Abstract
Dispositivo de corte a medida con una anchura opcional para materiales, preferentemente madera, con por lo menos dos hojas circulares de sierra (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g), que realizan un movimiento rotativo de corte por medio de un árbol de accionamiento (1, 20) situado en posición central, y en las que, para variar una anchura de corte, por lo menos una hoja circular de sierra (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g) está apoyada en forma desplazable axialmente sobre el árbol de accionamiento (1, 20), estando previstos cuerpos de soporte (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f, 3g) con forma de discos, apoyados en forma desplazable axialmente sobre el árbol de accionamiento y sobre los cuales se debe montar fijamente la hoja circular de sierra (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g), que debe ser por lo menos una hoja en cada caso, realizándose el desplazamiento axial de las hojas circulares de sierra (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g) por medio de barras (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 7e, 7f, 7g, 7h, 7i, 7j, 7k, 7l) que se extienden en paralelo al eje del árbol de accionamiento (1, 20) y atraviesan los cuerpos de soporte (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f, 3g), y que durante el movimiento circular de corte de las hojas circulares de sierra (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g) se mueven en una órbita circular alrededor del eje del árbol de accionamiento (1, 20), caracterizado porque las barras (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 7e, 7f, 7g, 7h, 7i, 7j, 7k, 7l) están configuradas como husillos de guía (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 7e, 7f, 7g, 7h, 7i, 7j, 7k, 7l) sujetos axialmente en el árbol de accionamiento (1, 20), cada uno de los cuales está introducido a rosca en una tuerca correspondiente de un cuerpo de soporte (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f, 3g) correspondiente a uno solo de estos husillos de guía, y porque todos los cuerpos de soporte (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f, 3g) pueden ser fijados en el árbol de accionamiento (1, 20) por medio de un listón hidráulico de sujeción (21) común para todos ellos.
