Definitions
- the invention relates to a one-piece hanger with a Hanger hanging area and at least two hanger legs for Picking up clothes, including those from the hanger hanging area outgoing first stirrup legs a first and has a second leg section, which by a are spaced on one side open intermediate area.
- hangers with two hanger legs and a hanger for hanging the bracket e.g. on a wardrobe rail known, with the hanger hook being weight-centered and is arranged above the stirrup legs and the stirrup legs arise from a branch at the lower end of the hanger hook and run out from that point.
- the whole Bracket is used to create weight symmetry except for details in the hook area essentially symmetrical in with respect to the vertical axis passing through the connection area between the hook and the thigh.
- Such hangers are used in addition to jackets, Coats and the like also for holding shirts, blouses, Dresses, sweaters and other high-necked and / or buttoned garments used.
- hangers are also known, which are unique, i.e. unbranched, are trained.
- the bracket runs usually starting from a hook area, which is weight-centered is formed, initially laterally to the outside form a stirrup leg, and then in a more or less wide arc horizontally across the vertical center line of the bracket in a horizontal orientation on the lateral opposite side, so that the second bracket leg in is essentially horizontal.
- Such hangers will usually used to hold items of clothing, which are easiest to store by they e.g. placed over a horizontally arranged support rod become.
- a hanger which is bent in a single way from a thick wire.
- This hanger is based on one designed as a hook
- a first leg section of a suspension area executed first stirrup leg, on which after a Bend about 180 ° a second leg section of the first Strap leg connects, which with the first leg portion forms a gap.
- the first leg section serves as a support for the item of clothing to be worn.
- the second leg section of the first stirrup leg goes after a bend in a second stirrup leg, which as a support for the garment on each other side of the hanging area.
- At the end of the second A small loop is provided to prevent damage of the garment through the wire end.
- This bracket also allows insertion into the neck area of a tightly fitting item of clothing, since the between the first and second leg portions of the first Bow leg formed gap for receiving the relevant Part of the neck and shoulder area of the garment can serve.
- the bracket shown in US-A-3,485,423 has the Disadvantage that this hanger, at least without clothing, does not hang horizontally. Because the one-way illustrated Formation of the bracket requires to form the gap between the first and second leg portions of the first Stirrup leg two parallel areas of the wire, whereas the second stirrup leg consists essentially of only one single section of the wire is made up. The same applies to the hanger described in FR-A-2 270 831.
- this hanger is bent from a wire, whereby in similar to that known from US-A-3,485,423 There is a gap serving as a threading area.
- gap is relative in the bracket according to FR-A-2 270 831 kept short and does not extend to the outside area of the bracket. Instead, there is an additional horizontal one lower third bracket leg provided, which the Connects outer areas of the first and second stirrup legs.
- This hanger is also due to the double amount of material on wire in the threading area in the unloaded or only do not hang the slightly loaded condition horizontally.
- the invention has for its object a hanger of the type mentioned to create the one as possible easy to hang up and down, especially high-necked Garments such as already buttoned blouses, shirts or clothes, allowed, a particularly gentle storage allows such garments and without them Equipped with a piece of clothing or with light Clothing hangs horizontally.
- a hanger according to the invention is the intermediate area between the first and the second leg section the first one adjoining the hanger area Bow leg formed as an incision or as a narrow gap.
- This makes it possible to have a high-necked garment, especially one already buttoned in the collar area Shirt to hang on the hanger, especially so the thighs through the neck opening into the sleeve openings insert without the neck or collar area of having to expand the garment by opening it.
- To the hanger according to the invention is e.g. on the hanger hanging area grasped with one hand and moved in such a way that the second stirrup legs adjoining the first stirrup leg through the neck or collar opening of the garment enters through a sleeve opening from the inside.
- bracket is moved in the same direction so that the neck or collar area of the garment in the intermediate area between the first and the second leg section of the first stirrup leg slides and then through one Swiveling the bracket of the first bracket leg completely inserted through the neck or collar opening of the garment becomes.
- bracket into the the first arm leg slides in the opposite direction from the inside into the other sleeve opening of the garment, that the garment is then on both hanger legs comes evenly into circulation.
