Claims (15)
- Stopfen für einen Behälter, beispielsweise Röhrchen oder Flaschen, wobei dieser Stopfeneine Kammer (1), welche eine zylindrische, sphärische oder hemi-sphärische Form hat und welche leer bleiben kann oder welche wenigstens ein aktives Mittel (2), beispielsweise ein Trockenmittel, wie etwa Silicagel, Aktivkohle, ein Parfümierungsmittel, ein Konservierungsmittel, wie etwa Naphthalin, aufnehmen kann,ein Dichtungs- und/oder Rückhaltesystem (3), undein Garantieband (4) mit Rückhaltevorrichtung (5), sowie gegebenenfallsein Druckfedersystem (6),
umfasst, wobeider obere Rand der genannten Kammer (1) als ein von der Mittelachse des Stopfens abgewandter und sich nach unten entlang der seitlichen Innenwand (8b) der genannten Kammer (1) fortsetzender Deckelteil (7) mit das Oeffnen des Behälters begünstigenden Hilfselementen (20) ausgebildet ist, wobei dieser Deckelteil (7) als ringförmiges Element ausgebildet ist,sich das genannte Garantieband (4) mit Rückhaltevorrichtung (5) in der nach unten gerichteten Verlängerung (18) des genannten Deckelteils (7) befindet,sich das genannte Druckfedersystem (6) im unteren Teil des Stopfens und in dem nach unten gerichteten Bereich der Verlängerung der Seitenwand (8) der genannten Kammer (1) befindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie seitliche Aussenwand (8a) der genannten Kammer (1) als Dichtungs- und/oder Rückhaltesystem (3) ausgebildet ist,
entwederder untere Teil der Seitenwand (8) der genannten Kammer (1) als eine der Mittelachse des Stopfens zugewandte Halteumrandung (11) ausgebildet ist, welche verhindert, dass ein von oben her in diese Kammer (1) eingeführtes Element (12) diese Zone passieren kann,dieses Element (12) aus einem solchen Material hergestellt ist, dass es einerseits das von oben her in die Kammer (1) eingeführte aktive Mittel (2) zurückhält und andererseits sich die Wirkung des aktiven Mittels (2) auf der anderen Seite des Elementes (12) entfalten kann,
oderdie Kammer (1) einen Boden (13) hat, in dem sich derart dimensionierte Oeffnungen (14) befinden, dass einerseits das in die Kammer (1) von oben her eingeführte aktive Mittel (2) zurückgehalten wird, und dass sich andererseits die Wirkung des aktiven Mittels (2) auf der anderen Seite dieses Bodens (13) entfalten kann,
undder Raum (15) zwischen der als Dichtungs-und/oder Rückhaltesystem (3) ausgebildeten seitlichen Aussenwand (8a) der Kammer (1) und dem Deckelteil (7) sowie dem Garantieband (4) mit Rückhaltevorrichtung (5) derart ausgebildet ist, dass er den oberen Teil der Wand (16) des in diesen Raum (15) einzuführenden Behälters aufnehmen und fixieren kann, wobeidie Grenzzone (9) zwischen der seitlichen Innenwand (8b) der genannten Kammer (1) und der oberen Oberfläche (7a) des genannten Deckenteils (7) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie mit einem auf die jeweilige Grösse und Form der genannten Kammer (1) abgestimmten, scheibenförmigen Verschlusselement (10) verbunden ist, und so diese Kammer (1) von oben her verschliessbar ist. - Stopfen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (1) ein Volumen im Bereich von 1 cm3 bis 10 cm3, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 2 cm3 bis 3 cm3 hat.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungs- und/oder Rückhaltesystem (3) die Form einer Olive hat oder als wenigstens eine Rille oder Lamelle, insbesondere drei Rillen oder Lamellen, ausgebildet ist.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckelteil (7) und das Garantieband (4) mit Rückhaltevorrichtung (5) entweder aus einem Teil oder aus zwei verschiedenen Teilen, welche miteinander in trennbarer Form verbunden sind, gefertigt sind.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckelteil (7) und das Garantieband (4) mit Rückhaltevorrichtung (5) aneinander angrenzende und aufeinander abgestimmte Randzonen (17) haben, welche insbesondere stufenförmig angeordnet oder schräg sind und miteinander mittels Verschweissung, insbesondere einer thermischen Verschweissung, einer Ultraschall-Verschweissung oder einer Laser-Verschweissung, oder mittels Verklebung verbunden sind.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckfedersystem (6) eine gerade oder spiralförmig ausgebildete oder konische oder zylindrische Form hat, und mit der Halteumrandung (11) oder mit dem Boden (13) verbunden ist.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckelteil (7) mit dem Verschlusselement (10) mittels Verschweissung, insbesondere einer thermischen Verschweissung, einer Ultraschall-Verschweissung oder einer Laser-Verschweissung, oder mittels Verklebung oder mittels Einrasten verbunden ist.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (12) aus Karton, Pappe, Papier, Geweben oder Schaumstofffolien gefertigt ist, und mittels Verschweissung, insbesondere einer thermischen Verschweissung, einer Ultraschall-Verschweissung oder einer Laser-Verschweissung, oder mittels Verklebung mit der Halteumrandung (11) verbunden ist, oder mittels Einrasten an die Halteumrandung (11) fixiert ist.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (13) eine Dicke im Bereich von 0,2 Millimeter bis 1,0 Millimeter, insbesondere 0,5 Millimeter, hat.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (13) von zwei bis etwa fünfzig Oeffnungen (14) hat, welche gegebenenfalls mit einem Abdeckteil (12a), vorzugsweise aus Karton, Pappe, Papier, Geweben oder Schaumstofffolien, abgedeckt sind, und wobei dieser Abdeckteil (12a) an den Boden (13) fixiert sein kann.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist, beispielsweise aus Polyethylen, wie LDPE oder HDPE, oder aus Polypropylen oder EPDM, wobei das Garantieband (4) mit der Rückhaltevorrichtung (5) und das Verschlusselement (10) aus dem gleichen oder aus einem verschiedenen Material wie der Rest des Stopfens gefertigt sein können, und wobei die Farbe dieser drei Teile gleich oder verschieden sein kann.
- Stopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement (10) aus einem transparenten Material gefertigt ist, beispielsweise Polymethylmethacrylat, PMMA, Polyethylenterephthalat, PET, Polyethylen, wie LDPE oder HDPE, oder Polypropylen oder Polystyrol, PS, oder Polycarbonat, PC.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung des Stopfens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass manin einem ersten Schritt die jeweils benötigten Einzelteile je separat herstellt,in einem zweiten Schritta.) im Falle des Vorhandenseins der Halteumrandung (11) das Element (12) einführt und verbindet oder fixiert,b.) im Falle des Vorhandenseins des Bodens (13) mit Oeffnungen (14) bei Bedarf den Abdeckteil (12a) einführt und bei Bedarf auch fixiert,in einem dritten Schritt, falls gewünscht, das aktive Mittel (2) von oben her in die Kammer (1) einführt, undin einem vierten Schritt die Kammer (1) mit dem Verschlusselement (10) abschliesst,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Einzelteile je in einem Spritzwerkzeug herstellt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die verschiedenen Verbindungen mittels thermischer Verschweissung, Ultraschall-Verschweissung, Laser-Verschweissung oder mittels Verklebung oder mittels Einrasten realisiert.
