Description

  • Erfindung betrifft eine Handfeuerwaffe, vorzugsweise Faustfeuerwaffe, noch weiter bevorzugt Selbstladepistole, mit einem mindestens teilweise freiliegenden Hammer, der aufweist: einen Hammerkörper, der zum Zünden einer Patrone durch Schlagwirkung eingerichtet ist, und ein abstehendes Ende, das zum Ergreifen des Hammerkörpers eingerichtet und bevorzugt unstarr mit dem Hammerkörper verbunden ist. (Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1). Bei solchen Waffen ist der Hammer dazu eingerichtet, auf einen Schlagbolzen zu schlagen, der dann seinerseits auf eine Patrone schlägt und diese zündet.
  • Der Schlagbolzen sitzt dabei in einer Aussparung des Verschlusses der Waffe und wird durch eine schwache Feder so belastet, daß er nach hinten ein wenig aus dieser Aussparung herausstellt; der hintere Rand der Aussparung begrenzt dabei die Schlagbewegung des Hammers, nachdem er vorher auf das hintere Ende des Schlagbolzens getroffen ist und diesen nach vorne bewegt hat.
  • Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist der Schlagbolzen kürzer als der Abstand zwischen dem Patronenboden und dem hinteren Rand der genannten Aussparung, so daß er, nachdem er vom Hammer getroffen wurde, eine gewisse Strecke im Freiflug zurücklegt.
  • Bei manchen Waffen der beschriebenen Art ist der Hammer imstande, in abgespanntem Zustand und bei nicht betätigtem Abzug auf der Aussparung aufzusitzen, wobei er den Schlagbolzen ein wenig nach vorne drückt. Erhält nun eine solche Waffe in diesem Zustand einen Schlag gegen die freiliegende Handhabe des Hammers, etwa indem sie unglücklich zu Boden fällt, dann sollte man annehmen, daß der Schlag über den Hammer in den Rand der Aussparung eingeleitet wird.
  • Tatsächlich aber hat sich herausgestellt, daß der Zünder der Patrone nach einem solchen Vorfall einen schwachen Eindruck aufweist. Dies ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, dieses Sicherheitsrisiko auszuräumen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch den Gegenstand des Anspruchs 1 gelöst, also dadurch, daß die eingangs genannte Handfeuerwaffe (gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1) zusätzlich noch folgende Merkmale aufweist: Das abstehende Ende zum Ergreifen des Hammerkörpers ist entweder über eine flexible Verbindung am Hammerkörper angebracht oder es besteht aus flexiblem Material.
  • Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen dieser Lösung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Hierbei ist erfindungsgemäß der Teil des Hammers, der sich außerhalb der Waffe in einer solchen Lage befindet, daß er einen unerwünschten Schlag erhalten kann, mit dem Hammerkörper federnd oder noch besser federnd und dämpfend verbunden und am besten aus einem flexiblen, dämpfenden Material, etwa Gummi, gebildet. Die Dauer des Stoßes, den der Hammer überträgt, wird hierbei verlängert, und dadurch wird der mechanische Impuls verringert; dämpfendes Material verzehrt außerdem Impulsenergie.
  • Mit der oben aufgezeigten Problematik befassen sich zwei Druckschriften (DE-GM 69 22 046 und CH-PS 131 130), von denen bei der ersten (DE-GM 69 22 046) ausdrücklich in Abschlagrichtung des Hammers keine irgendwie geartete kraftübertragende Verbindung zwischen Hammerkörper und abstehendem Ende vorliegen soll, während die zweite (CH-PS 131 130) ein kompliziertes, in den Hammer eingelassenes Betätigungselement aufweist, das den Hammer in seiner ungespannten Ruhelage festhalten soll. DE-U-6 922 046 beschreibt den Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Besonders dauerhaft ist das Aufvulkanisieren der Handhabe auf eine Anschlußfläche des Hammerkörpers, wobei Unebenheiten und Hinterschneidungen den Halt fördern.
  • Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist in der beigefügten, schematischen Zeichnung beispielsweise gezeigt, in deren einziger Figur ein erfindungsgemäßer Hammer in Seitenansicht und stark vergrößert gezeigt ist.
  • Der gezeigte Hammer weist einen Hammerkörper 1 auf, der an seinem äußersten Ende, das bei eingebautem Hammer freiliegt und beim Herunterfallen der Waffe aufschlagen kann, mit einer Handhabe 2 verbunden ist.
  • Die Handhabe 2 ist aus zäh-nachgiebigem Gummi gebildet und ist auf den Hammerkörper 1 aus Stahl aufvulkanisiert.
  • Die Handhabe 2 ist über die beiden Seiten des Hammerkörpers 1 heruntergezogen, um auch einen seitlichen Stoß abzupolstern, und durchsetzt eine Bohrung im Hammerkörper 1, um einen besseren Halt zu erlangen. Die Kontur des Hammerkörpers 1 ist dort, wo sie von der Handhabe 2 verdeckt ist, gestrichelt gezeigt.

Claims (6)

  1. Handfeuerwaffe, insbesondere Faustfeuerwaffe, noch weiter bevorzugt Selbstladepistole, mit einem mindestens teilweise freiliegenden Hammer, der die folgenden Merkmale aufweist:
    - einen Hammerkörper (1), der zum Zünden einer Patrone durch Schlageinwirkung eingerichtet ist und
    ein abstehendes Ende (2), das zum Ergreifen des Hammerkörpers (1) eingerichtet und mit diesem verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - entweder das abstehende Ende (2) am Hammerkörper (1) über eine flexible Verbindung unstarr angebracht ist, oder
    - das abstehende Ende (2) aus flexiblem Material besteht.
  2. Handfeuerwaffe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexible Material des abstehenden Endes (2) oder die flexible Verbindung Dämpfungseigenschaften aufweist.
  3. Handfeuerwaffe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das abstehende Ende (2) aus Gummi besteht.
  4. Handfeuerwaffe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das abstehende Gummiende (2) auf den Hammerkörper (1) aufvulkanisiert ist.
  5. Handfeuerwaffe nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hammerkörper (1) eine seine Dicke mindestens teilweise durchsetzende Aussparung aufweist, in die das Gummiende (2) formschlüssig eingreift.
  6. Handfeuerwaffe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung als durchgehende Querbohrung ausgebildet ist.
