Abstract
Description
Ein so bspw. im Reisegepäck mitgeführtes Gebinde ist gegenüber Produktaustritt zugehalten. Auslösedruck durch mitgeführte Gegenstände ist im Sinne einer Freigabe wirkungslos. Weiter bringt die Erfindung in Vorschlag, dass das Sicherungsteil durch einen flaschenfest ausgebildeten Nocken als Transportsicherung sperr-und wiederfreigebbar ist. Ein solcher Nocken lässt sich am Hals der Flasche leicht ausformen; bevorzugt wird im Blasverfahren gearbeitet. Ein weiterer Schritt in Richtung einer Gebrauchszuverlässigkeit besteht darin, dass die nicht transportgesicherte Stellung des Verschlussunterteiles rastiert ist. So ist der aktivierbare Drehwinkelbereich definiert. Erreicht ist das mit einfachen Mitteln durch Zusammenwirken eines Rastvorsprunges und einer Arretierlücke an der Flasche bzw. dem Verschlussunterteil. Die Eingriffsrichtung ist bevorzugt radial orientiert. Günstig ist es, wenn die Rastmittel bezüglich des Verschlusses bzw. der Flasche spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildet sind. Die Betätigungsstellen sind winkelversetzt anordbar zu den Raststellen. Demgemäß erweist es sich als günstig, dass dem Verschlussunterteil in der Winkelhalbierenden der Rastmittel flaschenseitig Eindrückfreiräume zugeordnet sind zum abstemmenden Ausheben der Rastvorsprünge aus den Arretierlücken durch Verformen der Wandung des Verschlussunterteils.

Es kann sich um einen aus der Wandstärke ausgeformten Freiraum als Lücke handeln, so dass mantelwandseitig keine Abzeichnung vorliegt.

Claims (17)
- Verschluss (V) für ein Behältnis wie eine Flasche (1), mit einer Verschlusskappe (15) und einem Verschlussunterteil (9), wobei eine Originalitätssicherung (S) mit einem Sicherungsteil (19) vorgesehen ist, das zum Erstgebrauch in eine die verletzte Originalität kenntlich machende Lage zu versetzen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungsteil (19) aus einem die Verschlusskappe (15) frei durchsetzenden Sicherungsvorsprung (17) besteht, der an dem Verschlussunterteil (9) angebunden ist, dass der Sicherungsvorsprung (17) zur Aufhebung der Originalität in das Verschlussunterteil (9) zu drücken ist und dass in dem Verschlussunterteil (9) Rastelemente (R) ausgebildet sind, die mit dem eingedrückten Sicherungsteil (19) widerhakenartig zusammenwirken.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sicherungsvorsprung (17) nur willensbetont von Hand eindrückbar ist.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sicherungsvorsprung (17) mit einem Drucktastenabschnitt (18) im Originalitätszustand über eine umgebende Außenfläche (15') vorragend ausgebildet ist.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungsteil (19) im Originalitätszustand sowohl über ein Filmgelenk (22) als auch über eine Sollbruchstelle (23) mit dem Verschlussunterteil (9) verbunden ist.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filmgelenk (22) und die Sollbruchstelle (23) bezüglich des Sicherungsvorsprunges (17) gegenüberliegend ausgebildet sind.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungsteil (19) lang gestreckt ausgebildet ist und das Filmgelenk (22) und/oder die Sollbruchstelle (23) an einer Schmalseite ausgebildet sind.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungsteil (19) zur Zusammenwirkung mit den Rastelementen (R) einen Nocken (25) ausbildet.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungsteil (19) in einem Querschnitt senkrecht zur Schwenkebene (E-E) sich nach außen verjüngend ausgebildet ist.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastelemente (R) als in das Kappeninnere weisende Vertikalleisten (26) ausgebildet sind.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine freie Randkante einer Vertikalleiste (26) eine überlaufbare Überlappung (Ü) zu dem Bewegungsbereich des Sicherungsteils (19) stellt.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein unterer freier Rand (15') der Verschlusskappe (15) mit einem Versprung abschnitt (27) des Verschlussunterteils (9) fluchtet.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Originalitätssicherung (S) eine mit dem Sicherungsteil (19) zusammenwirkende, durch Drehung des Verschlusses (V) aktivierbare Transportsicherung (T) zugeordnet ist.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungsteil (19) durch einen flaschenfest ausgebildeten Nocken (29) als Transportsicherung (T) sperr- und wiederfreigebbar ist.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht transportgesicherte Stellung des Verschlussunterteils (9) rastiert ist.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch Zusammenwirken eines Rastvorsprunges (32) und einer Arretierlücke (33) an der Flasche (1) bzw. dem Verschlussunterteil (9).
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastmittel (32/33) bezüglich des Verschlusses (V) bzw. der Flasche (1) spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildet sind.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Verschlussunterteil (9) in der Winkelhalbierenden der Rastmittel (32/33) flaschenseitig Eindrückfreiräume (35) zugeordnet sind zum Ausheben der Rastvorsprünge (32) aus den Arretierlücken (33) durch Verformen der Wandung (34) des Verschlussunterteils (9).
