Claims (5)

  1. Structure de caisse pour véhicules, comprenant des parois latérales (1, 2), des éléments de toiture et des éléments de plancher (4, 5), ainsi que des membrures supérieures et inférieures (6, 7) et (8, 9), réalisées sous la forme de profilés à chambres, dans lesquels les chambres sont délimitées par deux ou trois parois de profilés, ou bien par quatre parois de profilés formant un profilé fermé, et les profilés de chambre présentent chacun un côté de raccordement vers les profilés de chambre voisins,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les côtés de raccordement (13 - 17) et les axes longitudinaux des parois de profilés (1a, 2a, 4a, 5a) des parois latérales (1, 2) ainsi que des éléments de toiture et de plancher (4, 5) sont agencés perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement de la structure de caisse, cependant que les côtés de raccordement (18, 19 ; 20, 21) et les parois de profilés des membrures supérieures et inférieures (6, 7) et (8, 9) s'étendent dans la direction de déplacement de la structure de caisse.
  2. Structure de caisse selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les parois de profilés présentent, au niveau des zones de raccordement (24a, 25a, 26a), des ergots de raccordement (30, 31) qui s'étendent dans la direction longitudinale des parois de profilés, et sont situés à une distance x1, x2 des surfaces de délimitation supérieures et inférieures (22, 23) du profilé à chambres.
  3. Structure de caisse selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les distances x1, x2 sont comprises entre 5 et 15 mm.
  4. Structure de caisse selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les parois de profilés (1, 2, 4) qui forment la peau extérieure de la caisse de véhicule sont supportées par des barrettes disposées perpendiculairement sur les parois de profilés (1a - 1e) et s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement.
  5. Structure de caisse selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les parois latérales comportent, à des distances de 2 à 4 m, des profilés de raccordement de porte disposés verticalement, lesquels sont constitués par des profilés de soutien (10, 11, 12) en forme de T en coupe transversale, la section supérieure (12a) du profilé en T s'étendant de manière coplanaire vis-à-vis de la peau extérieure de la caisse de véhicule, dans un plan commun avec les parois latérales (1, 2), et les zones de toiture et de plancher (11 a, 11 b) des profilés de soutien (10, 11, 12) étant engagées dans des évidements des membrures supérieures et inférieures (6, 8).
