Claims (12)
- Dreh-Kippbeschlag für Fenster, Türen und dergleichen mit einer an einer Stulpschiene (1) geführten Treibstange (2) und einem an der Stulpschiene (1) schwenk- und verschiebbar angelenkten Ausstellarm (3) und einem zwischen Ausstellarm (3) und Stulpschiene (1) vorgesehenen Stützlenker (4) sowie mit einer Anordnung zur Feststellung des Flügels in vorgebbaren Kippwinkellagen, wobei zwischen der Stulpschiene (1) und dem Stützlenker (4) eine Sperreinrichtung (8) wirksam ist, die die Schwenkbewegung des Stützlenkers (4) in Abhängigkeit von der Verstellung der Treibstange (2) blockiert oder freigibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der radialen Außenseite der mit dem Stützlenker (4) fest verbundenen Stützlenkerachse (7) oder eines mit der Stützlenkerachse (7) drehfest verbundenen Ritzels (9) oder dergleichen Verzahnungen oder Riffelungen vorgesehen sind und daß die Sperreinrichtung (8) zumindest ein Blockierglied (10, 11, 27) mit einem zu den Verzahnungen oder Riffelungen im wesentlichen komplementär ausgebildeten Angriffsabschnitt umfaßt, der durch eine Verstellung der Treibstange (2) in Eingriff mit den Verzahnungen oder Riffelungen bringbar ist, wodurch ein Verdrehen der Stützlenkerachse (7) verhindert wird. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blockierglied zumindest einen an der Stulpschiene (1) schwenkbar gelagerten Blockierhebel (10, 11) aufweist, der über einen an der Treibstange (2) vorgesehenen Steuernocken (16) betätigbar und mit den Verzahnungen oder Riffelungen in Sperreingriff bringbar ist. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blockierglied zwei zwischen Stulpschiene (1) und Treibstange (2) in einer Ebene gelegene Blockierhebel (10, 11) aufweist, die an nebeneinander liegenden Lagerzapfen (12, 13) an der Stulpschiene (1) nach Art einer Klemmschere das Ritzel (9) umgreifend gelagert sind, wobei zwischen den vom Ritzel (9) abgewandten Blockierhebelschenkeln (10', 11') eine die freie Drehung des Ritzels (9) oder dergleichen gewährleistende Freihubstrecke (14) für den an der Treibstange (2) vorgesehenen Steuernocken und eine Klemmhubstrecke (15) ausgebildet ist, in der der Steuernocken (16) unter Spreizung der Scherenschenkel die Klemmzangenschenkel (17, 18) schließt und das Ritzel (9) sperrt. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Klemmhubstrecke (15) im Bereich der freien Blockierhebelschenkelenden befindet. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Stulpschiene (1) schwenkbar gelagerten Blockierhebel (10, 11) übereinander in verschiedenen Ebenen gelegen und begrenzt zueinander verschwenkbar sind, wobei die Blockierhebel (10, 11) auf der einen Seite der Schwenklager (12, 13) mit ihren dem Ritzelumfang angepaßten, insbesondere verzahnten Stirnflächen (21, 22) blockierend am Ritzel (9) oder dergleichen angreifen können und die Betätigung der Blockierhebel (10, 11) über den an der Treibstange (2) vorgesehenen Steuernocken (16) erfolgt, der zur Blockierung des Ritzels (9) oder dergleichen in die Klemmhubstrecke (15) einfahrbar ist und wobei in der der vollen Kippöffnung entsprechenden Stellung der Treibstange (2) ein Spreizansatz (25) an der Treibstange (2) unter Spreizung der Blockierhebel (10, 11) zwischen zwei ritzelseitig an den Blockierhebeln (10, 11) vorgesehene Ansätze (19, 20) eingreift, wobei der Durchmesser des Ritzels (9) vorzugsweise etwa der Breite der Stulpschiene (1) entspricht. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Stulpschiene (1) das Ritzel (9) oder dergleichen umschließende Blockierhebel (10, 11) in Form von Klemmbacken mit sich in Richtung der Treibstange (2) erstreckenden, insbesondere im Bereich der freien Enden der Klemmbacken gelegenen Betätigungsansätzen (19, 20) beweglich gelagert sind, und daß an der Treibstange (2) eine Steuerkulisse (24) vorgesehen ist, in die die Betätigungsansätze (19, 20) eingreifen und welche für die Betätigungsansätze (19, 20) eine Freihubstrecke (14) und eine im Vergleich dazu engere Klemmhubstrecke (15) sowie einen endseitigen, zwischen die Betätigungsansätze (19, 20) einfahrbaren Spreizansatz (25) aufweist. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockierhebel (10, 11) in Form von Klemmbacken federnd gegeneinander gespannt sind. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkulisse (24) als separates Bauteil ausgebildet ist, das an einem gekröpften Bereich (26) der Treibstange (2) befestigt ist. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkulisse (24) in Form von Vertiefungen in der Treibstange (2) ausgebildet ist. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ritzel (9) benachbart ein verschiebbar gelagertes Klemmglied (27) vorgesehen ist, das über einen zweiarmigen Stellhebel (29) betätigbar ist, der an der Stulpschiene (1) schwenkbar gelagert und im Bereich seines langen Hebelarmes (31) mit einer Steuerkulissenausnehmung (32) versehen ist, in die ein an der Treibstange (2) vorgesehener Steuernocken (16) eingreift.und den Stellhebel (29) in Abhängigkeit von der Treibstangenstellung verschwenkt und dabei das Klemmglied (27) blockierend mit dem Ritzel (9) in Eingriff bringt oder das Ritzel (9) zur Drehung freigibt. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellhebel (29) das Klemmglied (27)über einen Keileingriff zwischen dem kurzen Hebelarm (30) des Stellhebels (29) und dem Klemmglied (27) betätigt. - Dreh-Kippbeschlag nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem freien Ende des Stellhebels (29) und dem Klemmglied (27) eine Verzahnung (33) vorgesehen ist, die in der Blockierstellung des Ritzels (9) in Formschlußeingriff ist und in der Freigabestellung des Ritzels (9) in Spieleingriff ist.
