Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Erfassung von Meßwerten, mittels derer eine Motorsteuerung eines elektromotorischen Antriebes für einen auf- und abwickelbaren Behang, insbesondere für Rolläden, Rolltore oder dergleichen auf- und abwickelbarer Elemente, realisierbar ist, bestehend aus einem Rohrmotor mit einem gesteilfest, unverdrehbar zu halternden Lagerelement, ggf. einem darauf drehbar gelagerten Laufring, wobei das Lagerelement mit dem einen Ende des Rohrmotors (Gehäuses) verbunden ist und am anderen Ende des Rohrmotors die Abtriebswelle austritt, die die Kupplung zur Ankupplung der Wickelwelle des auf- und abwickelbaren Behanges trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerelement über einen begrenzt drehbar daran gehalterten Flansch (14) des Rohrmotors mit dem Ende des Rohrmotors (Gehäuses 2) gekoppelt ist, wobei zwischen Flanschteilen und Teilen des Lagerelementes eine in Drehrichtung des Rohrmotors wirksame federnde Drehmomentstütze gebildet ist, insbesondere Federmittel (16) angeordnet sind, die bei einer Verdrehung von Rohrmotor samt Flansch (14) relativ zum Lagerelement zunehmend vorspannbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse 2 des Rohrmotors um ± 5 ° relativ zum gestellfest gehaltenen Lagerelement drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerelement ein zylindrisches Stützsegement (13) mit einer radialen Ausnehmung (19) etwa in Form eines Kreissegmentes aufweist, der Motorflansch (14) ein in die Ausnehmung (19) eingreifendes Segment (17), insbesondere Klaue, aufweist und zwischen den einander benachbarten Flächen des Segments (17) und der Ausnehmung (19) die Federmittel (16) angeordnet sind, die sich jeweils an den radial gegenüberliegenden Flächen abstützen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federmittel (16) aus Schraubendruckfedern bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den einander gegenüberliegenden Flächen oder mindestens jeweils an einer dieser Flächen Haltenocken (20), Vertiefungen oder dergleichen Haltemittel für die Federmittel (16) angeordnet sind, insbesondere in die Enden der Schraubendruckfedern eingreifende Haltenocken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Positionserfassungsmittel (18) vorgesehen sind, mittels derer die Relativverdrehung des Rohrmotors (Gehäuses 2) zum Lagerelement erfaßbar und vorzugsweise auch die Drehrichtung erfaßbar ist, wobei die Positionserfassungsmittel (18) mit Schalt- oder Steuermitteln (12) kommunizieren, die auf den elektromotorischen Antrieb einwirken beziehungsweise diesen abschalten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionserfassungsmittel (18) aus Lichtschranken mit Lochblende oder Winkelsensoren bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erstes Positionserfassungsmittel angeordnet ist, mittels dessen die Relativverdrehung von Rohrmotor (Gehäuse 2) zum Lagerelement aus der Mittellage (Normalbetriebslage) in eine gering von Mittellage abweichende nach rechts gedrehte Lage erfassbar ist, ein zweites Positionserfassungsmittel mittels dessen die Relativverdrehung in eine gering von der Mittellage abweichende nach links gedrehte Lage, ein drittes und ein viertes Positionserfassungsmittel, mittels derer die jeweilige Endposition (maximale Verdrehlage) bei Rechts- oder Linksdrehung erfaßbar ist.
