Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit einem zentralen Bügelelement und jeweils einem von dem zentralen Bügelelement ausgehenden Bügelarm mit jeweils einem Bügelarmende und mindestens einer auf dem jeweiligen Bügelarm angeordneten Klemmvorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Aufhängevorrichtungen von Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücken, wobei das Bügelarmende mindestens eine längliche Vertiefung zur mindestens teilweisen Aufnahme und Führung der Aufhängevorrichtung aufweist.
  • Derartige Kleider- und Wäschebügel sind bekannt. Insbesondere sind derartige Kleider- und Wäschebügel aus Kunststoff in einer großen Vielzahl unterschiedlichster Ausführungen bekannt. So beschreibt das deutsche Gebrauchsmuster DE-U-89 11 049 einen Kleiderbügel, der an seinen Bügelarmenden längliche Vertiefungen zur zumindest teilweisen Aufnahme einer Aufhängevorrichtung von Wäschestücken aufweist. Zudem offenbart die DE-U-299 17 226 einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel, insbesondere für mit Trägern versehene Wäscheoberteile. Der bekannte Kleider- und Wäschebügel weist ebenfalls an der Oberseite des Bügelkörpers angeordnete, mit ihrem freien Ende in Richtung des zentralen Bereichs des Bügelkörpers weisende Klemmzungen zur Aufnahme und Fixierung jeweils eines Trägers des Kleidungs- oder Wäschestücks auf. Nachteilig an dem bekannten Kleider- und Wäschebügeln ist jedoch, dass die Träger oder Aufhängevorrichtungen der Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücke lose an dem Kleider- und Wäschebügel herunterhängen und sich so ein insgesamt schlechter optischer Eindruck des an dem Kleider- und Wäschebügel befestigten Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücks ergibt. Der optische Eindruck ist aber unter anderem entscheidend für die Kaufentscheidung eines Verbrauchers.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen gattungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügel bereitzustellen, der ein optisch sauberes Plazieren bzw. Aufhängen von Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücken mit Aufhängevorrichtungen gewährleistet.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Ein erfindungsgemäßer Kleider- und Wäschebügel weist an den Bügelarmenden mindestens jeweils eine längliche Vertiefung zur mindestens teilweisen Aufnahme und Führung einer Aufhängevorrichtung von Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücken auf, wobei die längliche Vertiefung als rillenartige Vertiefung in der Oberseite des Bügelarmendes ausgebildet ist. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass entsprechende Aufhängevorrichtungen von Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücken, die üblicher Weise aus einer Aufhängeschlaufe des Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücks, welches insbesondere ein Rock ist, besteht, in der länglichen Vertiefung im Bügelarmende aufgenommen und geführt werden können. Damit wird ein loses Herunterhängen der Aufhängevorrichtungen verhindert, es entsteht ein positiver optischer Eindruck bezüglich des an dem Kleider- und Wäschebügel befestigten Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücks.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Vertiefung hinterschnitten. Damit wird ein unbeabsichtigtes Herausnehmen oder Herausgleiten der Aufhängevorrichtung aus der Vertiefung zuverlässig verhindert.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Vertiefung in Richtung einer Klemmvorrichtung, die üblicherweise haken- oder zungenartig ausgebildet ist, wobei das offene Ende der Klemmvorrichtung in Richtung eines zentralen Bügelkörpers weist, und/oder in Richtung des Bügelarmendes verbreitert bzw. aufgeweitet. Die Verbreiterung bzw. Aufweitung der Vertiefung kann dabei V-förmig ausgebildet sein. Eine derartige Ausgestaltung der Vertiefung erleichtert das Einführen der Aufhängevorrichtung und/oder die Herausnahme der Aufhängevorrichtung aus der Vertiefung. Die Vertiefung kann dabei einen U-förmigen oder kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Vertiefung über das gesamte Bügelarmende ausgebildet. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass die Aufhängevorrichtung erst am Bügelarmende wieder aus dem Kleider- und Wäschebügel austritt. Dadurch wird der optisch positive Eindruck, den das auf dem Kleider- und Wäschebügel befestigte Wäsche- und Kleidungsstück bewirkt, noch verstärkt.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist zwischen der Klemmvorrichtung und der Vertiefung ein Führungselement zur Führung der Aufhängevorrichtung ausgebildet. Auch durch diese Maßnahme wird das Einführen der Aufhängevorrichtung des Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücks in die Vertiefung des Kleider- und Wäschebügels erleichtert.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind der zentrale Bügelkörper und die Bügelarme des Kleider- und Wäschebügels U-förmig ausgebildet. Dadurch ist eine hohe Stabilität des Kleider- und Wäschebügels gewährleistet.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem in den folgenden Figuren dargestellten und beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel:

