Claims (11)

  1. 화장지등의 로울을 생산하기 위하여 웨브형재료를 종이가공기에 공급하는 동안 웨브형재료에 가로구멍을뚫기 위한 천공장치가 천공될 리본이 구동되는 회전하는 실린더(17)와, 실린더(17)의 축에 평행하게 실린더에 의하여 운반되는 다수개의 주변브레이드(17E)와, 실린더(17)에 가깝게 이동가능하게 배치되어 실린더(17)의 브레이드(17E)와 함께 협동하여 맞물리게 하기 위하여, 경사진 브레이드수단(33)을 운반하는 가동지주(11, 19, 21)로 구성되고, 상기 경사진 브레이드 수단(33)이 각 지지블록(25)에 의해 운반되는 다수개의 인접브레이드 세그먼트(33)으로 이루어지고, 상기 블록은 상기 지주(11, 19, 21)에 형성된 시이트(22)와 (23)내에서 수용되고 상기 실린더(17)의 축에 평행하게 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이 같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기위한 천공장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 지지블록(25)이 그 시이트(25)내에서 브레이드(17E)와 실린더(17)에 대하여 개별적으로 조정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지블록(25)들이 가동지주(21) 속에 형성된 시이트(22)내에서 각각 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 블록(25)은 쐐기(23)에 의하여 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지블록(25)용 시이트가 가동지주(21)내의 스탭(22)에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 지지블록(25)위에 하나의 브레이드 세그먼트(33)가 같은 또는 정반대 방향을 가지는 두 개 이상의 인접나선 배치로 착설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 지지블록(25)위에 한 개 이상의 브레이트 세그먼트(33)가 착설되고, 각 브레이드 실린더(17)의 축에 평행한 한 개의 절단애지를 가지고, 여러 세그먼트는 같은 또는 정반대방향을 가진 적어도 두 개의 인접나선밴드에 따라 일반적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 가동지주(11, 19, 21)가 추와 유사하게 중력의 영향에 의하여 그것의 액티브 포지션을 한정하는 접합점(38, 39)에 대하는 곳에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 센서에 의하여 불규칙상태가 검출된 경우에 실린더로부터 상기 가동지주가 멀리 빠르게 이동하는 것을 제어하기 위하여 마련된 센서수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 브레이드(17E) 사이의 실린더내에 구(17Y)가 형성되고, 블록(17B)의 각각은 상기구에서 돌출하여 상기 구속에 가끔 쌓이는 웨브재의 배출덩어리와 맞물리는 하나의 이빨(17X)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 실린더(17)의 브레이드(17E)는 액티브브레이드에지로부터 먼곳에 브레이드를 유지하는 블록 또는 바아(17B)의 히일(17B1)과 고무쐐기(17G, 17H)에 의하여 클램핑착설되고, 상기 고무쐐기와 댐핑쐐기(17K)가 접촉소음을 확실하게 줄이고 브레이드 자유단의 제한된 탄성변형을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이같은 재료의 웨브에 가로구멍을 뚫기 위한 천공장치.
