Claims (22)
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung (3) für Druckwerke (1,2) von Druckmaschinen, wobei die Druckgutfördervorrichtung einem ersten Druckwerk (1) nachgeordnet ist, für eine Zugänglichkeit des ersten Druckwerks (1) einen verlagerbaren Abschnitt (8) aufweist, eine Auslage (4) sowie eine Transpcrtvorrichtung (5) besitzt und das Druckgut einem Weiterverarbeitungsort zuführt, und wobei die Transportvorrichtung (5) mindestens einen Endlosförderer (49) mit Schubgliedern (14) für das Druckgut aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verlagerbare Abschnitt (8) Bestandteil der Transportvorrichtung (5) ist und daß sich der Endlosförderer (49) bis in den verlagerbaren Abschnitt (8) hinein erstreckt.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckmaschine eine Blech-Druckmaschine ist und daß das Druckgut von Blechtafeln gebildet wird.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Weiterverarbeitungsort von einem weiteren, zweiten Druckwerk gebildet ist.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung (5) einen feststehenden Abschnitt (7) und den verlagerbaren Abschnitt (8) aufweist und daß sich der Endlosförderer (49) über beide Abschnitte (7, 8) durchgehend erstreckt.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine im Übergangsbereich der beiden Abschnitte (7, 8) liegende, erste Schwenkachse (10), um die der verlagerbare Abschnitt (8) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schwenkachse (10) quer zur Förderrichtung des Druckguts verläuft.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (10) rechtwinklig zur Förderrichtung des Druckguts verläuft.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schwenkachse (10) horizontal verläuft.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für eine auslagenseitige Zugänglichkeit des ersten Druckwerks (1) der verlagerbare Abschnitt (8) aus seiner Arbeitsstellung um die erste Schwenkachse (10) nach unten bis in eine Freigabestellung geschwenkt wird.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschwenken des verlagerbaren Abschnitts (8) mittels eines maschinellen Antriebs (55) erfolgt.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschwenken des verlagerbaren Abschnitts (8) mittels mindestens einer ersten Kolben-/Zylinder-Einheit (56) erfolgt.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine oberhalb der Transportvorrichtung (5) liegende Arbeitsbühne (17).
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb des verlagerbaren Abschnitts (8) eine um eine zweite Schwenkachse (21) schwenkbare erste Arbeitsplattform (18) der Arbeitsbühne (17) angeordnet ist.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein maschineller Plattformantrieb (57) einerseits an einem ortsfesten Maschinengestell (24) und andererseits an der schwenkbaren ersten Arbeitsplattform (18) zu deren Verschwenken angreift und daß die erste Arbeitsplattform (18) über mindestens ein Koppelelement (59) mit einem Abdeckelement (61) verbunden ist, das mittels einer dritten Schwenkachse (63) schwenkbar am Maschinengestell (24) gelagert ist.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der maschinelle Plattformantrieb (57) mindestens eine zweite Kolben-/Zylinder-Einheit (58) aufweist.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Koppelelement (59) als Koppelstange (60) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckelement (61) als Abdeckblech (62) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 14 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckelement (61) in seiner Schutzstellung den in Freigabestellung befindlichen, verlagerbaren Abschnitt (8) der Transportvorrichtung (5) gegenüber der eine Gasse (12) bildenden Zugangszone abschirmt.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 13 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schwenkachse (21) der ersten Arbeitsplattform (18) und die dritte Schwenkachse (63) des Abdeckelements (61) der Seite des verlagerbaren Abschnitts (8) der Transportvorrichtung (5) zugeordnet sind, die die erste Schwenkachse (10) aufweist.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der ersten Schwenkachse (10) abgewandte freie Ende des verlagerbaren Abschnitts (8) der Transportvorrichtung (5) in Arbeitsstellung in Gegenüberlage zur Auslage (4) des ersten Druckwerks (1) steht.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 12 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsbühne (17) eine zweite Arbeitsplattform (20) aufweist, die sich oberhalb des feststehenden Abschnitts (7) der Transportvorrichtung (5) befindet.
- Druckgutfördervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 12 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsbühne (17) den gesamten Abstand zwischen den beiden Druckwerken (1, 2) überbrückt.
