Claims (9)
- Abgabepumpe zur Abgabe flüssiger, niederviskoser und/oder pastöser Stoffe aus flaschen-, dosen- oder tubenartigen Behältern, mit einem Faltenbalg (6) aus elastischem Kunststoff, der verbindend zwischen zwei teleskopartig gegeneinander beweglichen Gehäuseteilen, d. h. einem als Drucktaste ausgebildeten Spenderkopf (5) und einem als Führungshülse ausgestalteten Adapter (10) aus formstabilem Kunststoff angeordnet ist und durch den hindurch das Pumpmedium aus dem Behälter (2) gefördert wird, wobei an der Unterseite des Faltenbalgs (6) ein Ansaugventil (11) angeordnet ist und sich an der Oberseite ein Auslassventil (12) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil des Adapters (10) als Zwischenwand (15) ausgestaltet ist, in der das Ansaugventil (11) mit Ansaugöffnung (16) angeordnet ist und der obere Teil des Faltenbalgs (6) als Auslassventil (12) mit Auslassöffnung (20) ausgebildet ist.
- Abgabepumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil des Faltenbalgs (6) mit einem Auslassstutzen (21) versehen ist, der im Kopfstutzen (22) des Spenderkopfs (5) dicht anliegt.
- Abgabepumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Fixierung des Faltenbalgs (6) am Adapter (10) dessen Zwischenwand (15) mit einem Kragen bzw. Ringbund (19) ausgestattet ist, über den der untere Teil bzw. das Endstück des Faltenbalgs (6) bei Montage stülpbar und/oder rastbar ist.
- Abgabepumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Fixierung des Faltenbalgs (6) am Adapter (10) dessen Zwischenwand (15) mit einer Ringnut (27) ausgestattet ist, die sich zwischen dem inneren Ringbund (19) und einem äußeren Ringbund (26) ausbildet, in die der untere Teil bzw. das Endstück des Faltenbalgs (6) bei Montage einsteckbar ist.
- Abgabepumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Behälter (2) und Zwischenwand (15) durch eine Klipszone (17) sowie eine Verdrehsicherung (18) hergestellt wird, wobei die Verdrehsicherung (18) vorzugsweise durch eine Ringnut mit axialer Riffelung und damit in Eingriff stehender komplementärer Riffelung konstruktiv ausgestaltet ist.
- Abgabepumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ansaug- und/oder Auslassventil (11, 12) als Kugelventil ausgebildet sind.
- Abgabepumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spenderkopf (5) mit einer Sprühdüse (23) und/oder einem Schäumaufsatz (24) ausgerüstet ist.
- Abgabepumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Adapter (10) seitlich axiale Stege (25), vorzugsweise drei auf dem Umfang gleichmäßig verteilt, angeordnet sind.
- Abgabepumpe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spender (1) als Doppelkammer-Spender bzw. Zweikammer-Dosierspender oder Zweikammer-Spraypumpe ausgebildet ist.