- leg sections and the Intermediate area between the leg sections in such a way choose that the first leg section at least in the area the opening of the intermediate area over the second leg section is arranged and arises from the hanging area, the two leg sections lying in an outside End area are interconnected.
- the leg sections horizontally in the end region of the first stirrup leg arranged side by side and the leg sections in the Area where the first leg section is the hanging area arises be arranged vertically one above the other.
- the Transition of the vertical arrangement of the leg sections in Area of the hanger suspension area for horizontal arrangement the leg sections in the end region are preferably made monotonous. It is advantageous if the distance between the first and the second leg section substantially constant is. Depending on the application, it can also be advantageous the leg sections next to each other at the same height or the second leg section over the first leg section to arrange.
- the hanging area in a particularly simple embodiment as a hook element be formed, which according to the invention is weight-centered between the first and second stirrup legs is arranged.
- the hanger is empty or with one light garment hangs in balance, taking the Bow legs arranged essentially at the same height are.
- the hook element starting from a tip into one linearly formed shark area opens, the neck area subsequently in the first leg section of the first Bracket leg merges.
- the neck area can be used as a handle serve with one-handed threading of the stirrup legs and the hook element also facilitates coordination when pivoting the bracket during insertion into one Shark area of an item of clothing.
- the hanging area of the hanger according to the invention can but also adhesive organs, e.g. in the form of a suction cup for fixing on a smooth surface or a Velcro strip for fixing to a surface covered with textile.
- adhesive organs e.g. in the form of a suction cup for fixing on a smooth surface or a Velcro strip for fixing to a surface covered with textile.
- fixing elements with push buttons and Rolling elements such as those found in column hangers in laundries are common, conceivable.
- a third stirrup leg In addition to a shirt, blouse or the like It may be necessary to be able to accommodate additional clothing and be useful to provide a third stirrup leg. This preferably closes in the outer end area of the second stirrup leg, the angle to second stirrup leg and the length of the third stirrup leg are chosen such that the third arm leg in is oriented substantially horizontally, towards the End region of the first stirrup leg points and between the end regions of the third and first stirrup legs a small distance, e.g. in the form of a gap, results.
- the second stirrup leg has an outer end area, which is easy bent down and using a parallel feedback is designed in the manner of a loop.
- This loop can circular, parabolic or elliptical his. If the intermediate area of the first stirrup leg and the loop-shaped formed with the return End region of the second bracket leg with respect to one horizontal cutting plane essentially symmetrical to each other are formed, this leads to the end regions the stirrup legs are wider than the centrally formed one Hanging area, so that there is a relatively wide threading and support area for the garment, what especially for a particularly careful storage of the garment on the bracket, especially in the shoulder area of the Leads garment.
- the cross sections are the leg sections or the stirrup legs or the hanging area for gentle handling of the bracket in Connection with the item of clothing to be kept circular design.
- a bracket can be easily Made by bending a suitable wire or pipe become.
- circular cross sections for wire and Tubes are of course also any rounded cross-sectional shapes conceivable, such as parabolic or elliptical Cross sections.
- a particularly inexpensive and material-saving embodiment results for a hanger according to the invention as a hollow form, e.g. as a bent metal tube, made of plastic cast or as a correspondingly shaped sheet metal profile.
- the design is milled T-shape or double-T shape with a view to saving material particularly effective.
- the bracket then has one increased bending stiffness and the T-shape or the double-T shape can in particular in the end regions of the stirrup legs as a particularly wide and therefore clothing-friendly surface be used. It also makes sense that Form rounded edges of the T-shape or the double-T shape.
- the gap area between the first and the second leg portion of the first stirrup leg getting closed.
- the elastic properties of the bracket are used to the first leg section compared to the second leg section move that kink between the neck of the hanging area and the second leg section at the angular range between first and second stirrup legs is passed down and when returning upward to a person trained there Hook element hooked. This will make the gap area closed between the first and second leg section.
- the hook element can e.g. as a kind of cuff in the area the angle between the first and second stirrup legs be in which the second leg portion of the first Temple leg and the second temple leg embedded are, where the hooking of the first leg section through Intervention is carried out with a projection on the cuff and the preload generated by the elasticity of the bracket of the first leg section compared to the second leg section is exploited.
