Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Patentanspruches 1.
Es ist bekannt, Haftteile textiler Flächenhaftverschlüsse zur Befestigung von Fliegengittern zu verwenden. Dabei handelt es sich um gewebte und/oder gestrickte Haftbänder, deren Verhakungselemente in der Regel pilzkopfartig ausgebildet sind. Die Befestigung der Fliegengitter erfolgt dabei in der Art, daß selbstklebend ausgerüstete Hafteile der Haftbänder rings um die Fensterrahmen geklebt und dann die auf Maß zugeschnittenen Fliegengitter mit ihren Rändern auf die Haftbänder gedrückt werden. Die Verhakungselemente dringen in die durch Maschen gebildete gitterförmige Struktur des Fliegengitters ein und halten es so fest.
Nachteilig bei dieser Art von Haftbändern ist, daß man für eine gute Verhakungswahrscheinlichkeit eine Anzahl von Verhakungselementen vorsehen muß, die deutlich größer als die Anzahl der Maschen ist. Dabei ist man hinsichtlich der Anzahl der Verhakungselemente an Maschinenfeinheiten und/oder -teilungen aufgrund des textilen Herstellungsverfahrens des Webens oder Strickens gebunden.
Demgegenüber offenbart die US - A - 4 001 366 bereits ein Verfahren, auf nichttextiler Basis Haftverschlußmaterial mit Verhakungselementen herzustellen, indem die Längsrippen eines flächenhaften extrudierten Materials in einer quer zu den Längsrippen verlaufenden Richtung sehr fein eingesägt oder eingeschnitten werden und die zwischen den Einschnitten verbliebenen Überstände durch anschließendes Dehnen des flächigen Materials in Richtung der Längsrippen voneinander entfernt werden, so daß eine geometrisch regelmäßige Anordnung dieser Überstände in Längs- und Querreihen entsteht, die die Verhakungselemente des Haftverschlußmaterials darstellen. Als Anwendungsbereich wird die Verbindung mit jeglicher Art fibrillären Materials genannt. Der Gedanke, den Abstand der Verhakungselemente auf den Fibrillenabstand eines regelmäßig strukturierten Materials, in diesem Sinne also auf die Maschenweite eines regelmäßigen Netzmaterials abzustimmen, ist jedoch nicht offenbart.
Die US-A-4 993 471 befaßt sich mit einer Anwendung, ein flexibles Netzmaterial mittels eines Haftverschlußbandes reversibel zu fixieren, speziell an Fahrzeugöffnungen, wie die des Fensters oder des Schiebedaches. In der dort angegebenen Lösung wird das mit Verhakungselementen versehene Haftverschlußmaterial zunächst durch beispielsweise Aufkleben oder Annähen an dem Netzmaterial befestigt und sodann das Hartverschlußmaterial entlang dem Umfang der jeweils abzudeckenden Öffnung befestigt, indem die Verhakungselemente mit gegebenenfalls entlang dem Umfang der abzudeckenden Öffnung vorhandenen Gewebematerial in Kontakt treten. Mithin kommt zur Lösung der Befestigungsaufgabe ein vollständiges Haftverschlußband zum Einsatz, bestehend aus Verhakungselementen und korrespondierendem Flauschmaterial, was die bekannte Lösung teuer und aufwendig in der Herstellung und Montage werden läßt.
