Abstract

Description

罩子
本发明关于由一个本体和一个盖构成的罩子，盖子具有用于打开罩子的凹口。凹口使人们可从下面抓住盖子，从本体上拉起盖子，从而打开罩子。
从先有技术中人们已知道具有用于打开的凹口的罩子。这些凹口象一个开口或安置在罩本体上盖子下方或安置在罩子的盖上。人们也已知道通过弹性地下压本体使盖和本体解锁，其中本体返回到其原来的位置。
与上面不同，本发明的目的在于提供一种盖子，它具有用于打开的凹口，能确保易于将盖子从本体上提起，并通过对罩子已首次被打开过的指示同时为罩子提供安全性。
为达此目的，本发明基于下列基本概念。
罩子本体的部件能被径向下压，并固定或锁在压下状态。这样在罩盖下方形成一个使盖易于提起的凹口，盖子只有在部件下压后才能打开。
在本发明的第一个实施例中，下压部件永久地、不可拆开地与罩本体啮合在一起，由此可指示出罩子已被首次打开过。
在本发明的又一实施例中，在可下压的部件上提供一指示板，该板最好部分地围绕罩盖的外表面。当下压部件时，指示板裂开，因而顺带指出罩子已被首次打开了。
在本发明的又一实施例中，在盖上有可下压部件的锁定位置，在首次打开以前，在可下压部件上具有如已经描述的指示板。当下压该部件时，指示板裂开，可下压部件与罩盖贴合。盖子打开后，可下压部件返回原位，在盖子关闭时再次与盖子齐平。通过再次下压可下压部件就能通过提起盖子来打开罩子。这样这种罩子就可提供孩子用过的特征，然而其中的指示板能保证罩子的安全性。
本发明的优点在于易于处理并使罩子具有改进的特征指示。

图1表示本发明的第一个实施例，其中罩子处于关闭状态。在罩体1上具有与罩盖2齐平的可下压部件3。该可下压部件3具有凸件4，罩体1上具有开口5，当部件3下压时，开口5与凸件4啮合(锁紧)。可下压部件3是本体1的壁的一部分，它的壁厚最好比壁要减小一些，它的外表面具有纹理或染色以确保易于定位下压区。另外，部件3最好是塑料的。
图2表示部件3处于下压状态。在手指的压力下，具有减小厚度的部件3径向向内移动，一直移到使凸件4啮合在开口5中。此后一直不能打开的盖2可通过如手指的压力而容易地提起。在该实施例中，在罩子的第一次操作后，形成了永久的不可拆开的凹口。再次关闭后，凹口就指示出它已被打开过。由于在部件3下压前罩子不能打开，因此凹口就为罩子提供了安全性。
图3a和4a分别是图1和2的凹口区的放大图。图3b是图3a中盖2已提起的顶视图，图4b是图4a实施例中盖2已提起的顶视图。在图3b和4b的实施例中，部件3是罩子本体1的凸壁的一部分。然而，凹口的可下压部件可以是罩体凹壁或未弯曲壁的一部分。
图5表示本发明又一实施例在罩子首次打开前的情况，其中的指示板6通过至少一个确定的裂开点6a安置在可压下部件3上，并部分地围绕盖2的外部。
图6表示本发明图5实施例在部件3下压后的情况，此时指示板6已被盖2剪掉。如图1～4b所示的实施例一样，可下压的部件永久地不可拆开地通过其凸件4处于本体1的开口5中而锁住，因此形成了提起盖2的凹口。指示板顺带地为罩子提供了安全性。
图7表示本发明的又一实施例在盖子提起的生产状态的情况。在这个实施例中，在盖2上设有开口5，可下压部件3具有指示板6。
图8a是图7实施例的剖面图，表示罩子在首次打开前的关闭状态。
图8b表示在下压部件3后的凹口。凸件4与盖2的开口5啮合，在下压部件3时指示板6被盖2剪断。与本发明的图1～6的实施例不同，本实施例中凹口不是永久不变的，这是因为在提起盖2时，开口5从凸件4上提起了。
图8c表示图8b实施例在盖2提起时的情况，在凸件4和开口5解锁后，弹性部件3返回原位。
在盖再次关闭后，正如图8d所示，部件3再次与盖2齐平。在该位置，盖2不能提起，只有在部件3再次下压、凸件4与开口5啮合后才能从本体上提起。
这样，就可防止未经许可的人例如孩子首次使用不想打开的罩子，即使在打开后，除了由于具有指示板6具有安全性外，这种罩子还可提供孩子打开的特征。
本发明的凹口可用塑料最好是聚丙烯制成，并可用于如厕所用具、家用清洁剂和相关产品或医药产品的容器上。

Claims (12)

1.一种由一本体(1)和一个盖(2)构成的罩子，其中本体(1)包括一部件(3)，它是可下压的，并能固定在下压状态和形成用于打开的凹口。
2.权利要求1的罩子，其特征在于部件(3)是塑料的。
3.权利要求1或2的罩子，其特征在于部件(3)能由至少一个凸件(4)处于至少一个开口(5)内来固定。
4.权利要求3的罩子，其特征在于开口(5)开在本体(1)上。
5.权利要求3的罩子，其特征在于开口(5)开在盖(2)上。
6.权利要求1～5中任何一个的盖子，其特征在于部件(3)的厚度比本体(1)要减小一些。
7.权利要求1～6的任何一个的盖子，其特征在于部件(3)与盖(2)齐平。
8.权利要求1～7的任何一个的盖子，其特征在于在首次下压部件(3)之前包括一块指示板(6)，当部件(3)压下时指示板(6)裂开。
9.权利要求5～8的任何一个的罩子，其特征在于当打开盖(2)时，下压部件(3)返回原位。
10.权利要求1～9的任何一个的罩子，其特征在于构件(3)的外表面具有纹理或染色。
11.权利要求1～10的任何一个的罩子，其特征在于它是由聚丙烯制成的。
12.权利要求1～11的任何一个的罩子的用途，用于厕所用具、家用清洁剂和相关产品或医药产品的容器上。
