Claims (10)
- Montageschiene, insbesondere für Anwendungen im Bereich Haustechnik, bestehend aus einem länglichen Schienenkörper (2) von etwa C-förmigem Querschnitt, der eine mit Lochungen (7a - 7d; 27a - 27c) versehene Rückwand (3) und rechtwinklig davon abstehende Seitenwände (4a, 4b) aufweist, die an ihrem der Rückwand (3) gegenüberliegenden freien Ende unter Bildung zweier im wesentlichen parallel zur Rückwand (3) verlaufender Stege (5a, 5b) umgeknickt sind und einen in Längsrichtung der Montageschiene verlaufenden Schlitz (6) beranden, und bei der in den einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (4a, 4b) Profilierungen vorgesehen sind, die sich über die Länge der Montageschiene erstrecken und symmetrisch zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Tiefe (d) der Profilierungen die Breite (b) der den Schlitz (6) berandenden Stege (5a, 5b) nicht überschreitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilierungen als nutenartige Vertiefungen (8a, 8b; 18a, 18b; 28a - 28d; 38a, 38b; 48a, 48b) ausgebildet sind, die jeweils einen von Seitenflächen (8d) berandeten, flächigen Nutengrund (8c; 18c) aufweisen, der im wesentlichen parallel zu den Seitenwänden (4a, 4b) verläuft und das von der senkrecht zur Längsrichtung gemessenen Breite (r) der Rückwand (3) festgelegte Aussenmass der Montageschiene nicht überragt.
- Montageschiene nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch die Profilierungen (8a, 8b; 18a, 18b; 28a - 28d) gebildeten, gegenüber den einander zugewandten Innenflächen der Seitenwände (4a, 4b) vorspringenden, korrespondierenden Wandabschnitte (8e) einen Abstand (i) voneinander aufweisen, welcher der Breite (s) des Schlitzes (6) entspricht.
- Montageschiene nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch die Profilierungen (38a, 38b; 48a, 48b) gebildeten, gegenüber den Aussenflächen der Seitenwände (4a, 4b) vorspringenden, korrespondierenden Wandabschnitte (38d, 48d) einen Abstand (a) voneinander aufweisen, welcher der Breite (r) der Rückwand (3) entspricht.
- Montageschiene nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nutenartigen Vertiefungen (8a, 8b; 18a, 18b; 28a - 28d; 38a, 38b; 48a, 48b) einen schwalbenschwanzartigen Querschnitt aufweisen und an den Seitenwänden (4a, 4b) eine geringere Schlitzbreite (w) aufweisen als am Nutengrund (8c; 18c).
- Montageschiene nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hinterschnittenen nutenartigen Profilierungen (8a, 8b; 18a, 18b; 28a 28d; 38a, 38b; 48a, 48b) in sich symmetrisch ausgebildet sind, wobei ihre Seitenflächen (8d) gegenüber der Vertikalen auf die Seitenwand (4a, 4b) der Montageschiene um einen Winkel (α) von etwa 10° bis etwa 25° geneigt sind.
- Montageschiene nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallel zum Schlitz (6) verlaufenden Stege (5a, 5b) eine grössere Wandstärke aufweisen als die Seitenwände (4a, 4b), wobei die Wandstärkenvergrösserung vorzugsweise durch Umbördeln der Stege (5a, 5b) in Richtung der zugehörigen Seitenwand (4a, 4b) erzielt ist.
- Montageschiene nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Rückwand (3) zugewandte Seite der Stege (5a, 5b) eine Rändelung oder Verzahnung aufweist.
- Montageschiene nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Seitenwänden (4a, 4b) Lochungen (9) vorgesehen sind, die im Raster bzw. einem ganzzahligen Vielfachen des Rasters der Rückwandlochungen (7a - 7d; 27a - 27c) angeordnet sind.
- Montageschiene nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückwandlochungen (7a - 7d; 27a - 27c) eine periodische Abfolge von Lochungen unterschiedlicher Durchmesser und Konturen sind.
- Montageschiene nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schienenkörper (2) aus einem Stahlblech besteht, welches verzinkt oder rostfrei ist und eine Wandstärke (t) von etwa 0,5 mm bis etwa 2,0 mm aufweist.
