Claims (13)
- Bauelement, insbesondere zum Decken von Dächern, für Schallschutzwände und dergleichen, mit einem plattenoder bahnförmigen Träger (2) und einer Deckschicht (3) aus im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordneten Naturhalmen (4), die jeweils mit einem Ende am Träger (2) befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Naturhalme (4) in Ebenen (5) zusammengefaßt und endseitig in einer Aufnahmetasche (6) gehaltert sind, die mindestens eine am Träger (2) befestigte Haltelasche (7) aufweist,
daß eine Vielzahl derartiger Naturhalmebenen (5) unmittelbar aneinandergrenzend und im wesentlichen parallel zueinander am Träger (2) fixiert ist, und
daß die Neigung der Naturhalmebenen (5) und damit die Packungsdichte der Deckschicht (3) durch die Haltelaschenneigung vorgegeben ist. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Haltelaschen (7) streifenförmig ausgebildet ist und sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Naturhalmen (4) längs der Aufnahmetasche (6), vorzugsweise über deren gesamte Länge erstreckt. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Haltelaschen (7) mehrere Einzellaschen (7a) umfaßt, die entlang der Aufnahmetasche (6) voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) wenigstens ein Stützelement (8) aufweist, welches eine der Aufnahmetaschen (6) direkt abstützt und dadurch die Neigung zumindest eines Teils der Naturhalmebenen (5) festlegt. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmetaschen (6) im wesentlichen aus zwei sich etwa senkrecht zu den Naturhalmlängsachsen erstrekkenden Streifenelementen (6a, b) bestehen, die einen sich von einem gemeinsamen Befestigungsbereich an der Haltelasche (7) aus insbesondere V- oder U-förmig erweiternden, kanalartigen Aufnahmeraum für die Naturhalmenden bilden. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Naturhalmebenen (5) jeweils aus einer Naturhalm-Einzellage (5a) besteht. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Naturhalmebenen (5) jeweils aus mehreren Naturhalm-Einzellagen (5a) besteht und vorzugsweise die Naturhalme (4) benachbarter Einzellagen (5a) auf Lücke angeordnet sind. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) wenigstens einen nicht von der Deckschicht (3) bedeckten freien Randbereich (2a) aufweist. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Stirnseiten des Trägers (2) jeweils als Nut oder Feder ausgebildet sind. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltelaschen (7) durch Kleben und/oder Heften und/oder Schweißen und/oder Löten am Träger (2) befestigt sind. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Naturhalme (4) durch Kleben und/oder Nähen in den Aufnahmetaschen (6) gehaltert sind. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Naturhalme (4) aus Ried-, Schilf- und/oder Chinagras und/oder anderen geeigneten schilfähnlichen Arten bzw. Züchtungen hergestellt sind. - Bauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Träger (2), die Aufnahmetaschen (6) und/oder die Haltelaschen (7) aus einem wasserundurchlässigen, flexiblen, dauerelastischen, dauerplastischen, schwer entflammbaren und/oder flammenhemmenden Material hergestellt sind.
