Definitions
- the present invention relates to louvre windows for substantially vertical Facades with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- Louvre windows are for vertical facades as well as for roof areas generally known, the wall or roof surface of plate or Glass panes are formed.
- Slats are designed as swing windows, i. H. the pivot point of each Slats are located in the middle of the two long sides. On too only these slats are available on the market.
- Such windows are for example in DE 33 43 538 A1, EP 0 477 955 B1 or also EP 0 119 369 B1 described.
- From DE 44 29 471 A1 is a wall or formed from plates Known roof area, with the individual plates or panes of glass are arranged so that they overlap each other in the closed state and immediately adjoin each other.
- the holder of the plates or disks are with one end pivotally connected to a first profile.
- an adjustment bracket which has one end at its first end second profile is pivotally attached, which in relation to the first profile Is displaceable in the longitudinal direction.
- One of the two profiles takes the as a support Load the plates or washers while the other is opening and Closing the wall or roof surface serves. This can be done with a piston-cylinder device be connected, as is known from DE 44 32 024 A1. There the drive took place by means of one or more hydraulic devices.
- the Plates or glass panes are each on a swiveling toggle lever held.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of a louvre window to propose for essentially vertical facade surfaces, which with regard to the disadvantages mentioned above is improved.
- the louvre window designed according to the invention has one in the frame inserted all-round seal, which essentially one has stepped cross-section.
- the seal is preferably made of rubber or a rubber-elastic material.
- the all-round seal thus ensures a higher level of tightness, since between the side parts and the There are no transitions in cross sections. Due to the stepped profile achieved that the one leg as a fully circumferential flat sealing surface for the Slats.
- the two legs with their outward-facing surfaces are arranged over a substantially perpendicular to the legs and connected this connecting crossbar.
- the outer leg is on that outer metal profile and the inner leg fixed to the inner metal profile, so that a further thermal separation between the Metal profiles is ensured.
- the louvre window points Slat brackets on the opposite pairs in the Side parts are movably mounted and with the pivot point of the slat on Attack the upper end of each slat and while opening the slat from the Fold out the window surface, the pivot point of the respective slat at Open with respect to the closed position downwards and from the seal walks away.
- This configuration ensures that the respective Slat is moved away from the sealing surface and folded outwards.
- the Closing the slat then seals a peripheral edge area of the inner surface the lamella on the sealing surface of the connected to the inner metal profile Leg of the seal.
- This structure also allows the arrangement of a fly screen on the inside of the window opening, as the lamella at Opening did not get into this area.
- the legs of the Seal pressed into corresponding recesses in the metal profiles on the one hand a stable flat contact with the metal profiles and on the other hand to allow easy assembly and disassembly.
- the outer leg of the seal is aligned with an outward facing Metal area of the outer metal profile, which is particularly the case with the so-called Mullion-transom construction a good finish on the outside with the Bolts allowed, with only a small area of the seal visible from the outside.
- the outer leg of the seal extended towards the window opening and thus assigns one the inner leg of the rubber seal parallel short leg on. Since the seal, as mentioned above, is formed in one piece, wherein when the gasket is made the corners are vulcanized, the short one Leg in the area of the side parts and on the lower cross part by simple Tear removed so that the slats can be opened. In the area of upper cross section is due to the special movement of the pivot point of the slat when opening the slat from the receiving space through the inner Leg and the short parallel outer leg is formed moved out.
- the slats point to each other one face seal each facing the front upper and lower lamella surfaces with sealing lip.
- These seals are advantageously made of rubber or made of a rubber-elastic material and are on the front Glued surfaces to the slats.
- the lamella holders are as Parallelogram gear designed, each parallel in the longitudinal direction inner and outer longitudinal struts of the respective side part exhibit. With these parallel cross struts are movably connected to the the respective side part are movably mounted. Furthermore, that points Parallelogram support struts for each slat on the inner Longitudinal strut and on the side of the slat away from the pivot point of the slat are stored and cause the opening and closing movement of the slat.
- a Such slat holder is robust, can be extended as desired and provides desired movement of the pivot point of the slats during the opening and Closing movement safely.
- This parallelogram transmission is driven preferably by means of a cross strut that extends beyond the inner longitudinal strut protrudes and can be driven manually, electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically.
- the slats have on the two vertical sides on a metal profile that in the longitudinal direction in Area of the upper end with a recess facing the frame Undercut sits.
- this recess is one from the front Fitting plate insertable using a retaining screw on a side Hole is fixed.
- the fitting plate also has at least one Holding element for holding the slat on the slat holder.
- the holding element on the fitting plate comprises according to an advantageous Embodiment when using the parallelogram transmission a first Retaining pin for fixing to the outer longitudinal strut and one at a distance additional holding pins arranged for fixing to the support strut.
- the individual struts are of course rotatable about the retaining pin and only in fixed in the axial direction.
- Figure 1 shows the visible frame 1 of a louvre window 2 with three louvres 3.
- the metal parts are essentially made of Aluminum profile manufactured and the slats contain insulating glass windows 4.
- the number of individual slats 3 in the slat window 2 is not based on the Embodiment shown limited number.
- the insulating glass window is with laterally arranged metal profiles firmly connected, which in turn in a slat bracket, which is arranged in the side parts 9, 10 of the frame 1 is stored.
- the frame 1 consists of the upper cross part 7, the lower Cross part 8 and the already mentioned side parts 9 and 10.
- the connection of the Parts with each other are made by invisible connection angles as well as by connecting screws screwed in through the cross parts on the outside.
- the circumferential rubber seal 6 visible, which is part of the outer metal profile of the upper and lower cross members forming the frame 1 7, 8 and the side parts 9, 10 covers.
