Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Geschirrspülmaschine mit wenigstens einem in der Höhe verstellbaren Geschirrkorb an dem ein zugeordneter Sprüharm und dessen Zulaufrohr befestigt ist, wobei das Zulaufrohr horizontal angeordnet und mittels einer Kupplung mit einer an einer Seitenwand eines Spülbehälters befestigten Zuführungsleitung mit einem in Richtung zum Zulaufrohr vorstehenden offenen Anschlußstutzen und zwei geschlossenen in Richtung zum Zulaufrohr vorstehenden Blindstutzen verbunden ist, wobei die Kupplung zwei Öffnungen aufweist, in die jeweils der Anschlußstutzen und einer der Blindstutzen einragt.
Aus der DE-OS 23 55 271 ist eine Geschirrspülmaschine der eingangs genannten Art bekannt, bei der die Kupplung beim Einschieben des Geschirrkorbes aufgrund der konischen Gestaltung der beiden Öffnungen, des Anschlußstutzens und der Blindstutzen gefunden wird und bei der die zwei Öffnungen lediglich aufgrund der Anlage des an dem Geschirrkorb befestigten Zuführungsrohr an der Zuführungsleitung und der konischen Gestaltung der beiden Öffnungen, des Anschlußstutzens und der Blindstutzen abgedichtet sind, Aufgrund der je nach Beladung unterschiedlichen Verbiegung des Geschirrkorbes und damit unterschiedlichen Lage des Zuführrohres, Fertigungstoleranzen des Geschirrkorbes und seiner Führungen, Oberflächenunebenheiten usw. ergeben sich Schwierigkeiten beim Zusammenführen der Kupplung mit den entsprechenden Stutzen und ist es nahezu unmöglich diese Kupplung bei den in der Wasserzuführung einer Geschirrspülmaschine herrschenden Wasserdrücken ohne Flüssigkeitsaustritt an den Kupplungsstellen zu betreiben. Dieser Flüssigkeitsaustritt an der Kupplung führt zwar in einem geschlossenen Spülbehälter nicht zu Flüssigkeitsverlusten, führt aber zu Druckverlusten in der Wasserzuführung zu dem mittels der Zuführung mit Kupplung verbundenen Sprüharm, was zu Verschlechterungen des Reinigungsergebnisses führt.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, auf einfache Art und Weise eine Geschirrspülmaschine der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der unabhängig von der Beladung des Geschirrkorbes ein gesichertes Zusammenführen der Kupplung mit den Stutzen möglich ist und bei der Druckverluste in der Wasserzuführung zu dem mittels der Zuführung mit Kupplung verbundenen Sprüharm und dadurch entstehende Verschlechterungen des Reinigungsergebnisses wirkungsvoll vermieden werden.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Kupplung an ihrem zu der Zuführungsleitung gerichteten Ende eine Zentrierplatte und in Strömungsrichtung hinter dieser eine Dichtplatte mit flexiblen Dichtlippen aufweist, die zwischen einem Gehäuse der Kupplung und der Zentrierplatte frei beweglich ist.
Durch die in alle Richtungen beweglichen Dichtplatte werden Verschiebungen der Kupplung durch die entsprechend der unterschiedlichen Beladung des Geschirrkorbes unterschiedlichen Lage der Kupplung beim Zusammenfahren der Kupplung mit den Stutzen des Zuführungsrohres ausgeglichen. Beim Auftreten von Wasserdruck in der Kupplung kommt es zu einem abdichtenden Anliegen der flexiblen Dichtlippen an dem Anschlußstutzen und an dem einragenden Blindstutzen sowie an der Zentrierplatte, womit Wasserverluste wirkungsvoll verhindert sind. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung ist auf einfache Art und Weise eine Geschirrspülmaschine der eingangs genannten Art geschaffen, bei der unabhängig von der Beladung des Geschirrkorbes ein gesichertes Zusammenführen der Kupplung mit den Stutzen möglich ist und bei der Druckverluste in der Wasserzuführung zu dem mittels der Zuführung mit Kupplung verbundenen Sprüharm und dadurch entstehende Verschlechterungen des Reinigungsergebnisses wirkungsvoll vermieden werden.
Nach einem bevorzugten Merkmal der Erfindung weisen die Öffnungen eine sich zum Inneren der Kupplung verengende, konische Form auf. Beim Auftreten von Wasserdruck in der Kupplung kommt es zu einem abdichtenden Anliegen der Konusse an den einragenden Stutzen, womit eine Verbesserung der Abdichtung erreicht wird.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist in die Dichtplatte eine flexible Platte mit Dichtlippen eingesetzt, womit eine einfache Fertigung ermöglicht ist.
