Abstract

Claims (14)

  1. 섬유 웨브를 이동시키는 다수의 로울로 구성되고, 이 로울은 부하 로울 및 다른 로울을 포함하고 부하 로울과 다른 로울 사이에 닙을 가지고, 섬유 웨브는 닙을 통과하여 움직이고 닙의 접근면에서 상기 부하 로울과 함께 고어를 한정하고; 상기 닙으로부터 약간 떨어져 있고 섬유 웨브에 인접한 고어에 배치된 절단날을 포함하는 가동성 절단 나이프로 이루어지며; 절단 나이프와 연결되어 배치된 적어도 하나의 임펄스 교환기로 구성되고, 상기 임펄스 교환기는 임펄스 에너지를 절단 나이프로 전달해서 절단 날이 섬유 웨브를 절단하도록 하는 섬유 웨브의 처리 공정을 위한 제지기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펄스 교환기는, 절단 나이프에 대하여 스트라이킹 질량부의 충돌에 의해 임펄스 에너지를 전달하는 기계식 임펄스 발전기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절단 나이프는 스트라이킹 질량부의 질량보다 더 적은 질량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펄스 교환기는, 절단 나이프에 대한 기체의 흐름으로 임펄스 에너지를 전달하는 유압시기 임펄스 발전기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기체의 흐름은 압축 공기의 흐름으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펄스 교환기는 에너지 저장 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 저장 장치는 스프링으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단 나이프의 절단 날은 섬유 웨브의 이동 방향과 반대 방향으로 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 섬유 웨브를 절단하는 동안 상기 절단 나이프의 절단 날은 이동하는 섬유 웨브에 대해 약 45°이하의 각도로 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 웨브가 절단될 때, 웨브에 대한 절단 나이프의 각도, 웨브의 이동 속도 및 절단 나이프의 속도는 함께 작용하여서 웨브는 거의 직선으로 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제지기는 종이 만드는 기계, 리와인더, 코우터 및 회전 슬리터 중 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단 장치는 약 1500m/min보다 더 빠른 웨브 이동속도로 제지기에서 사용되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단 날은 섬유 웨브 아래에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기.
