Description
Aus der Literatur (Alfter, Meyer, Sander "Der Dieselleichttriebzug Regio Sprinter in Niederflurbauweise für den Regionalverkehr", ZEV und DET Glasers Annalen 1995 Nr. 9/10 September/Oktober Seite 372 - 381) sind Aluminiumhohlprofile für Bodenplatten von Schienenfahrzeugen bekannt, deren Querschnitt nicht wie üblich in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung (x-Achse) sondern senkrecht dazu angeordnet sind.

Claims (5)
- Wagenkastenaufbau, bestehend aus Seitenwänden (1, 2), Dach- und Bodenelementen (4, 5) sowie aus Ober- und Untergurten (6, 7) und (8, 9), die als Kammerprofile ausgebildet sind, wobei die Kammer von zwei oder drei Profilwänden oder als geschlossenes Profil von vier Profilwänden begrenzt sind und die Kammerprofile jeweils eine Anschlußseite zu den benachbarten Kammerprofilen aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschlußseiten (13-17) und die Längsachsen der Profilwände (1a, 2a, 4a, 5a) sowohl der Seitenwände (1, 2) als auch der Dach- und Bodenelemente (4, 5) quer zur Fahrtrichtung des Wagenkastenaufbaus angeordnet sind, während sich die Anschlußseiten (18, 19 bzw. 20, 21) und die Profilwände der Ober- und Untergurte (6, 7) und (8, 9) in Fahrtrichtung des Wagenkastenaufbaus erstrecken. - Wagenkastenaufbau nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Profilwände an den Anschlußbereichen (24a, 25a, 26a) in Längsrichtung der Profilwände sich erstreckende Anschlußnasen (30, 31) aufweisen, die in einem Abstand x1, x2 von den oberen und unteren Begrenzungsflächen (22, 23) des Kammerprofils verlaufen. - Wagenkastenaufbau nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abstände x1, x2 zwischen 5 und 15 mm liegen. - Wagenkastenaufbau nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die die Außenhaut des Wagenkastens bildenden Profilwände (1, 2, 4) durch Stege abgestützt sind, die senkrecht auf den Profilwänden (1a-e) stehen und quer zur Fahrtrichtung verlaufen. - Wagenkastenaufbau nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Seitenwände im Abstand von 2 - 4 m senkrecht stehende Türanschlußprofile aufweisen, die aus im Querschnitt gesehen T-förmigen Stützprofilen (10, 11, 12) bestehen, wobei der obere T-Profilabschnitt (12a) plan zur Außenhaut des Wagenkastens in einer Ebene mit den Seitenwänden (1, 2) verläuft und der Dach- und Fußbereich (11a, 11b) der Stützprofile (10, 11, 12) in Aussparungen der Ober- und Untergurte (6, 8) eingefügt ist.