Zweckmäßigerweise ist die flexible Platte aus Gummi hergestellt, was eine weitere Erleichterung der Fertigung bedeutet.
Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind an der Dichtplatte flexible Dichtlippen angeformt, alternativ hat nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung die Dichtplatte einen Überzug aus flexiblem Material, das flexible Dichtlippen aufweist. Beide Ausführungsformen zeigen weitere Möglichkeiten mittels einer einfachen Fertigung die Dichtfunktion der Dichtplatte zu erzeugen.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen die Blindstutzen kegelförmige Spitzen auf, die vor das freie Ende des Anschlußstutzens vorstehen, womit eine zusätzliche Führung zum leichteren Einfahren der Stutzen in die Kupplung geschaffen ist.
Bevorzugt ist die Zentrierplatte in dem Gehäuse der Kupplung mittels Schnappverbindungen befestigt, womit eine einfache Montage der Vorrichtung erreicht wird.
Zweckmäßigerweise sind auf einem umlaufenden Rand der Zentrierplatte Rastnoppen angeordnet, die in Rastöffnungen des Gehäuses einfallen, was eine weitere Vereinfachung der Herstellung und Montage bedeutet.
In besonders vorteilhafter Weise ist die Zentrierplatte gegen das Gehäuse der Kupplung mittels einer labyrinthartigen Dichtungsanordnung abgedichtet, womit eine weitere Ursache für eventuellen Wasserverlust vermieden ist.
Zweckmäßigerweise wird die labyrinthartige Dichtungsanordnung durch den umlaufenden Rand der Zentrierplatte und eine innerhalb des umlaufenden Randes der Zentrierplatte umlaufend angeordnete Dichtkante des Gehäuses der Kupplung gebildet, wodurch eine einfache Herstellung gewährleistet wird.
Vorteilhafterweise ist ein Gehäuse der Kupplung einstückig mit dem Zulaufrohr hergestellt, was eine weitere Vereinfachung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung bedeutet.
Zweckmäßigerweise weist das Gehäuse der Kupplung Aufnahmen und Gegenhalter für Längsdrähte des Geschirrkorbes auf, womit eine einfache Montage der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung erzielt wird.

Eine erfindungsgemäße, nicht näher erläuterte Geschirrspülmaschine weist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel einen nicht dargestellten, in der Höhe verstellbaren Geschirrkorb auf, an dem ein zugeordneter Sprüharm 8 und dessen Zulaufrohr 10 befestigt ist. Der Sprüharm 8 ist mittels einer nicht näher erläuterten Lagerung 9 an dem horizontal angeordneten Zulaufrohr 10 gelagert. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Zulaufrohr 10 mittels einer Kupplung 11 mit einer an einer Seitenwand eines Spülbehälters, im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel an der Rückwand 1 des Spülbehälters befestigten Zuführungsleitung 2 verbunden. Die Zuführungsleitung 2 weist einen in Richtung zum Zulaufrohr 10 vorstehenden, offenen Anschlußstutzen 3 und zwei in Richtung zum Zulaufrohr 10 vorstehende, geschlossene Blindstutzen 4, 5 auf. Die Blindstutzen 4, 5 weisen kegelförmige Spitzen 6, 7 auf, die vor das freie Ende des Anschlußstutzens 3 vorstehen.
Die Kupplung 11 des Zulaufrohres 10 weist ein im Ausführungsbeispiel mit dem Zulaufrohr 10 einstückig hergestelltes Gehäuse 12 auf, in das eine Zentrierplatte 15 als vorderer Abschluß der Kupplung 11 in Einsatzstellung senkrecht, im wesentlichen parallel zu der Zuführungsleitung 2 über Rastverbindungen eingeschnappt ist. Diese Rastverbindungen werden durch an einem umlaufenden Rand 18 der Zentrierplatte 15 angeordnete Rastnoppen 19 gebildet, die bei der Montage in Rastöffnungen 14 des Gehäuses 12 einfallen. Die Zentrierplatte 15 ist gegen das Gehäuse 12 der Kupplung 11 mittels einer labyrinthartigen Dichtungsanordnung abgedichtet, die durch den umlaufenden Rand 18 der Zentrierplatte 15 und eine innerhalb des umlaufenden Randes 18 der Zentrierplatte 15 umlaufend angeordnete Dichtkante 13 des Gehäuses 12 der Kupplung 11 gebildet wird.
