Claims (5)
- Offsetdruckvorrichtung für eine Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem eine Druckplatte tragenden Plattenzylinder (2) und einem Farbwerk (5) mit Farbauftragwalzen (4.1 - 4.4) sowie formschlüsig rotierenden und axial changierenden Farbwalzen (3.1 - 3.4), wobei die farbspeicherseitigen Farbwalzen (3.1, 3.3) mit zum Plattenzylinder (2) abweichender Umfangsgeschwindigkeit antreibbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbauftragswalzen changierend ausgebildet sind und daß die mit den changierenden Farbauftragwalzen (4.1 - 4.4) in Kontakt stehenden, formschlüssig rotierenden und axial changierenden Farbwalzen (3.2, 3.4) mit einer zur Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Plattenzylinders (2) abweichenden Umfangsgeschwindigkeit antreibbar sind, wobei die farbspeicherseitigen Farbwalzen (3.1, 3.3) mit einer größeren Differenz zu den den Farbauftragwalzen (4.1 - 4.4) benachbarten Farbwalzen (3.2, 3.4) antreibbar sind. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die maximale Differenz der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der vom Plattenzylinder (2) entferntest angeordneten farbspeicherseitigen Farbwalze (3.3) zur Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Plattenzylinders (2) 10% beträgt. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Farbwalzen (3.1 - 3.4) bezüglich der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit mit einem gestuften Differenzgefälle von wenigstens 2% untereinander antreibbar sind, wobei die den Farbauftragwalzen (4.1 - 4.4) benachbarten Farbwalzen (3.2, 3.4) mit gleichen Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten oder ungleichen Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten antreibbar sind. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Plattenzylinder (2) für den wasserlosen Offsetdruck eine Trocken-Flachdruckplatte trägt. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Farbwerk (5) in Drehrichtung des Plattenzylinders (2) ein Feuchtwerk (6) vorgeordnet ist und der Plattenzylinder (2) eine für den Naß-Offsetdruck geeignete Druckplatte trägt.
