- the ventilation channel is at least a radial ventilation channel connected, each of the radial vent groove 46 on the underside 42 of the head wall 34 and an upper end face 54 covering it Housing flange 48 is formed and with the interior of the upper Pump housing 12 and the container communicates.
- the outside 58 of the stop connector 60 is in the region of its lower end 56 at about the lower third of its height with a conical downwardly and inwardly tapered guide surface 62 for the Provide slide piston 20, as detailed below will (Fig. 2).
- FIG. 1 shows that the main section 26 of the pump housing 12 in a pump chamber 64 a pump cylinder 66 with a contains cylindrical inner wall 67 through a lower Ring shoulder 68 is limited.
- ring shoulder 68 Up to this ring shoulder 68 extend guide strips 70 which are at circumferential angular intervals from an inner wall 72 of the main section 26 and the underlying central section 30 of housing 12 protrude radially inwards and upwards.
- Upper end faces 74 of these guide strips 70 run in an arc shape inward and below and go in parallel to the main axis of the pump 10 Narrow sides 76 over.
- These narrow sides 76 of the guide strips 70 lie on an imaginary envelope cylinder, which the Corresponds to the inner diameter of the lower housing section 32.
- These guide strips 70 are used in conjunction with their arcuate, the insertion of the spring 24 facilitating end faces 74 a quick, safe installation and flawless Guiding the helical compression spring 24.
- Fig. 1 also shows that the lower, cylindrical housing portion 32 has a bottom 78 which has a suction opening in the middle 80 has, the opening edge forms a valve seat.
- a suction pipe nipple 82 arranged for a suction pipe, not shown, the suction channel 83 runs coaxially to the suction opening 80.
- the lower housing section 32 contains a valve cage 84 (Fig. 1), which is spherical, made of metal, preferably made of stainless steel existing intake valve 22 receives.
- the Intake valve 22 is in the valve cage 84 between a lower, the suction opening 80 closing position and one upper opening position limited axially movable.
- the valve cage 84 consists of cage strips 86, which are the same Angular distances around the circumference of a cylindrical inner surface 88 of the lower housing section 32 are arranged.
- the cage strips 86 are at their upper end with limiting beads 90 provided that the upper opening position of the intake valve 22 determine.
- Fig. 2 shows more clearly that this is in the interior of the pump housing 12 protruding end 96 of the pump shaft 18 with a annular shoulder-shaped driver stop 98 is provided, which in the shown upper rest or closed position of the same at an axial distance below the underside 42 of the head wall 34 is arranged in the region of the central opening 36 thereof.
- the driver stop 98 is spaced at the peripheral edge from a cylindrical inside 100 of the stop connector 60 arranged.
- this driver stop 98 there is a cylindrical Length section 102 of the pump shaft 18, its diameter that of the pump shaft 18 above the driver stop 98 corresponds.
- the length of this cylindrical Section 102 corresponds approximately to the length of the lifting movement of the Slide piston 20 on the pump shaft 18.
- the cylindrical length section 102 of the pump shaft 18 merges into a constriction 104 at its lower end.
- This constriction 104 consists of a at its upper end downwardly tapered section 106, which at its the lower end merges into a cylindrical length section 108, whose diameter is naturally smaller than the diameter of the remaining pump shaft 18 is dimensioned.
- This the majority, namely about three quarters of the height of the Constriction 104 occupying cylindrical length section 108 consists of an upper, full-walled length section 109 and a length portion 110 extending below together, the amount of which is about 60% of the total amount of constriction 104 is.
- the pump shaft 18 In the area of this length section 110 of the constriction 104 is the pump shaft 18 with several, in arranged at the same angular distances and at the same height, radial passage openings 112 which provide a fluid connection between an axial through channel 114 of the Produce the pump shaft 18 and the pump chamber 64. Which extending through the cylindrical wall of the pump shaft 18 Through openings 112 have a diameter that corresponds to the height of the length section 110.
- this length section 110 closes a ramp surface 116 which widens conically downwards, those in a sealing shoulder 118 of the lower end 96 of the pump shaft 18 runs out, the outer diameter of that of Pump shaft 18 corresponds and the axial distance above the support surface 94 for the upper end of the cylindrical Coil compression spring 24 is arranged.
- the ramp surface 116 forms a down with the main axis of the pump 10 opening angle of preferably 10 ° to 15 ° and is in their Function described below.
- the wall of the sleeve-shaped slide piston 20 is in cross section, as can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, with an approximately H-shaped cross section.
- This is approximately H-shaped Cross section of the spool 20 is from a outer, upper sealing lip 119 and an outer, lower Sealing lip 120 formed (Fig. 1), each with only their Ends on the inner wall of the pump cylinder 66 with elastic Prestress tightly, but between them on the wall of the pump cylinder 66 form an annular space 122. Consequently is the friction of the slide piston 20 against the pump cylinder wall 67 decreased while a relatively high specific Surface pressure in the sense of an improved seal is achieved.
- this H-shaped cross section of the piston wall of a connecting web 124 is formed, which is located at a connection point 126 of the upper sealing lip 119 with the lower one Sealing lip 120 extends radially inwards and on its inside End with a sealing collar protruding upwards or outwards 128 is provided.
- the sealing collar 128 extends up to the height the upper, outer sealing lip 119 and is on the inside provided with a sealing bead 130 which on the cylindrical Length section 102 under the driver stop 98 of the Pump shaft 18 sealingly rests under pretension and tapers upwards.
- the H-shaped wall cross section of the Slide piston 20 is completed by a sealing jacket 132, which extends from the inner end of the connecting web 124 extends downward and inward over a length approximately one Quarter of the height of the lower sealing lip 120 of the slide piston 20 corresponds.
- This sealing jacket 132 lies in that in FIG. 1 and 3 shown rest position of the pump on the sealing shoulder 118 of the lower end 96 of the pump shaft 18 and seals thereby the radial passage openings 112 with respect to the Pump cylinder 66 from.
- the pump cylinder 66 is behind outside through the outer, upper and lower sealing lips 119, 120 of the spool 20 sealed.
- the spool is used 20 with the top of its connecting web 124 against the lower end 56 delimiting the piston stroke path at the top of the stop connector 60 under the action of the helical compression spring 24 and a lower, rounded and on the sealing shoulder 118 overlying sealing edge 134 of the sealing jacket 132 pressed. This is also ensured by the fact that how mentions the driver stop 98 of the pump shaft 18 one axial distance to the underside 42 of the head wall 34 in the area the central passage opening 36 for the pump shaft 18 complies with.
- the underside of the driver stop 98 provided with an inverted U-shaped annular groove 138 is that for receiving the sealing collar 128 of the slide piston 20 serves.
- an external Leg 140 of the inverted U-profile of the annular groove 138 with the The main axis of the pump 10 has a downward-opening tip Includes angles so that when the sealing collar 128 in this annular groove 138 engages the upper end of the sealing collar 128 over a conical outside 142 of the same against the cylindrical longitudinal section 102 of the pump shaft 18 sealing is pressed.
- the radial preload of the sealing collar 128 ensures its intervention in this lower one Ring groove 138 of the driver stop 98 and ensures a tight contact of the annular sealing bead 130 on the cylindrical Length section 102 of the pump shaft 18 also if a significant pump pressure depending on the for the liquid available cross sections applied must be to make liquids lower or higher Pumping viscosity out of the container.
