Der nicht eingespannte Teil des Abschlagmessers 12 kann in vertikaler Richtung durch Einwirken von Biegekräften bewegt werden. Die Halterung 14 ist fest an einem Tragarm 15 der Trennvorrichtung 10 angebracht. Unterhalb der Klemmhalterung 14 ist am Tragarm 15 in einem Lager 16 ein mechanischer Impulsgeber 17 verschwenkbar angebracht. Der im lager 16 verschwenk- bzw. drehbar gelagerte mechanische Impulsgeber 17 wird zwischen der Unterseite der Halterung 14 und einer Abstützung 18 elastisch mittels zweier verformbarer Elemente, beispielsweise elastischen Druckluftschläuchen, durch Klammerwirkung gehalten. Wird nun der untere Druckluftschlauch 19 befüllt und der obere Druckluftschlauch 20 entleert, so wird der mechanische Impulsgeber 17 um die Achse des Lagers 16 verschwenkt und kommt mit der Unterkante des Abschlagmessers 12 zum Anschlag. Hierbei findet ein Impulsaustausch vom mechanischen Impulsgeber auf das Abschlagmesser statt. Das eingespannte Abschlagmesser 12 wird in Richtung der Papierbahn beschleunigt und durchtrennt diese. Da das Messer 12 in der Halterung 14 eingespannt ist, wird es durch die rücktreibende Kraft resultierend aus der Verspannung des Messers in die dargestellte Ausgangsposition zurückgeholt. Hierbei verhindert ein Anschlag 52 ein Überschwingen des Messers in Richtung des mechanischen Impulsgebers 17. Beim Verkleben der alten Bahn mit der neuen befindet sich die Klebewalze in der eingezeichneten ausgefahrenden Klebeposititon 4'.
Durch den bevorzugt inelastischen Stoß wird der Impuls der Masse m1 praktisch vollständig auf die bewegliche Masse des Abschlagmessers m2 übertragen, das auf eine Geschwindigkeit V2 beschleunigt wird, sich um die Lagerachse in die gestrichelt eingezeichnete Position bewegt und dabei die Papierbahn 3 durchtrennt. Die Drehbewegung des Abschlagmessers 12 wird durch die Oberseite 31 des V-förmigen Ausschnittes 23 begrenzt. Ist die Papierbahn durchtrennt, so gelangt das Abschlagmesser durch Rückstellkräfte, bspw. die Schwerkraft in die Ausgangsposition, bei der sich das Abschlagmesser in Anlage mit der Unterseite 24 des V-förmigen Ausschnittes 23 befindet, und der Stößel 28 wird in die eingezeichnete Ausgangs- oder Ruheposition verfahren.
Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Abschlagen einer laufenden Warenbahn, insbesondere Papierbahnen, bei hohen Bahngeschwindigkeiten mit1.1 einem beweglichen Abschlagmesser (12) wobei1.2 die Schneidklinge (13) des Abschlagmessers (12) unterhalb der Warenbahn (3) im Zwickel zwischen der Warenbahn (3) und einer Anpreßrolle (4) mit geringem Abstand zu einem von der Anpreßrolle (4) und einer Walze (1) gebildeten Spalt (5) angeordnet ist.
1.3 dem Abschlagmesser (12) eine Betätigungsvorrichtung zugeordnet ist, die wenigstens eine Impulsaustauschvorrichtung (11) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Impulsaustauschvorrichtung (11) ein mechanischer Impulsgeber (26, 27) ist, bei dem der Impulsübertrag durch Massenstoß eines Stoßkörpers erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse des Abschlagmessers (m2) sehr viel kleiner als die Masse der Stoßkörpers (m1) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Implsaustauschvorrichtung ein pneumatischer Impulsgeber ist, mit dem der Impulsaustausch durch eine auf das Messer (12) einwirkende Strömung erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömung eine Druckluftströmung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsvorrichtung eine Energiespeichervorrichtung (50) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Energiespeichervorrichtung (50) ein Druckluftsystem ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidklinge (13) des Abschlagmessers (12) entgegen der Bahnlaufrichtung geneigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidklinge (13) des Abschlagmessers (12) derart geneigt ist, daß der Winkel, der sich während des Schneidvorgangs zwischen dem Abschlagmesser und der Warenbahn (3) ergibt, kleiner als 45 Grad ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidklinge (13) des Abschlagmessers (12) während des Schneidvorgangs entgegen der Bahnlaufrichtung geneigt ist und der Winkel, der sich während des Schneidvorganges zwischen dem Abschlagmesser und der Warenbahn (3) ergibt und die Geschwindigkeit der Warenbahn und die Zuführgeschwindigkeit des Abschlagmessers derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß die Schnittkante an der Warenbahn annähernd eine Gerade ist.
