Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von flachen Sendungen mit einem Vereinzelungsmechanismus (1,80) und einem in Stapelrichtung entlang einer Stapelfläche (40) bewegbaren Stapelmechanismus (42) zwischen denen die Sendungen gestapelt werden, mit einer Transportstrecke (43), die aus über Rollen geführten endlosen senkrecht stehenden Riemen gebildet wird, zwischen denen die Sendungen von einer Eingabestelle (101) aus zur Stapeleinrichtung (2) transportiert werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stapelfläche (40) bezogen auf die Transportstrecke (43) eine horizontale konkave Krümmung aufweist und die Riemen (5, 6) im Bereich der Transportstrecke (43) durch eine Anzahl von Umlenkrollen (45) umgelenkt werden, die auf einer der Krümmung der Stapelfläche angepaßten Kurve derartig angeordnet sind, daß die Transportstrecke (43) eine der Krümmung der Stapelfläche (40) angepaßte Krümmung aufweist, wobei im Bereich der Transportstrecke (43) die Riemen (5, 6) zwischen der Stapelfläche (40) und den Umlenkrollen (45) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelfläche (40) im wesentlichen ringförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelfläche (40) aus einer Anzahl von Segmenten besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelfläche (40) als im wesentlichen starre Scheibe ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Stapelmechanismus (42) und an der Eingabestelle (101) jeweils eine Riemenbrücke (60) vorgesehen ist, über die der äußere Riemen (5) über oder unter die Transportstrecke (43) geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riemen (5, 6) über dieselben Umlenkrollen zurückgeführt werden, die auch von der Transportstrecke (43) benutzt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riemen (5, 6) über gesonderte Umlenkrollen, die im Innern des von den von der Transportstrecke (43) benutzten Umlenkrollen gebildeten Rings angeordnet sind, zurückgeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie bis auf den Bereich der Eingabestelle und des Vereinzelungsmechanismus (80) im wesentlichen aus einer Anzahl gleichartiger Segmente (81) besteht.