- a kind of hook element can also directly on the second leg section of the first stirrup leg be formed in that a kind of projection is incorporated, in which, as in the case of the cuff the first leg section can engage.
- leg sections of the first stirrup leg and the intermediate area essentially equally strong and approximately parallel in such a way that for the outer and / or the inner contour for the course from the first leg section over a parabola or the end region to the second leg section elliptical shape results.
- particularly gentle Storage which in particular the wear in the Avoids shoulder area of the garments is a rounded and / or plugged, approximately elliptical cross-sectional configuration Cheap.
- Wood, Metals, plastics, plexi or acrylic glass are used, combinations of these materials on a bracket, for. B. to create a particularly robust framework or hanging area, may be appropriate.
- a hanger according to the invention as a hollow shape, e.g. cast from plastic or as a correspondingly shaped Sheet metal profiles.
- the material thicknesses and cross-sectional profiles of the individual stirrup legs and the leg sections can be varied.
- the second stirrup leg a higher Have material thickness than the individual leg sections of the first stirrup leg.
- bracket according to the invention can be cross-sectional Have recesses, in particular for creation serve the weight symmetry of the bracket and which are designed in particular in the form of circular openings.
- the outer end areas of the first and second stirrup legs because there balancing balance is particularly effective.
- the recesses formed in this way can also be used for this purpose Pick up materials as weights.
- notches particularly preferably in Area of the end regions of the stirrup legs can be provided.
- These notches have in addition to creating the weight Symmetry of the bracket also has the advantage that they can hold skirt, clothes or trouser loops or the like are, so that the hanger according to the invention is universal can be used because skirts, dresses, Pants and the like are attachable.
- the Tops of the first and second stirrup legs and / or the Top of a possibly existing third running horizontally Bow leg have a wavy course. This results in the possibility of using loops Keep garments on the hanger, using the loops depending on the distance from each other in corresponding valleys of the undulating Intervene in the course.
- the undulating course also produces particularly in the case of clothing with very flexible shoulder areas a higher one Friction and thus an improved retention of the garment.
- By gently running the waves towards the vertical axis of the bracket can be achieved that the Threading process not hindered due to the higher friction becomes.
- FIG. 1 of an inventive Coat hanger has a hanger hanging area formed as a hook 3 and two stirrup legs 6 and 11.
- the opening of the hook 3 is the opening of the intermediate area 7, which the leg sections 6a and 6b from each other separates, opposite.
- the hook 3 has a rounded and slightly thickened end portion 2 and is essentially semicircular, the transition from the hook 3rd to the first leg section 6a by an essentially linear, downward and slightly to the left neck area 4 is created.
- the leg sections 6a and 6b are arranged one above the other, the first one arranged at the top Leg section 6a arises from the neck area 4 in a bend 5.
- the leg sections 6a and 6b of the first stirrup leg 6 and the intermediate region 7 between the leg sections 6a and 6b are approximately equally strong and run roughly parallel to each other. Including the end area 9 of the first stirrup leg 6 arises in the stirrup according to 1 is an approximately parabolic or elliptical outer or The inner contour of the first stirrup leg 6 is created.
- the second lower leg section 6b is closed second bracket leg 11, the course of the top 6 ' of the first stirrup leg 6 with the course of the top 11 ' of the second bracket leg 11 encloses an angle of approximately 150 °.
- the top 11 'of the second bracket leg goes in Bend area 10 in the course of the top 6b 'of the lower Leg section 6b over.
- the kink area is chosen so that it is relatively close to the vertical V comes to rest, which lies midway between the End regions 9, 12 of the first and second stirrup legs lies. The same applies to the bend 5 at which the upper one Leg section 6a of the first stirrup leg 6 the neck area 4 arises. This can ensure that also for garments with tight or small necklines the shoulder areas of the garment that are connect to the neckline, on the top 6 'or 11 'of the first or second stirrup leg rest. Form the garment is supported in these areas, so that even with a long hanging time a warping of the Garment is prevented.
