundgedanken aus.
Ein Teil eines Verschlußkörpers ist radial eindrückbar und gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 in der eingedrückten Stellung fixierbar ausgebildet. Auf diese Weise wird unter dem Verschlußdeckel eine Griffmulde ausgebildet, die ein leichtes Abheben des Deckels ermöglicht. Der Deckel läßt sich erst nach dem Eindrücken des Teils öffnen.
In einer ersten erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform rastet das eingedrückte Teil dauernd und unlösbar am Verschlußkörper ein, wodurch die erstmalige Öffnung des Verschlusses angezeigt wird.
In einer weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform befindet sich vor dem erstmaligen Öffnen ein Indikatorplättchen, das den Verschlußdeckel vorzugsweise teilweise von außen umgibt, an dem eindrückbaren Teil. Beim Eindrücken des Teils wird das Indikatorplättchen abgerissen und somit zusätzlich das erstmalige Öffnen angezeigt.
In einer weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform befindet sich die Raststelle für das eindrückbare Teil im Deckel, und vor dem erstmaligen Öffnen ist ein Indikatorplättchen, wie bereits beschrieben, am eindrückbaren Teil angeordnet. Beim Eindrücken des Teils wird das Indikatorplättchen abgerissen und das eindrückbare Teil rastet im Verschlußdeckel ein. Beim Öffnen des Deckels geht das eindrückbare Teil wieder in seine Ausgangsstellung zurück, so daß es beim Schließen des Verschlusses wieder bündig am Deckel anschließt. Wiederholte Öffnungen des Verschlusses durch Anheben des Deckels sind erst durch wiederholtes Eindrücken des eindrückbaren Teils möglich. Auf diese Weise ist eine Kindersicherung ausgebildet, wobei jedoch die Originalitätssicherung durch das Indikatorplättchen gewährleistet ist.
Die Vorteile der Erfindung liegen in einer leichten Handhabung und einer verbesserten Originalitätssicherung des Verschlusses.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