Erfindungsgemäß weist die Kupplung 11 an ihrem zu der Zuführungsleitung 2 gerichteten Ende in Strömungsrichtung hinter der Zentrierplatte 15 eine Dichtplatte 20 mit flexiblen Dichtlippen 28, 29 auf , die im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel als Dichtplatte 20 mit einer eingesetzten flexiblen Platte 25 ausgeführt ist und die zwischen dem Gehäuse 12 der Kupplung 11 und der Zentrierplatte 15 frei beweglich ist. Die flexible Platte 25 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel aus Gummi hergestellt. Die Dichtplatte 20 umschließt mit einem vorgezogenen äußeren Rand 23 den Umfang der flexiblen Platte 25 umlaufend. Benachbart zu dem umlaufenden Rand 23 der Dichtplatte 20 weist die flexible Platte 25 die umlaufende Dichtlippe 28 auf, die an der Zentrierplatte 15 anliegt. Die Kupplung 11 weist in den erwähnten Platten 15, 20 und 25 jeweils zwei Öffnungen 16 und 17, 21 und 22, 26 und 27 auf, in die jeweils der Anschlußstutzen 3 und einer der Blindstutzen 4, 5 der Zuführleitung 2, in der in Figur 1 gezeigten Stellung des Ausführungsbeispieles der obere Blindstutzen 4 einragt, wobei die zwei Öffnungen 26, 27 in der flexiblen Platte 25 eine sich zum Inneren der Kupplung 11 verengende, konische Form aufweisen, wie am besten in Fig. 2 zu sehen ist. Diese Öffnungen 26, 27 sind jeweils von einem umlaufenden Rand 24 der Dichtplatte 20 umgeben. Benachbart dem Ende der Öffnungen 26, 27 weist die flexible Platte 25 die Öffnungen 26, 27 umlaufende Dichtlippen 29 auf, die an der Zentrierplatte 15 anliegen.
Das Gehäuse 12 weist weiterhin benachbart zu dem vorderen Ende an der Zentrierplatte 15 eine Aufnahme 30 mit einem im Ausführungsbeispiel als Federhaken ausgebildeten Gegenhalter 31 und am hinteren Ende benachbart zu der Lagerung 9 des Sprüharmes 8 eine weitere Aufnahme 32, die einstückig an dem Gehäuse 12 angeformt sind, zur Befestigung des Zuführrohres 10 an nicht gezeigten Längsdrähten des Geschirrkorbes auf.
Vor Inbetriebnahme der Geschirrspülmaschine wird nach Beladen des Geschirrkorbes mit zu reinigendem Spülgut dieser auf nicht gezeigten Führungen in den Spülbehälter eingeschoben. Dabei kommt zuerst einer der Blindstutzen 4, 5 mit seiner konischen Spitze 6, 7 in Berührung mit der entsprechenden Öffnung 26, 27 in der flexiblen Platte 25 der Dichtplatte 20, in der gezeigten Stellung des gezeigten Ausführungsbeispieles kommt der Blindstutzen 4 mit der Öffnung 26 in Berührung und hebt oder senkt dadurch die Dichtplatte 20 entsprechend der genauen Lage des Geschirrkorbes, bevor der Anschlußstutzen 3 in die entsprechende Öffnung 26, 27, im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel in die Öffnung 27, einfährt. Nach vollständigem Einfahren des Geschirrkorbes wird eine nicht gezeigte Tür geschlossen und der Betrieb der Geschirrspülmaschine kann begonnen werden.
Bei Betrieb der Geschirrspülmaschine, z.B. in der in Figur 1 gezeigten Höhenstellung des Geschirrkorbes, wird von einer nicht gezeigten Umwälzpumpe über die Zuführleitung 2 und über den Anschlußstutzen 3 von dem Sprüharm 8 zu versprühende Spülflüssigkeit in das Zulaufrohr 10 gefördert. Aufgrund des in der Kupplung 11 anstehenden Druckes wird die erfindungsgemäß zwischen Gehäuse 12 und Zentrierplatte 15 frei bewegliche Dichtplatte 20 mit der eingelegten flexible Platte 25 in Richtung auf die Zuführleitung 2 verschoben, wodurch die Dichtlippen 28, 29 der flexiblen Platte 25 an der Zentrierplatte 15 abdichtend anliegen. Die konischen Öffnungen 26, 27 der flexiblen Platte 25 werden durch den auftretenden Druck an dem Anschlußstutzen 3 (Fig. 2) und an dem in die Kupplung 11 einragenden, die nicht benötigte Öffnung 26 verschließenden Blindstutzen 4 abdichtend zur Anlage gebracht. Die labyrinthartige Dichtungsanordnung (Fig. 3) zwischen Gehäuse 12 und Zentrierplatte 15 verhindert am äußeren Umfang des Gehäuses 12 der Kupplung 11 einen Wasseraustritt.
