Diese Montageschiene 7 ist unterseitig mit zwei in den Endabschnitten festsitzend angeordneten Gewindezapfen 8 und 9 versehen, die jeweils ein Distanzelement 62 und einen horizontalen Träger 14 durchragen, an dem sie mittels unterseitig aufgeschraubter Gewindemuttern 12 bzw. 13 befestigt sind. Die jeweils mit Durchgangsbohrungen versehenen Distanzelemente 62 bestehen jeweils aus quaderförmigen Blöcken, die mit unterschiedlichen Höhen austauschbar vorhanden sind, damit die Ausgangshöhe der Beinauflage 2 verändert werden kann.
Zur vertikalen Verstellung ist ein erster motorischer Antrieb 10 vorgesehen, der aus einem Getriebemotor 24 und einer Schnecke 25 besteht, die mit einem Schneckenrad 28 in Eingriff steht. Dieses Schneckenrad ist am unteren Ende einer vertikalen Gewindespindel 72 befestigt, die auf der Fußplatte 31 des Schlittens 30 drehbar gelagert ist und in Eingriff steht mit einem Gewinderohr 71, dessen oberes Ende drehfest in dem Träger 14 befestigt ist. Dieses Gewinderohr 71 hat an seinem unteren Endabschnitt ein Innengewinde 73, das mit der Gewindespindel 72 in selbsthemmendem Eingriff steht, was bedeutet, daß die Gewindespindel 72 durch das Gewicht der Beinauflage 2 nicht in Drehung versetzt werden kann, sondern ausschließlich durch den motorischen Antrieb.
Wie aus Fig. 8 ersichtlich ist, ist die Gewindespindel 72 mittels eines Axialdrucklagers 74 auf der Fußplatte 31 abgestützt und mittels eines Lagerzapfens 77 in einer Vertikalbohrung 76 der Fußplatte 31 zentriert geführt sowie mittels einer Sicherungsscheibe 79 in axialer Richtung gesichert.
Claims (21)
- Therapiegerät (1) zur Entlastung und Dehnung der menschlichen Wirbelsäule, mit einer vertikal verstellbaren Beinauflage (2), die zum losen Auflegen der beiden Unterschenkel und der beiden Oberschenkel eines Patienten jeweils nach Art eines Satteldaches zwei um etwa 70° bis 110° zueinander geneigte Schenkelauflagen (5, 6) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beinauflage (2) mittels eines ersten motorischen Antriebs (10; 10/1) an Vertikalführungen (20, 21; 20/1, 21/1) eines Schlittens (30; 30/1) vertikal verstellbar ist, der seinerseits gemeinsam mit der Beinauflage (2) auf Horizontalführungen (40, 41; 40/1, 41/1) eines Traggestells (50; 50/1) im wesentlichen parallel zu einer horizontalen Liegefläche (81) mittels eines zweiten motorischen Antriebs (65; 65/1) relativ zur Liegefläche (81) in deren Längsrichtung (66) verschiebbar ist. - Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsrichtungen der beiden motorischen Antriebe (10, 65; 10/1, 65/1) umkehrbar sind.
- Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden motorischen Antriebe (10, 65; 10/1, 65/1) jeweils separat mittels Handschaltern (88) fernsteuerbar sind.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vertikale Verstellweg der Beinauflage (2) auf etwa 25 cm bis 35 cm begrenzt ist.
- Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Traggestell (50/1) mittels verstellbarer Stützfüße (85) in der Höhe einstellbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Traggestell (50, 50/1) mit einem Traggriff (56) versehen ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste motorische Antrieb (10; 10/1) der Beinauflage (2) mittels eines oder mehrerer wahlweise aktivierbarer auf die Entlastung der Liegefläche (81) reagierender Schalter (100) abschaltbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die horizontale Verstellbewegung des Schlittens (30; 30/1) eine maximale Verstellstrecke einstellbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die maximale Verstellstrecke in mehrere Teilstrecken unterteilbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftübertragung in Streckrichtung vom zweiten motorischen Antrieb (65; 65/1) auf den Schlitten (30/1) über eine einstellbare Federkraft (92) erfolgt.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftübertragung in Streckrichtung vom zweiten motorischen Antrieb (65, 65/1) auf den Schlitten (30/1) über eine Kraftbegrenzungseinrichtung (75) erfolgt.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur schrittweisen Steuerung der Bewegung des Schlittens (30; 30/1) in Streckrichtung eine programmierbare oder vorprogrammierte elektronische Steuereinheit (90) vorgesehen ist, mit der sowohl die Bewegungslängen als auch deren zeitliche Abstände einstellbar sind.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beinauflage (2) vom Schlitten (30; 30/1) abnehmbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (30, 30/1) vom Traggestell (50, 50/1) abnehmbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beinauflage (2) durch zwei an ihr befestigte Führungssäulen (22) in zwei Führungszylindern (23) des Schlittens (30) geführt ist und durch ein an ihr befestigtes Gewinderohr (71) mit einer motorisch angetriebenen, im Schlitten (30) drehbar gelagerten Gewindespindel (72) in selbsthemmendem Eingriff steht.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (30) durch einen an ihm befestigten Mitnehmer (45) mit Gewindebohrung (46) mit einer im Traggestell (50, 50/1) drehbar gelagerten und motorisch angetriebenen Gewindespindel (47) in selbsthemmendem Eingriff steht.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur linearen Führung des Schlittens (30/1) im Gestell (50/1) bzw. der Beinauflage (2) auf dem Schlitten (30/1) jeweils paarweise auf dem Gestell bzw. auf dem Schlitten (30/1) in Parallellage zueinander angeordnete U-Schienen (42, 43; 52, 53) vorgesehen sind, in denen jeweils Gleitschuhe (32, 33; 54, 55) einer horizontalen Fußplatte (31; 31/1) des Schlittens (30/1) bzw. einer vertikalen Tragplatte (58) der Beinauflage (2) geführt sind.
- Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beinauflage (2) eine trapezartig profilierten Montageschiene (7) aufweist, die mittels lösbarer Gewindzapfen (8, 9) und Gewindemuttern (12, 13) auf einem horizontalen Träger (14) des Schlittens (30) fixiert ist, an dem die Führungssäulen (22) befestigt sind.
- Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die horizontale Oberkante (111) der vertikalen Tragplatte (58) Winkelträger (61) aufweist, auf denen die mit der trapezartig profilierten Montageschiene (7) versehene mittels Gewindezapfen (8, 8'; 9, 9') und Gewindemuttern (12, 13) lösbar befestigt ist.
- Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 15 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Montageschiene (7) und dem Träger (14) bzw. den Winkelträgern (61) jeweils auswechselbare Distanzelemente (62) angeordnet sind.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Traggestell (50) auf der von der Liegefläche (81) abgewandten Seite mit Verankerungsmitteln (80) versehen ist, durch welche das Traggestell (50) an einer Liege (82) oder Unterlage der Liegefläche befestigbar ist.
