Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the field of automatic powered doors and gates. It affects one Folding wing door according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a folding wing door is e.g. from the publication EP-A1-0 561 091 known.
  • Folding wing doors where the door is in single, with each other pivotally connected folding wing is divided, which at Open to the side folded like an accordion and pushed together have been known for a long time. They draw is characterized by the fact that they are particularly large door openings take up significantly less space than doors with pure swinging wings or sliding doors. Basically you can such doors can be opened and closed by hand. On however, such manual operation requires a relatively large one Effort in terms of power and time, so that manually operated folding doors can only be used in special applications.
  • folding wing doors with one are becoming increasingly widespread Power drive, especially if they - for example by means of of a proximity sensor - open and close automatically.
  • the space-saving are combined in an advantageous manner Installation with a quick and convenient way of working, so that such doors are even in areas with heavy traffic have proven.
  • DE-A1-44 43 500 discloses a folding door system with a motorized door drive, in which the outer wings, which can be rotated about a fixed axis of rotation (la, 2a) are driven directly in their axis of rotation, and directly from the drive motor (10) via a spur gear (10b), or via a rotating driven transmission element in the form of a chain.
  • the inner wings attached to the outer wings are pivoted by means of folding joints are not driven themselves, but by the outside Wings when opening or closing in appropriate Sliding bearings moved and pivoted at the same time.
  • a The folding wing or the door as a whole is not locked provided because of the direct rotary drive on the outer Wings and the spur gear an undesirable Pushing open the door by hand is at least difficult.
  • FR-A1-2 541 717 discloses a motor-driven one Folding wing door, in which, driven by a gearwheel, linear and counter-rotating racks both inner folding wings linearly shifted at their free edges and fold the pairs of wings at the same time.
  • a locking of the wing is not provided, so that the door at least from one side by pressing firmly can be opened by hand in the area of the folding joints can.
  • Another disadvantage is that when fully closed Door the wings of each pair of wings practically together cursed and therefore it because of the "blind spot" is likely to be difficult due to a linear thrust movement in Direction of the line of escape necessary for opening the door Initiate folding process.
  • the task is for a folding door of the type mentioned Art solved by the entirety of the features of claim 1.
  • the inventive design of the locking means pivotable about a fixed pivot axis Locking elements it is possible in a simple manner Emergency, i.e. if the power drive fails, the locking to solve first and then the door without difficulty can be opened by hand.
  • the locking system can have a separate, have a drive independent of the actual drive of the door, and can be controlled separately, for example.
  • a preferred embodiment of the invention stands out characterized in that the linear drive system and the locking system each on the top of the folding door are arranged so that the folding wing door comprises first folding wings, which are rotatable about a fixed axis of rotation, and second folding wing, which overlaps with the first folding wing Folding joints are pivotally connected, and that the linear Mechanical drive element with the second folding leaf is coupled such that the second folding wing at one linear movement of the linear drive element simultaneously perform a linear and pivoting movement.
  • Folding wing door is characterized in that the linear Drive element band-shaped, in particular as a rope, belt or chain, is formed and the shape of a lengthways of the door extending closed loop, which at one end via a driven by the drive motor Drive wheel and at the other end runs over a deflection wheel, that for mechanical coupling between the linear Drive element and the second folding wings parallel to the linear Drive element guided and with the linear Drive element permanently connected carriage with one each a cam disc containing guide, as well as on the second folding wings are each provided rotary lever, which Rotary lever with one end on the assigned folding wing firmly attached and with the other end in the guide link the associated guide plate are guided, and that the guide links are designed such that the second Folding wing when opening the door first or when Finally, close the door by swinging it.
  • the linear Drive element band-shaped in particular as a rope, belt or chain
  • Another preferred embodiment of the folding wing door according to The invention is characterized in that for mechanical Coupling of linear drive element and locking element one driver each on the guide washers is attached, which when opening or closing the Door engages with a pivoted pivot lever comes and this pivots that the pivotal movement the pivot lever by means of a connecting rod on the Locking element is transmitted and that the guide links are designed so that when the door is opened in an idle stroke of the carriages or cams first the lock is released without moving the folding wings, and only then the pivoting movement of the second Folding wing is initiated, or that when closing the First the last pivoting movement of the second folding door is completed and only then in an idle stroke the carriage or cams performed the locking becomes.
