Abstract

Handpumpe zur Abgabe einer Flüssigkeit in einem Behälter, bestehend aus einem Pumpengehäuse (30) mit einem Pumpenzylinder (34), einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (40, 44) zur Befestigung des Pumpengehäuses (30) an dem Behälter, einem Saugrohr (78) am Pumpengehäuse (30), einem ersten Einwegventil (80) zwischen Saugrohr (78) und Pumpenzylinder (34), einem im Pumpenzylinder (34) verschiebbaren Kolben (120), einem Pumpenschaft (50) mit einem Durchgangskanal (54), einem Spenderkopf (60) und einer Vorspannfeder (90) für den Kolben (120), einem zweiten Einwegventil (140) zwischen dem Pumpenzylinder (34) und dem Durchgangskanal (54) des Pumpenschaftes (50), einer Hülse (70), die im Pumpenzylinder (34) angeordnet ist, einer Sperrvorrichtung (150) für den Pumpenschaft (50) in dessen Ruhestellung und Pumpenhub-Endstellung. Der Spenderkopf (60) ist mit einer Abdichtkappe (65) versehen, welche zur Bildung eines permanenten Überdeckungsbereichs (61) ein aus dem Pumpengehäuse (30) herausragendes Ende (73) der Hülse (70) in jeder Stellung des Pumpenschaftes (50) abdichtend verschiebbar übergreift. Dadurch sind die im Behälter enthaltene Flüssigkeit bzw. bereits in dem Pumpenzylinder vorhandenen Flüssigkeitsreste vor einer Kontaminierung oder anderweitigen Qualitätseinbuße geschützt.
