Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer einen Schwamm aufweisenden Schwammscheibe mit einem Behälter für Reinigungsflüssigkeit und mit außerhalb der Reinigungsflüssigkeit angeordneten Mitteln zum Abstützen des Schwamms beim Ausdrücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Andrückmittel (Andrückrolle 7 - 12) zum Erzeugen einer erforderlichen Andrückkraft beim Ausdrücken des Schwamms (2) und eine Fördereinrichtung (4) zur Bewegung der Schwammscheibe (3) aus der Reinigungsflüssigkeit zu den Mitteln (Ausdrückrolle 6) zum Abstützen des Schwamms (2) und in eine außerhalb der Reinigungsflüssigkeit befindliche Entnahmeposition aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinrichtung (4) einen Elektromotor (18) zum Antrieb der Fördereinrichtung (4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinrichtung (4) zumindest ein Förderband (5, 5a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Mittel zum Abstützen des Schwamms (2) zumindest eine Ausdrückrolle (6) oder ein Förderband (5, 5a) und als Andrückmittel eine mit geringem Abstand oberhalb der Ausdrückrolle (6) oder des Förderbandes (5, 5a) angeordnete Andrückrolle (7 - 12) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Andrückrolle (7 - 12) zu dem Förderband (5, 5a) oder der Ausdrückrolle (6) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Sprühanlage (24) zum Besprühen des Schwamms (2) mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit hat.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Führung der aus dem Schwamm (2) ausgedrückten Reinigungsflüssigkeit in einen zweiten, von dem Behälter (1) mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit getrennten Behälter (33).
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine den Elektromotor (18) schaltende Steuerungseinrichtung (22) zum mehrmaligen Bewegen der Schwammscheibe (3) in die Reinigungsflüssigkeit und zu den Mitteln zum Abstützen des Schwamms (2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderband (5, 5a) aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderband (5) eine Kette (27) aus Metallgliedern (28) hat.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderband (5, 5a) nach oben weisende Noppen (14) zur Mitnahme der Schwammscheibe (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich neben dem Förderband (5, 5a) und/oder der Ausdrückrolle (6) eine Führungsschiene (23) zur Führung der Schwammscheibe (3) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zum Schalten des Elektromotors (18) in Abhängigkeit von der Position der Schwammscheibe (3) ausgebildete Sensorelemente (30, 31, Endschalter 20, 21) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensorelemente (30, 31) zur Erfassung der Position eines in der Schwammscheibe (3) angeordneten Magneten (32) ausgebildet sind.