Eine Lösung, Netzmaterial als Fliegengitter unmittelbar auf mit Haken versehenem Hartverschlußmaterial ohne Zuhilfenahme weiterer Fixierungsmittel direkt anzubringen, ist bereits in der US-A-3 753 458 gezeigt. Die Dimensionierung des Kopfdurchmessers der Verhakungselemente ist dabei so gewählt, daß er stets größer ist als die Maschenweite gemessen am Außenumfang der Maschen. Dies bedingt, daß der gegenseitige Abstand der Verhakungselemente voneinander größer sein muß als die Maschenweite des Netzes, so daß es nicht möglich ist, daß ein oder mehr als ein Verhakungselement pro Masche in Eingriff gelangen kann. Letzteres reduziert die Verhakungswahrscheinlichkeit, so daß jedenfalls bei der bekannten Lösung das Fliegengitter sich ungewollt vom Befestigungsband ablösen kann.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine kostengünstige und in der Verhakung sichere Befestigungsvorrichtung, bestehend aus einem Gitter mit einzelnen Maschen und mindestens einem Befestigungsband, mit einer Vielzahl von Verhakungselementen zum Festlegen des Gitters an dem Befestigungsband dahingehend zu verbessern, daß die Verhakungswahrscheinlichkeit des Gitters an dem Befestigungsband erhöht wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Abstand der Verhakungselemente jeder Längsrippe derart voneinander gewählt ist, daß ein bis drei Verhakungselemente pro Masche des Fliegengitters in Eingriff kommen und daß der Abstand der Längsrippen sowie der Querreihen voneinander der Maschenweite des Fliegengitters entspricht. Durch die Verwendung eines Haftbandes aus Kunststoff können die Verhakungselemente im Rahmen des Herstellprozesses derart in Längs- und Querreihen angeordnet werden, daß der Abstand der Längsreihen voneinander der Maschenweite des Fliegengitters entspricht, so daß der Abstand der Verhakungselemente voneinander derart wählbar ist, daß ein bis drei Verhakungselemente pro Masche des Gitters in Eingriff kommen. Dabei kann der gegenseitige Abstand der Verhakungselemente in einer Längsreihe unabhängig gewählt werden vom Abstand der Längsreihen zueinander, was eine Anpassung der Anordnung der Verhakungselemente an unterschiedlichste Geometrien von Gittern erlaubt. Dies verbessert in hohem Maße die Verhakungswahrscheinlichkeit.
Die in Längsreihen angeordneten Verhakungselemente lassen sich in kostengünstiger Weise aus auf dem Kunststoffband angeordneten Längsrippen erhalten, in dem diese in Einschnitte unterteilt, die das jeweilige Verhakungselement bilden, in eine Richtung gedehnt werden.
Die Verhakungselemente selbst sind vorzugsweise pfeil-, spitzenoder harpunenförmig ausgebildet, um ein leichtes Eindringen in die durch die Maschen gebildete Gitterstruktur des Fliegengitters zu gewährleisten. Im folgenden soll die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert werden.
Dabei zeigt die einzige Figur der Zeichnung eine unvollständig dargestellte schematische Ansicht eines Fensterrahmens mit einem mittels eines erfindungsgemäßen Kunststoffhaftbandes befestigten Fliegengitter.
Das erfindungsgemäße Kunststoffhaftband 1 weist Kunststofflängsrippen 3 auf, die so unterteilt sind, daß jeweils 1, 2 oder 3 der durch die Unterteilung entstandenen Verhakungselemente 5 in jeweils eine Masche 7 eines Fliegengitters 9 einhaken. Die Herstellung des die Längsrippen 3 aufweisenden Kunststoffhaftbandes sowie die Unterteilung der Längsrippen 3 zur Ausbildung der Verhakungselemente 5 geschieht gemäß dem in der DE 22 13 686 C3 offenbarten Verfahren. Auf die genannte Patentschrift wird hier Bezug genommen. Dabei ist jedoch zu berücksichtigen, daß der Abstand der Längsrippen 3 voneinander so gewählt wird, daß er der Maschenweite des jeweiligen Fliegengitters 9 entspricht.
In Versuchen wurden Kunststoffhaftbänder 1 hergestellt, deren Verhakungselemente 5 zum einen pfeilspitzenförmig und zum anderen harpunenförmig ausgebildet waren. Beide Ausführungsformen der Verhakungselemente 5 zeigten ein leichtes Eindringen in die durch die Maschen 7 gebildete Gitterstruktur des jeweiligen Fliegengitters 9 und somit ein schnelles und sicheres Verhaken. Grundsätzlich kann aber auch eine andere Form der Verhakungselemente 5, z.B. eine pilzkopfartige Ausbildung der Verhakungselemente 5, gewählt werden.