  • Figur 1 zeigt in einer Seitenansicht einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel 10 mit einem zentralen Bügelelement 12 und jeweils einem von dem zentralen Bügelelement 12 ausgehenden Bügelarm 14, 16 mit jeweils einem Bügelarmende 18, 20. Auf dem jeweiligen Bügelarm 14, 16 ist jeweils eine Klemmvorrichtung 32 zur Aufnahme von Aufhängevorrichtungen 24 von Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücken 22 angeordnet. Man erkennt, dass die Klemmvorrichtungen 32 zungenartig ausgebildet sind, wobei das offene Ende der Klemmvorrichtungen 32 jeweils in Richtung des zentralen Bügelkörpers 12 weist. Es ist allerdings auch möglich, die Klemmvorrichtungen 32 hakenförmig auszubilden. Zur Aufhängung des Kleider- und Wäschebügels 10 dient ein an dem zentralen Bügelkörper 12 befestigter Haken 34.
  • Figur 2 zeigt in einer teilweise geschnittenen Seitenansicht eine Hälfe des Kleider- und Wäschebügels 10 mit dem Bügelarm 14 und dem Bügelarmende 18. Aus den Ansichten A und B erkennt man, dass das Bügelarmende 18 eine längliche Vertiefung 26 zur Aufnahme und Führung der Aufhängevorrichtung 24 aufweist. Des Weiteren erkennt man, dass die Vertiefung rillen- oder schlitzartig ausgebildet ist. Dabei kann die Vertiefung 26 hinterschnitten sein, so dass ein unbeabsichtigtes Herauslösen der Aufhängevorrichtung 24 aus der Vertiefung 26 verhindert wird. Des Weiteren erkennt man, dass die Vertiefung 26 in Richtung der Klemmvorrichtung 32 verbreitert bzw. aufgeweitet ist. Die Verbreiterung bzw. Aufweitung 30 ist dabei V-förmig ausgebildet. Aus der Ansicht A wird deutlich, dass die Vertiefung 26 einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist. Es ist aber auch möglich, die Vertiefung 26 mit einem U-förmigen Querschnitt auszubilden.
  • Die Vertiefung 26 ist über das gesamte Bügelarmende 18 - wie auch das gesamte Bügelarmende 20 (nicht dargestellt) - ausgebildet. Des Weiteren erkennt man, dass zwischen der Klemmvorrichtung 32 und der Vertiefung 26 ein Führungselement 28 zur Führung der Aufhängevorrichtung 24 ausgebildet ist.
  • Figur 3a zeigt eine Schnittdarstellung des Kleider- und Wäschebügels 10 im Bereich der Klemmvorrichtung 32 (vgl. auch Figur 2). Man erkennt, dass der Kleider- und Wäschebügel 10 sowie die Bügelarme 14, 16 insgesamt U-förmig ausgebildet sind. Des Weiteren erkennt man, dass die Klemmvorrichtung 32 aus einer Zunge 36 besteht, die mit dem Bügelarm 14 eine Aufnahmeöffnung 38 zur Aufnahme der Aufhängevorrichtung 24 ausbildet.
  • Figur 3b zeigt eine Schnittdarstellung des Kleider- und Wäschebügels 10 im Bereich des Bügelarmendes 18, 20 (vgl. auch Figur 2). Auch aus dieser Darstellung wird deutlich, dass der Kleider- und Wäschebügel 10 bzw. die Bügelarme 14, 16 und die entsprechenden Bügelarmenden 18, 20 insgesamt U-förmig ausgebildet sind. Des Weiteren erkennt man die in dem Bügelarm 14 bzw. Bügelarmende 18 ausgebildete Vertiefung 26 und das Führungselement 28.
  • Figur 4 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des Bügelarmendes 18 des Kleider- und Wäschebügels 10. Man erkennt die Anordnung der Aufhängevorrichtung 24 des Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücks 22 einerseits in der Klemmvorrichtung 32 wie auch innerhalb des Bügelarmendes 18. Die Aufhängevorrichtung 24 ist dabei eine Aufhängeschlaufe des Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücks 22. Das Wäsche- und Kleidungsstück ist in dem Ausführungsbeispiel ein Rock.
  • Figur 5 zeigt eine Schnittdarstellung des Bügelarmendes 18 des Kleider- und Wäschebügels 10. Aus dieser Darstellung wird die Aufnahme und Führung der Aufhängevorrichtung 24 des Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücks 22 innerhalb der Vertiefung 26 des Bügelarmendes 18 sowie innerhalb der Klemmvorrichtung 32 deutlich. Der zentrale Bügelkörper 12 sowie die Bügelarme 14, 16 bestehen üblicherweise aus Kunststoff. Es ist jedoch denkbar, dass auch andere Materialien verwendet werden.

Claims (10)

  1. Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit einem zentralen Bügelelement (12) und jeweils einem von dem zentralen Bügelelement (12) ausgehenden Bügelarm (14, 16) mit jeweils einem Bügelarmende (18, 20) und mindestens einer auf dem jeweiligen Bügelarm (14, 16) angeordneten Klemmvorrichtung (32) zur Aufnahme von Aufhängevorrichtungen (24) von Wäsche- und Kleidungsstücken (22), wobei das Bügelarmende (18, 20) mindestens eine längliche Vertiefung (26) zur mindestens teilweisen Aufnahme und Führung der Aufhängevorrichtung (24) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die längliche Vertiefung (26) als rillenartige Vertiefung in der Oberseite des Bügelarmendes (18, 20) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vertiefung (26) hinterschnitten ist.
  3. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vertiefung (26) in Richtung der Klemmvorrichtung (32) und/oder in Richtung des Bügelarmendes (18, 20) verbreitert bzw. aufgeweitet ist.
  4. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Verbreiterung bzw. Aufweitung (30) der Vertiefung (26) V-förmig ausgebildet ist.
  5. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vertiefung (26) einen U-förmigen oder kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  6. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vertiefung (26) über das gesamte Bügelarmende (18, 20) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Klemmvorrichtungen (32) haken- oder zungenartig ausgebildet sind, wobei das offene Ende der Klemmvorrichtung (32) in Richtung des zentralen Bügelkörpers (12) weist.
  8. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zwischen der Klemmvorrichtung (32) und der Vertiefung (26) ein Führungselement (28) zur Führung der Aufhängevorrichtung (24) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Aufhängevorrichtung (24) eine Aufhängeschlaufe (30) des Wäsche- und Kleidungsstückes (22), insbesondere eines Rocks ist.
  10. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zentrale Bügelkörper (12) und die Bügelarme (14, 16) des Kleider- und Wäschebügels (10) U-förmig ausgebildet sind.
