Claims (18)
- Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine mit einer drehbar gelagerten Trommel (1), welche von einer Programmsteuerung mit Hilfe einer berührungslos arbeitenden Positioniereinrichtung automatisch in die Beschickungslage gebracht wird und in dieser Lage durch eine Arretiervorrichtung fixiert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretiervorrichtung aus einer mit der Trommel (1) drehfest verbundenen oder an ihr angeordneten Arretierfalle und einer in Richtung der Arretierfalle bewegbaren Rastvorrichtung besteht, wobei die Rastvorrichtung programmgesteuert erst nach erfolgter Positionierung betätigt wird. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 1 mit einer mit der Trommel (1) drehfest verbundenen Riemenscheibe (7),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Arretierfalle eine im Bereich der Riemenscheibe (7) angeordnete Aussparung (14) verwendet wird. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aussparung (14) in einer Arretierbahn (11) unterhalb der Anlagefläche des Riemens angeordnet ist. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretierbahn (11) segmentartig ausgebildet ist. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die Rastvorrichtung als in radialer Richtung bewegbarer Stößel (34) ausgebildet ist, welcher bezüglich des Waschmaschinengehäuses bzw. des Laugenbehälters (2) ortsfest gehaltert ist. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bewegung des Stößels (34) über eine Bahn einer von einem Arretiermotor (33) angetriebenen Kurvenscheibe (32) erfolgt. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kurvenscheibe (32) eine weitere Bahn zur Auslösung einer automatischen Öffnung mindestens eines Laugenbehälterdeckels (23) besitzt. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Position der Kurvenscheibenbahnen und/oder des Stößels (34) und/oder der Vorrichtung zur Auslösung der automatischen Öffnung mindestens eines Laugenbehälterdeckels (23) an die Programmsteuerung weitergegeben wird. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Position(en) über an den beweglichen Teilen angeordnete Schleifkontakte (37) und ortsfeste Leiterbahnen (38) auf einer Platine (39) sensiert wird(werden). - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei nicht erfolgter Arretierung eine erneute Positionierung vorgenommen wird. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei einem neuen Programmstart der Zustand der Arretierung und/oder der(des) Laugenbehälterdeckel(s) (23) abgefragt wird. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nach erfolgter Positionierung außer der Arretiervorrichtung alle Verbraucher durch die Programmsteuerung von der Versorgungsspannung abgeschaltet werden. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach einem der Anprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Positioniereinrichtung aus mindestens einem im Bereich der Antriebsriemenscheibe (7) angeordneten Kennzeichnungselement und einem in Bezug auf das Waschmaschinengehäuse bzw. auf den Laugenbehälter (2) ortsfesten Sensor besteht. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 13 und einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rastvorrichtung, der Sensor und die Kurvenscheibe (32) als modulare Baueinheit in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse angordnet sind. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gehäuse zwischen den oberen Lagerarmen (3a,b) eines Lagerkreuzes (3) befestigt ist. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Sensorelement als induktiver Näherungssensor (42) ausgebildet ist und daß als Kennzeichnungselement mindestens eine im Bereich der Riemenscheibe (7) angeordnete Aussparung (11;14) verwendet wird. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16 und einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretierfalle als Kennzeichnungselement verwendet wird. - Mantelbeschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß neben der Arretierfalle zusätzliche Aussparungen (11) als weitere Kennzeichnungselemente angeordnet sind.