Durch die freie Beweglichkeit der Dichtplatte 20 ist ein einfaches Zusammenfinden der Kupplung 11 mit den anzuschließenden Stutzen 3, 4, 5 erreicht. Durch das Abdichten zwischen Gehäuse 12 und Zentrierplatte 15, zwischen Zentrierplatte 15 und Dichtplatte 20, bzw. flexible Platte 25 und zwischen Stutzen 3, 4, 5 und Öffnungen 26, 27 sind Wasserverluste wirkungsvoll verhindert. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung ist auf einfache Art und Weise eine Geschirrspülmaschine der eingangs genannten Art geschaffen, bei der unabhängig von der Beladung des Geschirrkorbes ein gesichertes Zusammenführen der Kupplung 11 mit den Stutzen 3, 4, 5 möglich ist und bei der Druckverluste in der Wasserzuführung zu dem mittels dem Zuführungrohr 10 mit Kupplung 11 von der Zuführungsleitung 2 verbundenen Sprüharm 8 und dadurch entstehende Verschlechterungen des Reinigungsergebnisses wirkungsvoll vermieden werden.

Claims (13)

  1. Geschirrspülmaschine mit wenigstens einem in der Höhe verstellbaren Geschirrkorb an dem ein zugeordneter Sprüharm (8) und dessen Zulaufrohr (10) befestigt ist, wobei das Zulaufrohr (10) horizontal angeordnet und mittels einer Kupplung (11) mit einer an einer Seitenwand (1) eines Spülbehälters befestigten Zuführungsleitung (2) mit einem in Richtung zum Zulaufrohr (10) vorstehenden offenen Anschlußstutzen (3) und zwei geschlossenen in Richtung zum Zulaufrohr (10) vorstehenden Blindstutzen (4, 5) verbunden ist, wobei die Kupplung (11) zwei Öffnungen (26, 27) aufweist, in die jeweils der Anschlußstutzen (3) und einer der Blindstutzen (4, 5) einragt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Kupplung (11) an ihrem zu der Zuführungsleitung (2) gerichteten Ende eine Zentrierplatte (15) und in Strömungsrichtung hinter dieser eine Dichtplatte (20) mit flexiblen Dichtlippen (28, 29) aufweist, die zwischen einem Gehäuse (12) der Kupplung (11) und der Zentrierplatte (15) frei beweglich ist.
  2. Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (26, 27) eine sich zum Inneren der Kupplung (11) verengende, konische Form aufweisen.
  3. Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Dichtplatte (20) eine flexible Platte (25) mit Dichtlippen (28, 29) eingesetzt ist.
  4. Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flexible Platte (25) aus Gummi hergestellt ist.
  5. Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Dichtplatte flexible Dichtlippen angeformt sind.
  6. Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtplatte einen Überzug aus flexiblem Material hat, das flexible Dichtlippen aufweist.
  7. Geschirrspülmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blindstutzen (4, 5) kegelförmige Spitzen (6, 7) aufweisen, die vor das freie Ende des Anschlußstutzens (3) vorstehen.
  8. Geschirrspülmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierplatte (15) indem Gehäuse (12) der Kupplung (11) mittels Schnappverbindungen befestigt ist.
  9. Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einem umlaufenden Rand (18) der Zentrierplatte (15) Rastnoppen (19) angeordnet sind, die in Rastöffnungen (14) des Gehäuses (12) einfallen.
  10. Geschirrspülmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierplatte (15) gegen das Gehäuse (12) der Kupplung (11) mittels einer labyrinthartigen Dichtungsanordnung abgedichtet ist.
  11. Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die labyrinthartige Dichtungsanordnung durch den umlaufenden Rand (18) der Zentrierplatte (15) und eine innerhalb des umlaufenden Randes (18) der Zentrierplatte (15) umlaufend angeordnete Dichtkante (13) des Gehäuses (12) der Kupplung (11) gebildet wird.
  12. Geschirrspülmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (12) der Kupplung (11) einstückig mit dem Zulaufrohr (10) hergestellt ist.
  13. Geschirrspülmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (12) der Kupplung (11) Aufnahmen (30, 32) und Gegenhalter (31) für Längsdrähte des Geschirrkorbes aufweist.