- the bracket 1 has the Course of the tops 6 ', 11' in the areas between the Buckling area 10 and the end area 12 on the one hand and the Intersection 13 of the horizontal tangent to the kink area 10 with the top 6 'one axially symmetrical to the vertical Course on. This is a symmetrical support the shoulder areas of the usually symmetrical Given (top) clothing.
- the closest possible movement of the point 13 and the Buckling area 10 can be achieved in that the clear Width of the intermediate region 7 which runs approximately in a straight line (at least in the area of its opening) chosen just as large is that an easy threading of the garment is ensured and yet the axisymmetric course the top 11 'can come close to the vertical V.
- Threading the garment into the intermediate area 7 is facilitated in that the opening 7 'of the intermediate area in each case by convex the curvatures of the kink area 10 and the extension of the underside of the stirrup leg 6a is formed in the area of the kink 5.
- the end region 9 of the first stirrup leg 6 has a circular shape Recesses 8a, 8b and 8c to create the weight Symmetry of the bracket.
- the end portion 12 of the second Bow leg 11 is rounded.
- the thickness of the second stirrup leg is 11 in chosen approximately so that they are approximately the sum of the strengths of the Bracket legs 6a and 6b corresponds. This results in in approximately constant thickness of the bracket from the outset approximately balanced bracket with approximately central suspension area or hook 3. Serious measures for balancing the bracket by providing recesses or the It is therefore not necessary to attach weights. On Balancing can practically only by a suitable Course of the hook 3 can be achieved.
- Figure 2a shows a second embodiment of an inventive Clothes hanger 1, compared to that in Figure 1 embodiment shown on the one hand notches 14a and 14b on the upper sides in the area of the end regions 9 and 12 respectively of the first stirrup leg 6 or the second stirrup leg 11 and on the other hand one on the second stirrup leg 11 subsequent third bracket leg 15 formed are.
- the third bracket leg 15 connects to the end region 12 of the second bracket leg 11 in such a way that it essentially horizontally towards the end region 9 of the first Bow leg 6 is returned and thereby in Region of the end region 9 of the first stirrup leg 6 narrow gap between the end region 16 of the third stirrup leg 15 and the underside of the end region 9 forms. This takes the course of the first, second and third Overall, the leg of the temple is in the form of a flat, isosceles triangle.
- the third bracket leg 15 is in the direction of its end region 16 tapering with respect to its cross section, being directly in the end region 16 by a slight Material expansion an edge 17, which slipping off Garments through the gap between the third and to prevent the first stirrup leg is formed.
- the second alternative of this second shown in Figure 2b differs from the alternative 2a by the undulating course of the tops of the first and second leg sections 6a, 6b of the first Temple leg 6 and the second temple leg 11. This there is the possibility of holding items of clothing by means of appropriate loops that depend from their distance into the valleys 14a, 14b, 14c of the undulating Intervene courses.
- the depth of the Valleys decreases continuously, there is the advantage that the Threading process not disadvantageous due to the undulating course is hindered.
- the embodiment shown in Figure 3 also has a bracket-hanging area 3 and two formed as a hook U-shaped legs 6 and 11, the one adjoining the hook 3 first stirrup leg 6 extends to the left and out two leg sections 6a and 6b, which in the left outer end region 9 are interconnected.
- the opening of the hook 3 is the opening of the intermediate area 7, which the leg sections 6a and 6b from each other separates, opposite.
- the hook 3 has a rounded End region 2 and is essentially semicircular, the transition from the hook 3 to the first leg section 6a by a substantially linear, downward and slightly left shark area 4 is created.
- the leg sections 6a and 6b are essentially one above the other arranged, the first leg section arranged at the top 6a arises in a bend 5 from the neck area 4 and there directly vertically above the second leg section 6b lies.
- leg sections 6a and 6b of the first stirrup leg 6 and the intermediate region 7 between the leg sections 6a and 6b are approximately equally strong and run monotonously around each other, so that adding the end area 9 of the first stirrup leg 6 on the one hand a loop-shaped Outer or inner contour, as shown in Figure 4 is created, which is slightly bent downwards, and to others the leg sections 6a, 6b in the end region 9 horizontally lie next to each other at a height.
- the second lower leg section 6b is closed second stirrup leg 11, the first stirrup leg 6 with its two leg sections 6a and 6b an angle of about 150 °.