Zur Befestigung des Fliegengitters 9 wurde das wie oben angegeben hergestellte - Kunststoffhaftband 1 auf der den Verhakungselementen 5 abgewandten Seite in an sich bekannter Weise selbstklebend ausgerüstet und rings um einen Fensterrahmen 11 geklebt. Das Fliegengitter 9 wurde auf das Maß des Fensterrahmens 11 zugeschnitten und mit seinen Rändern auf das Kunststoffhaftband 1 gedrückt. Dabei hat sich gezeigt, daß auch das Kunststoffhaftband 1, dessen Verhakungselemente 5 jeder Längsrippe 3 so ausgebildet waren, daß je ein Verhakungselement 5 pro Masche 7 des Fliegengitters 9 in Eingriff kommt, eine noch ausreichende Haftfähigkeit aufwies und dabei den Vorteil hatte, daß das Fliegengitter 9 sehr schnell angebracht werden konnte, weil es nicht notwendig war, mehrere Verhakungselemente 5 in eine Masche 7 des Fliegengitters 9 eingreifen zu lassen.
Die schematische Ansicht der einzigen Figur ist zum Zweck einer besseren Veranschaulichung des erfindungsgemäßen Gegenstands etwas abweichend von dem in der Praxis verwendeten Kunststoffhaftband 1 und dem darin gehaltenen Fliegengitter 9 dargestellt. Die Bandlängsrichtung der in der Praxis verwendeten Kunststoffhaftbänder 1 verläuft dabei parallel zur Längsrichtung des Fliegengitters 9, dessen Maschen 7 in der Regel rechteckförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei jeweils die längeren Seiten jedes Rechtecks in Längsrichtung des Fliegengitters 9 orientiert sind. Bei dem Kunststoffhaftband 1 selbst sind die senkrecht zu den Längsrippen 3 befindlichen Querreihen der Verhakungselemente 5 gerade so angeordnet, daß sie jeweils in einem spitzen Winkel zur Längskante des Fliegengitters 9 verlaufen. Dieser in der Figur nicht dargestellte Verlauf der Querreihen ist fertigungstechnisch bedingt. Die Verhakungselemente 5 werden dadurch gebildet, daß die Kunststofflängsrippen 3 durch flache Messer unter Ausbildung von Einschnitten unterteilt werden und das Kunststoffhaftband 1 anschließend auf einer Ziehbank gedehnt wird, wodurch sich die voneinander durch einen Abstand getrennten Verhakungselemente 5 bilden. Eine Anordnung der Querrippen in der Weise, daß sie zudem an dem Kunststoffhaftband 1 zu befestigtenden Fliegengitter 9 einen spitzen Winkel bilden, verhindert die Ausbildung von Sollbruchstellen beim Dehnen des Kunststoffhaftbandes 1. Dabei ist der jeweilige Winkelgrad dieses spitzen Winkels vom Ausmaß der Dehnung abhängig.

Claims (3)

  1. Befestigungsvorrichtung, bestehend aus einem Gitter mit einzelnen Maschen (7) und mindestens einem Befestigungsband, das eine Vielzahl von Verhakungselementen (5) aufweist zum Festlegen des Gitters an dem Befestigungsband, wobei das Gitter ein Fliegengitter (9) ist, wobei das Befestigungsband (1) ein Haftband aus Kunststoffmaterial ist und wobei die Verhakungselemente (5) in Form von Längsrippen (3) und Querreihen jeweils unter Bildung eines Abstandes voneinander auf dem Kunststoffhaftband (1) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Verhakungselemente (5) jeder Längsrippe derart voneinander gewählt ist, daß ein bis drei Verhakungselemente (5) pro Masche des Fliegengitters (9) in Eingriff kommen und daß der Abstand der Längsrippen (3) sowie der Querreihen voneinander der Maschenweite des Fliegengitters (9) entspricht.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verhakungselemente (5) pfeilspitzenförmig ausgebildet sind.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verhakungselemente (5) harpunenförmig ausgebildet sind.