In Fig. 1 ist eine erste erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform bei geschlossenem Zustand des Verschlusses dargestellt. Am Verschlußkörper 1 befindet sich ein eindrückbares Teil 3, das bündig an den Verschlußdeckel 2 anschließt. Das eindrückbare Teil 3 weist einen Vorsprung 4 auf, und am Verschlußkörper 1 befindet sich eine Aussparung 5, in die der Vorsprung 4 beim Eindrücken des Teils 3 einrastbar ist. Das eindrückbare Teil 3 ist Bestandteil der Wandung des Körpers 1 und ist vorzugsweise gegenüber dieser abgedünnt und äußerlich strukturiert oder gefärbt, um ein leichteres und ortsgebundenes Eindrücken zu gewährleisten. Des weiteren ist das Teil 3 vorzugsweise elastisch.
Fig. 2 zeigt das Teil 3 im eingedrückten Zustand. Dabei wurde durch z.B. Fingerdruck das abgedünnte Teil 3 radial nach innen bewegt, bis es mit dem Vorsprung 4 in die Aussparung 5 einrastet. Danach läßt sich der vorher nicht anhebbare Deckel 2 leicht z.B. durch Fingerdruck nach oben anheben und der Verschluß öffnen. In dieser Ausführungsform ist die Griffmulde nach der erstmaligen Betätigung des Verschlusses dauernd und nicht mehr lösbar ausgebildet. Nach dem erneuten Schließen zeigt somit die Griffmulde die erstmalige Öffnung an. Da sich der Verschluß vor dem Eindrücken des Teils 3 nicht öffnen läßt, bildet die Griffmulde somit eine Originalitätssicherung.
Die Figuren 3a und 4a sind Vergrößerungen des Griffmuldenbereichs der Figuren 1 bzw. 2. Fig. 3b ist eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 3a nach Abheben des Deckels 2 und Fig. 4b eine Draufsicht auf die Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 4a mit abgehobenem Deckel 2. In der Ausführungsform gemäß Figuren 3b und 4b ist das Teil 3 Bestandteil einer konvex geformten Wand des Verschlußkörpers 1. Das eindrückbare Teil der Griffmulde kann jedoch auch Bestandteil einer konkaven oder nicht gebogenen Wandung eines Verschlußkörpers sein.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine weitere erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform vor dem erstmaligen Öffnen des Verschlusses, wobei ein Indikatorplättchen 6 vorgesehen ist, das an dem eindrückbaren Teil 3 über mindestens eine Sollbruchstelle 6a befestigt ist und den Deckel 2 teilweise von außen umgibt.
Fig. 6 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 5 nach dem Eindrücken des Teils 3. Dabei wurde das Indikatorplättchen 6 durch den Deckel 2 abgeschert. Wie bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Figuren 1 bis 4b rastet das eindrückbare Teil mit dem Vorsprung 4 in der Aussparung 5 des Körpers 1 dauernd und unlösbar ein und bildet die Griffmulde für das Anheben des Deckels 2 aus. Das Indikatorplättchen 6 wirkt als zusätzliche Originalitätssicherung.
Fig. 7 zeigt eine weitere erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform mit abgehobenem Deckel im Fertigungszustand. Bei dieser Ausführungsform befindet sich die Aussparung 5 im Deckel 2. Das eindrückbare Teil 3 weist ein Indikatorplättchen 6 auf.
Fig. 8a zeigt einen Ausschnitt der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 7 im geschlossenen Zustand des Verschlusses vor dem erstmaligen Öffnen.
Fig. 8b zeigt die Griffmulde nach dem Eindrücken des Teils 3. Dabei rastet der Vorsprung 4 in die Aussparung 5 am Deckel 2 ein, und das Indikatorplättchen 6 wurde beim Eindrücken des Teils 3 durch den Deckel 2 abgeschert. Im Unterschied zu den erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsformen gemäß Figuren 1 bis 6 besteht bei dieser Ausführungsform keine dauernde und unlösbare Ausbildung der Griffmulde, da beim Anheben des Deckels 2 die Aussparung 5 von dem Vorsprung 4 abgehoben wird.
Fig. 8c zeigt die Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 8b nach dem Anheben des Deckels 2. Das elastisch ausgebildete Teil 3 geht nach dem Lösen des Vorsprungs 4 aus der Aussparung 5 in seine Ausgangslage zurück.
Nach dem erneuten Schließen des Deckels, wie in Fig. 8d dargestellt, kommt das Teil 3 wieder bündig mit Deckel 2 in Berührung. In dieser Stellung ist der Deckel 2 nicht anhebbar und kann erst nach erneutem Eindrücken des Teils 3 und Einrasten des Vorsprungs 4 in die Aussparung 5 vom Körper 1 abgehoben werden. Auf diese Weise wird auch nach der erstmaligen Benutzung eine unbeabsichtigte Öffnung des Verschlusses durch Unbefugte, z.B. Kinder, verhindert, und es wird zusätzlich zu einer Originalitätssicherung durch das Indikatorplättchen 6 eine Kindersicherung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die erfindungsgemäße Griffmulde kann aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polypropylen, hergestellt sein und in Verbindung mit einem Behälter für z.B. Körperpflegemittel, Haushaltsreinigungsmittel und verwandte Produkte oder pharmazeutische Erzeugnisse verwendet werden.

Claims (12)

  1. Verschluß bestehend aus einem Körper (1) und einem Deckel (2), wobei der Körper (1) ein Teil (3) aufweist, das eindrückbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil (3) in der eingedrückten Stellung fixierbar ist und eine Griffmulde zum Öffnen ausbildet.
  2. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil (3) elastisch ist.
  3. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil (3) mit mindestens einem Vorsprung (4) in mindestens einer Aussparung (5) fixierbar ist.
  4. Verschluß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Aussparung (5) am Körper (1) befindet.
  5. Verschluß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Aussparung (5) am Deckel (2) befindet.
  6. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil (3) bezüglich des Körpers (1) abgedünnt ist.
  7. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil (3) bündig an den Deckel (2) anschließt.
  8. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil (3) vor dem ersten Eindrücken ein Indikatorplättchen (6) aufweist, das beim Eindrücken des Teils (3) abreißt.
  9. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Öffnen des Deckels (2) das eingedrückte Teil (3) in seine Ausgangslage zurückgeht.
  10. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil (3) äußerlich strukturiert oder gefärbt ist.
  11. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus Polypropylen hergestellt ist.
  12. Verwendung des Verschlusses nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 in Verbindung mit einem Behälter für Körperpflegemittel, Haushaltsreinigungsmittel und verwandte Produkte oder pharmazeutische Erzeugnisse.
