Claims (8)
- 종이 웨브등을 길이방향으로 절단하고, 상기 종이웨브에 대해 가로지르는 레일위에서 지지대로부터 분리가 가능한 원형의 칼을 한쌍포함하고, 상기의 원형칼 한쌍은 장치의 외곽에 고정된 표준 수준표로부터 지지대에 고정된 점까지 상승되는 예정위치거리만큼 분리이동될 수 있는 형식의 길이방향 절단수단에 있어서, 원형칼의 지지대상에 고정된 위치로부터 절단날의 거리가 측정되고 위치선정 거리의 부분으로 제어되어지는 것을 특징으로하는 종이웨브 절단장치의 절단날 위치 제어방법.
- 절단날의 구성으로 축방향을 따라 차례로 위치하는 절단위치의 요구위치에 따라서 한쌍의 원형칼을 여러개 다수로 포함하고, 상기 웨브의 양측부에 위치되는 레일과 하나의 원형칼이 상기 레일에서 분리가능하게 위치하는 지지대로 포함하며, 또한, 요구되는 절단위치가 지지대에 고정된 표준수준표의 장치에 고정된 표준수준표로부터의 거리에 따라 정해지도록 하는 기억을 포함하는 전기적 제어수단을 포함하여, 상기 제어수단을 이용하여, 상기의 이송수단이 조절되어 상기 이송수단이 상기 지지대를 관련위치에 자동적으로 위치변화시키는 작동을 하게되는 종이웨브의 절단장치에 있어서, 측정수단이 제공되고, 지지대(6, 9)의 하나에 고정된 고정위치부터 레일(7, 11)상의 방향에서 상기 절단날(19)의 거리가 상기 측정장치에 의해 규정되고, 상기 절단날(19)의 위치를 규정하는 외부 수준표(46)로부터 각각의 거리로써 상기 기억속에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이 웨브의 절단장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 지지대에 고정된 위치는 상기 지지대(6)에서 참조날(69)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이웨브의 절단장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 참조날(69)는 상기 지지대(6)의 모터캐리어(32)에 고정된 측정부(67)에 형성된 것이며, 상기 측정부(67)는 상기 원형칼(4)의 원주로써 원형칼(40의 축이나 상기 레일(7)로부터 동일한 거리를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 종이웨브의 절단장치.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 웨브(1)에 대하여 직각으로 장치내에 위치하는 각각의 칼(4, 5)에 장착된 위치센서(80)가 제공되고, 상기의 위치센서(80)는 상기 지지대(6)가 상기의 이송수단(40)에 의해 이동될 때, 상기 절단날(19)과 상기 참조날(69)에 의해 접근되거나 통과되는 경우에 전기적신호(73(19) : 74(69)를 발생방출하는 것을 특징으로하는 종이웨브의 절단장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 위치센서(80)가 개시위치에서의 지지대(6, 9)주어진 상기 참조날(69)로부터의 상이한 거리를 갖도록 상기의 위치센서(80)를 제공하는 것을 특징으로하는 종이웨브의 절단장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각각의 거리(81, 82, 83, 84, 85)는 상기레일(7)을 따라 연속적으로 지지대(6)에 주어진 동일거리 만큼씩 차례로 그 거리가 증가하는 것을 특징으로하는 종이웨브의 절단장치.
