Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Reinaromaten aus Reformatbenzin,
wobei in einer ersten Verfahrensstufe aus dem Reformatbenzin durch fraktionierte Destillation ein Reformatschnitt mit Aromaten einer ausgewählten Kohlenstoffzahl Cx oder mit Aromaten mehrerer ausgewählter Kohlenstoffzahlen Cx, Cy... gewonnen wird,
wobei der Reformatschnitt in einer zweiten Verfahrensstufe selektiv mit Nickel oder Palladium auf einem Trägermaterial als Hydrierkatalysator hydriert wird und dabei die Hydrierungsbedingungen so eingestellt werden, dass im Wesentlichen Nichtaromaten, insbesondere Olefine, Diolefine und Triolefine, hydriert werden und dabei konjugierte Diolefine und Triolefine möglichst vollständig hydriert werden,
und wobei anschließend in einer dritten Verfahrensstufe die selektiv hydrierten und aromatenhaltigen Produkte aus der zweiten Verfahrensstufe durch Extraktivdestillation und/oder Flüssig-Flüssig-Extraktion in Aromaten und Nichtaromaten aufgetrennt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei in der ersten Verfahrensstufe ein Reformatschnitt gewonnen wird, der als aromatischen Anteil im Wesentlichen Benzol enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Extraktivdestillation und/oder Flüssig-Flüssig-Extraktion mit einem selektiven Lösungsmittel der Gruppe N-Formylmorpholin, N-Methylpyrrolidon, Sulfolan, Ethylenglykol oder Ethylenglykol-Derivat durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei ein N-substituiertes Morpholin mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen im Substituenten als selektives Lösungsmittel eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei Alkandiole mit 2 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen und/oder deren Monound/oder Dialkylether als selektives Lösungsmittel eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei im Anschluss an die Extraktivdestillation und/oder Flüssig-Flüssig-Extraktion die Reinaromaten destillativ von dem selektiven Lösungsmittel abgetrennt werden.
