Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere zur Dekubitus-Prophylaxe, die an der Unterseite eines Krankenbett-Rostes (1) montiert ist, mit einer als Zahnradgetriebe mit Ring oder Scheibe ausgebildeten Antriebsvorrichtung (2), die von einem Motor mit Getriebe (16) angetrieben wird, wobei das Krankenbettrost (1) über eine Haltevorrichtung mit einer oberen Lagerung der Antriebsvorrichtung (2) verbunden ist und wobei die Antriebsvorrichtung (2) im wesentlichen symmetrisch unterhalb des Krankenbettrostschwerpunktes angeordnet ist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Antriebsvorrichtung (2) durch welche der Krankenbettrost (1), eine Auflage und ein darauf liegender Patient in eine Präzessionsbewegung um diese Antriebsvorrichtung (2) versetzt werden kann, eine obere Lagerung (11) und eine untere Lagerung (10) aufweist und zwischen der oberen Lagerung (11) und der unteren Lagerung (10) ein Zahnrad (18) angeordnet ist, in welchem mittig eine Scheibe oder ein Ring (13) mit geneigter Oberfläche umläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die obere Lagerung (11) über eine Haltevorrichtung (12) mit dem Krankenbettrost (1) verbunden ist und die untere Lagerung (10) mit einem Aufnahmerahmen (17) verbunden ist, wobei zwischen Krankenbettrost (1) und Haltevorrichtung (12) ein Verbindungselement (14) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haltevorrichtung (12) über ein Anschlagelement (15) in das Verbindungselement (14) so eingreift, daß dieses die Auslenkung der Präzessionsbewegung des Krankenbettrostes (1) begrenzt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Scheibe oder der Ring (13), welche innerhalb des Zahnrades (18) angeordnet ist, als Neigungsscheibe oder -ring mit über dem Umfang veränderlicher axialer Höhenausdehnung ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Scheibe oder der Ring (13) im Zahnradgetriebe der Antriebsvorrichtung (2) inkorporiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Mittel zum Verändern von Frequenz und Amplitude der Präzessionsbewegung vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Frequenz der Präzessionsbewegung im Bereich von 1/10 min bis 1/1 h liegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die maximal in einem Umkreis von etwa 25 cm Radius um die Antriebsvorrichtung (2) erreichte Amplitude der Präzessionsbewegung eine Auslenkung des Krankenbettrostes von etwa 3 cm aus der Horizontallage nicht übersteigt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Antriebsvorrichtung (2) von einer der Präzessionsbewegung folgenden flexiblen Hülle ummantelt ist.
