Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 auf ein Sitzgruppen-Element und findet vorwiegend Verwendung im Hotel- und Gastronomiegewerbe, z.B. Biergärten, Bistros u.ä. Einrichtungen. Eine Verwendung in Büros oder privaten Haushalten ist ebenfalls möglich.
Bei bekanntem Mobiliar für das Hotel- und Gastronomiegewerbe sind Tische und Stühle bzw. Hocker in der Regel getrennte Einheiten. Nachteilig ist, daß für die Herrichtung eines Biergartens oder Straßenbistros, deren Fläche periodisch meist täglich für bestimmte Zeiten geräumt sein müssen, viel Zeit und eine entsprechend große Zwischenlagerfläche fUr Tisch und Stühle/Hocker notwendig ist.
Aus der AT 387 314 B ist darüber hinaus ein Gestell für einen Tisch, der vorzugsweise als Schulmöbel Anwendung findet, bekannt, das gleichzeitig Tragelemente für den Sitz aufweist. Das Gestell ist dabei so gestaltet, daß Tisch und Sitz zueinander in unterschiedliche Positionen einstellbar sind. Dieses Schulmöbel ist aber als variabel aufstellbares Bistro- bzw. Biergarten-Sitzgruppen-Element denkbar ungeeignet, da es zumindest wegen des verwendeten Konstruktionsprinzips sehr schwer ist, dicke Streben und Träger aufweist und fUr das Zusammenklappen zu Transport- und Lagerzwecken einige Zeit aufgewendet werden muß.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Sitzgruppen-Element für Bistros, Biergärten u.ä. Einrichtungen zu schaffen, das die vorgenannten Nachteile nicht aufweist, zudem noch variabel und mobil einsetzbar ist und auf dem Prinzip eines gemeinsamen Gestelles für Tisch und Sitz aufbaut.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst von einem Sitzgruppen-Element gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 und zeichnet sich durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale aus; die Unteransprüche zeigen Weiterbildungen und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungsvarianten der neuartigen Lösung auf.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines schematisiert in Zeichnungen dargestellten vorteilhaften Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.
Die Zeichnungen zeigen dabei in
Fig. 1
eine spezielle, die zusammenklappbare, Variante des neuartigen Sitzgruppen-Elementes,
Fig. 2
das Sitzgruppen-Element zusammengeklappt und stehend gelagert, und
Fig. 3
das Sitzgruppen-Element zusammengeklappt und liegend gelagert.
In der Fig. 1 ist das neuartige Sitzgruppen-Element 1 in der vorteilhaften, zusammenklappbaren Ausführungsvariante gezeigt und aufgeklappt zur Benutzung auf einer Bodenfläche G aufgestellt, wobei hier an dem gleichen Gestell 2 gleichzeitig ein Sitz 9 und ein Tisch 10 vorgesehen sind.
In spezieller baulicher Gestaltung ist hier nun vorgesehen, daß das Gestell 2 zweiarmig ausgelegt ist derart, daß, ausgehend von einem ersten Bodensteg 6, aufstrebend ein stabförmiger Tischträger 3 und ein stabförmiger Sitzträger 4 vorgesehen sind, und, daß eine nach hinten verlaufende und endseitig mit einem zweiten Bodensteg 7 versehene Strebe 5 am Tischträger 3 angreift, wobei die Strebe 5 hier vorzugsweise als Doppelstrebe ausgebildet ist. Der Tisch 10 hat dabei vorzugsweise die Form eines Kreissektors; es sind jedoch auch andere Formen möglich. Durch wahlweises anordnen mehrerer dieser Sitzgruppen-Elemente nebeneinander entsteht ein Tisch mit größerer Fläche oder ein Bankett.
Bei dem in Fig. 1 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist nun noch vorgesehen, daß die Strebe 5 durch einen Bolzen 12 gelenkig mit dem Sitzträger 4 verbunden und mittels einer Manschette 13 beweglich am Tischträger 3 geführt ist, und, daß der Sitzträger 4 bodenseitig mittels einer Gelenkmanschette 11 am ersten Bodensteg 6 gehaltert ist. An dem stabförmigen Tischträger 3 ist weiterhin quer- und beidseitig -liegend eine Fußstütze 8 angeordnet, wobei vorzugsweise die Länge L der Fußstütze 8 kleiner als die Breite B des Tisches 10 gewählt ist und die Fußstütze 8 gleichzeitig als Anschlag für die Manschette 13 der Strebe 5 ausgelegt ist.
Eine weitere, zeichnerisch nicht dargestellte, Ausführungsvariante sieht vor, daß das Gestell 2, ausgehend von dem ersten Bodensteg 6, nur einen aufstrebenden Tischträger 3 und eine von letzterem 3 ausgehende, nach hinten verlaufende und endseitig mit einem zweiten Bodensteg 7 versehene, abstützende Strebe 5 aufweist, und, daß an der Strebe 5 aufragend der Sitzträger 4 vorgesehen ist.
Es liegt im Wesen der Erfindung, für das Gestell 2 sowie für den Sitz 9 und den Tisch 10 die dem Aufstellort und den Wünschen der Käufer entsprechenden Materialien und Werkstoffprofile zum Bau des Sitzgruppen-Elementes 1 zu verwenden.
In den Fig. 2 und 3 ist das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Sitzgruppen-Element 1 zusammengeklappt stehend bzw. liegend gelagert. Dieser klappbaren Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung wird wegen der erzielbaren Platzersparnis beim Lagern der Vorrang zukommen.
Wie die Fig. 2 zeigt, wirkt ein im Sitz 9 eingearbeiteter Schlitz 14 positiv für geringe Abmaße im zusammengeklappten Zustand.

Claims (4)

  1. Sitzgruppen-Element mit einem auf einen Boden o. dgl. Fläche aufstellbaren Gestell, wobei an dem gleichen Gestell (2) gleichzeitig ein Sitz (9) und ein Tisch (10) vorgesehen sind und das Gestell (2) zweiarmig ausgelegt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß bei dem Gestell (2), ausgehend von einem ersten Bodensteg (6), aufstrebend ein stabförmiger Tischträger (3) und ein stabförmiger Sitzträger (4) vorgesehen sind,
    daß eine nach hinten verlaufende und endseitig mit einem zweiten Bodensteg (7) versehene, abstützende Strebe (5) am Tischträger (3) angreift, wobei die Strebe (5) durch einen Bolzen (12) gelenkig mit dem Sitzträger (4) verbunden und mittels einer Manschette (13) beweglich am Tischträger (3) geführt ist,
    daß an dem stabförmigen Tischträger (3) quer und beidseitig -liegend eine Fußstütze (8) angeordnet ist, und
    daß diese Fußstütze (8) gleichzeiti als Anschlag für die Manschette (13) der Strebe (5) ausgelegt ist.
  2. Sitzgruppen-Element nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Länge (L) der Fußstütze (8) kleiner ist als die Breite (B) des Tisches (10).
  3. Sitzgruppen-Element nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Sitzträger (4) bodenseitig mittels einer Gelenkmanschette (11) am ersten Bodensteg (6) gehaltert ist.
  4. Sitzgruppen-Element nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Tisch (10) die Form eines Kreissektores aufweist.
