- the venting channel is with at least connected to a radial vent passage, each of which radial vent groove 46 on the bottom 42 of the top wall 34 and a covering them, upper end face 54 of the Housing flange 48 is formed and with the interior of the upper Pump housing 12 and the container communicates.
- the mounting cap 16 on the Bottom 42 of its head wall 34 with a cylindrical stopper neck 60 provided in the radial distance of the central passage opening 36 of the mounting cap 16th for the pump shaft 18 to about the middle height of the cap skirt 38 extends and the lower end 56 a stop for the spool 20 in the upper rest or Closed position forms.
- the outside 58 of the stop nozzle 60 is in the region of its lower end 56 at about the lower third of its height with a conical downwardly and inwardly tapered guide surface 62 for the Slider piston 20 provided, as explained in more detail below becomes (Fig. 2).
- the ventilation of the container over the o.g. channels 44, 46, 52 and the passage opening 36 of the mounting cap 16 takes place when the pump is actuated, if the spool 20 from the lower end 56 of the stopper neck 60 is disconnected and thereby the connection of Interior of the container via the venting channels 44, 46, 52nd to the passage opening 36 and thus to the free atmosphere is released.
- Fig. 1 shows that the main portion 26 of the pump housing 12th in a pump chamber 64, a pump cylinder 66 with a cylindrical inner wall 67 which, through a lower Ring shoulder 68 is limited.
- Guide rails 70 extend at circumferential angular intervals from an inner wall 72 of the main portion 26 and the underlying middle portion 30 of the housing 12th project radially inwards and upwards.
- Upper end surfaces 74 this guide rails 70 extend arcuately inward and down and go in parallel to the main axis of the pump 10 Narrow sides 76 over.
- These narrow sides 76 of the guide rails 70 are on an imaginary enveloping cylinder, the Inner diameter of the lower housing portion 32 corresponds.
- These guide rails 70 serve in conjunction with their arcuate, the insertion of the spring 24 facilitating end faces 74 fast, safe installation and flawless Guide the helical compression spring 24th
- Fig. 1 further shows that the lower, cylindrical housing portion 32 has a bottom 78, in the middle of a suction port 80, the opening edge forms a valve seat.
- a Saugrohrnippel 82nd arranged for a suction pipe, not shown, whose intake passage 83 coaxial with the suction port 80 extends.
- the lower housing portion 32 includes a valve cage 84 (Fig. 1), which is the spherical, made of metal, preferably made of Stainless steel existing intake valve 22 receives.
- the Intake valve 22 is in the valve cage 84 between a lower, the suction port 80 closing position and a limited opening position axially movable arranged.
- the valve cage 84 consists of cage strips 86 which are in the same Angular intervals over the circumference of a cylindrical inner surface 88 of the lower housing portion 32 are arranged.
- the cage bars 86 are at their upper end with Begrenzungswggsten 90, which is the upper opening position of the intake valve 22 determine.
- Fig. 2 shows more clearly that in the interior of the pump housing 12 projecting end 96 of the pump shaft 18 with a ring shoulder-shaped driving stop 98 is provided in the illustrated upper rest or closed position of the same at an axial distance below the bottom 42 of the head wall 34th is arranged in the region of the central opening 36.
- the driver stop 98 is at the peripheral edge at a distance from a cylindrical inside 100 of the stopper neck 60 arranged.
- the cylindrical length portion 102 of the pump shaft 18th At its lower end it goes over into a constriction 104.
- This constriction 104 is at its upper end of a down conically tapered section 106, attached to his lower end merges into a cylindrical length section 108, its diameter is naturally smaller than the diameter the remaining pump shaft 18 is dimensioned.
- Constriction 104 engaging cylindrical length portion 108 is made up of an upper, solid-walled longitudinal section 109 and a longitudinal portion 110 extending thereunder together, whose height is about 60% of the total amount of constriction 104 is.
- the constriction 104 is the pump shaft 18 with several, in arranged at equal angular intervals and at the same height, provided radial passage openings 112, which is a fluid connection between an axial passage 114 of the Pump shaft 18 and the pump chamber 64 produce. Which extending through the cylindrical wall of the pump shaft 18 Passage openings 112 have a diameter which the height of the longitudinal section 110 corresponds.
- this length section 110 closes a downwardly conically widening ramp surface 116, in a sealing shoulder 118 of the lower end 96 of the pump shaft 18 expires whose outer diameter of that of the Pump shaft 18 corresponds and in the axial distance over the support surface 94 for the upper end of the cylindrical Helical compression spring 24 is arranged.
- the ramp surface 116 forms with the main axis of the pump 10 a down opening angle of preferably 10 ° to 15 ° and is in their Function described below.
- the wall of the sleeve-shaped spool 20 is in cross section, as can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, with provided an approximately H-shaped cross-section.
- This approximately H-shaped Cross-section of the spool 20 is of a outer, upper sealing lip 119 and an outer, lower Sealing lip 120 formed (Fig. 1), each with their own Ends on the inner wall of the pump cylinder 66 with elastic Preload tight against, but between them on the wall of the pump cylinder 66 form an annular space 122. Consequently is the friction of the spool 20 with respect to the pump cylinder wall 67 diminished, while a relatively high specific Surface pressure in the sense of improved sealing is reached.
- this H-shaped cross section of the piston wall of a connecting web 124 formed at a junction 126 of the upper sealing lip 119 with the lower Sealing lip 120 extends radially inward and at its inner End with a rising up or outside sealing collar 128 is provided.
- the sealing collar 128 extends to the height the upper, outer sealing lip 119 and is on the inside provided with a sealing bead 130 which on the cylindrical Length section 102 under the Mit Converseanschlag 98 of Pump shaft 18 under bias voltage sealingly abuts and tapered upwards.
- the H-shaped wall cross-section of Spool 20 is completed by a sealing jacket 132, extending from the inner end of the connecting web 124th extends down and in on a length that is about one Quarter the height of the lower sealing lip 120 of the spool 20 corresponds.
- This sealing jacket 132 is in the in Fig. 1st and 3 shown rest position of the pump on the sealing shoulder 118 of the lower end 96 of the pump shaft 18 and seals thereby the radial passage openings 112 with respect to the Pump cylinder 66 from. Furthermore, the pump cylinder 66 is after outside through the outer, upper and lower sealing lips 119, 120 of the spool 20 sealed.
- the underside of the Mitschanschlag 98 provided with an inverted U-shaped annular groove 138 is that for receiving the sealing collar 128 of the spool 20 serves.
- an outer Leg 140 of the inverted U-profile of the annular groove 138 with the Main axis of the pump 10 has a downwardly opening tips Includes angle, so that when the sealing collar 128 in this annular groove 138 engages, the upper end of the sealing collar 128 via a conical outer 142 of the same against the cylindrical length portion 102 of the pump shaft 18 sealingly is pressed.
- the radial preload of the sealing collar 128 secures the intervention of the same in this lower Ring groove 138 of the Mit predominantlyanschlages 98 and ensures a dense contact of the annular sealing bead 130 on the cylindrical Length section 102 of the pump shaft 18 even then, if a significant pump pressure depending on the for applied the liquid available cross-sections must be to lower or higher liquids To pump off viscosity from the container.