- the end region 12 of the second bracket leg 11 is related symmetrically on the end region 9 of the first stirrup leg 6 built up. This results essentially from the fact that the second bracket leg 11 in the outer end region 12 Part 15 returned in parallel in the manner of a loop 19 has trained. This loop 19 is like the end area 9 of the first stirrup leg bent slightly downwards.
- Figure 4 shows a top view of the same embodiment for a hanger according to the invention as in Figure 3. It can be clearly seen here that the end regions 9 and 12 of the stirrup legs 6 and 11 by substantially loop-shaped intermediate regions 7 and 19 symmetrically are built up.
- the outermost tip the parallel return 15 of the second stirrup leg 11 is slightly rounded.
- Figures 5 to 7 show how the hanger according to the invention 1 with respect to its intermediate area 7 between the first leg section 6a and the second leg section 6b can be closed to prevent slipping once recorded To prevent garments.
- FIG. 5 shows a clothes hanger 1 according to the invention, in its angular range 10 between the first stirrup leg 6 and the second bracket leg 11, 15 a hook element to open and close the bracket in the form of a cuff 17 is attached.
- FIG. 5A shows the clothes hanger 1 in the open state, in which the high-necked garment goes through Threading, as described above, can be recorded.
- Tried after releasing the first leg section 6a this, driven by the elastic forces, in its starting position snap back, but with the projection 18 of the hook element 17 comes into engagement and there is held so that the bracket is now in a state where the intermediate area 7 is closed, as in Figure 5B is shown.
- FIG. 6A shows an enlarged illustration of the hook element 17 for opening and closing the intermediate area 7 of the invention Coat hanger 1.
- This hook element 17 is here in the form of an additionally attached sleeve 17, this cuff the second leg portion 6b of the first stirrup leg 6 and the second leg section encloses which is formed by the actual second Bow leg 11 and through its loop-shaped return 15.
- FIG. 6B shows a sectional view, the sectional plane along the line B-B and marked in Figure 6A runs perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
- Projection 18 of the sleeve 17 can be seen.
- Cross-section also the embedded and enclosed stirrup legs or leg sections 6b, 11 and 15, here with circular cross sections.
- sequence of movements in the transition from open to closed Condition of the bracket 1 by dashed marks of moved first leg portion 6a identified. First the first leg section 6a from above on the Cuff 17 passed down and then snaps open Because of the restoring elastic forces upwards, whereby he comes into engagement with the projection 18 of the sleeve 17.
- hook element 17 for opening and closing the invention Hanger 1 described.
- the hook element is 17th as a projection 18 made of the material of the second leg section 6b of the first stirrup leg 6 worked out.
- FIG. 7A shows a top view of this embodiment in the closed state Condition
- Figure 7B is a bottom view for the same Embodiment.
- line C-C is the location marked a cutting plane.
- This section plane runs directly through that formed on the second leg section 6b Hook element, which is cross-sectional in Figure 7C is shown, here also the closed state of the hanger was chosen.
- the first leg section 6a of the first stirrup leg 6 after passing on Hook element 17 by the restoring elastic forces on Projection 18 of the hook element 17 for contact, whereby the Bracket 1 is closed with respect to its intermediate region 7 and stays.
- FIG. 8 shows a hanger, which can preferably be made from bent wire is. Its shape is different from that in FIG. 4 shown bracket simplified in such a way that the first and second leg section 6a, 6b of the first stirrup leg in a plane at a substantially constant distance from Formation of the intermediate region 7 are arranged.
- This will the manufacturing process is simplified, but in use of a material with a small cross section the advantage of Embodiment according to Figure 4, namely a relatively wide Support surface for the shoulder areas of the garment, get lost.
- the second bracket leg must instead of, as shown in Figure 8, to end in an outer loop 20, again until in essentially returned to the area of the vertical V. his.
- the cross section of the first and second leg sections 6a, 6b of the first stirrup leg 6 and the cross section of the second stirrup leg selected so that the tops, i.e. the contact surfaces in cross section in each case approximately Are widened in a T-shape (cross sections X, Y, Z in FIG. 9a). This gives the advantage of a wider circulation and thus a kink-free mounting of the garment.
