Claims (35)

  1. Gehäuse (1) für ein fein pulverisiertes oder halbflüssiges Produkt (8), das einen steifen Körper und einen nachgiebigen Boden (4), der mit dem Körper mindestens eine Kammer mit veränderlichem Volumen definiert, die das Produkt (8) enthalten kann, und mindestens ein Sieb (9) aufweist, das bei einem Druck auf den nachgiebigen Boden das Produkt durchlassen kann, wobei das Sieb in einer ortsfesten Höhe im Inneren des Gehäuses montiert ist.
  2. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper eine Öffnung (3) aufweist und der nachgiebige Boden zu einem Gefäß (13) gehört, das in dieser Öffnung angeordnet ist.
  3. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nachgiebige Boden, die Öffnung und die Kammer mit veränderlichem Volumen im wesentlichen gleiche Querschnitte aufweisen.
  4. Gehäuse nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gefäß in Bezug auf den Körper ortsfest montiert ist.
  5. Gehäuse nach einem vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper eine Oberseite (5b) entgegengesetzt zum nachgiebigen Boden aufweist, die sich im wesentlichen auf gleicher Höhe oder auf einer geringeren Höhe wie das Sieb befindet.
  6. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nachgiebige Boden eine nachgiebige Membran (4a) aufweist.
  7. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nachgiebige Membran in einer Ruhestellung ein Profil aufweist, das entgegengesetzt zur Kammer mit veränderlichem Volumen vorspringt, und in einer Betätigungsstellung, zur Verteilung des Produkts durch das Sieb hindurch, ein Profil bsitzt, das dem Profil der nachgiebigen Membran in der Ruhestellung im wesentlichen entgegengesetzt ist.
  8. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil in der Ruhestellung der nachgiebigen Membran ein nach außerhalb des Gehäuses gewölbtes und in der Betätigungsstellung ein zum Inneren des Gehäuses hin gewölbtes Profil ist.
  9. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nachgiebige Boden eine nachgiebige Membran aufweist, die einen Schaumstoff (7) trägt, wobei dieser Schaumstoff zum Produkt (8) hin gerichtet ist und ggf. mit dem Produkt (8) in Kontakt steht.
  10. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nachgiebige Boden eine nachgiebige Membran aufweist, die einen Kolben (4b) trägt, der zum Produkt (8) hin ausgerichtet ist und ggf. mit dem Produkt in Kontakt steht.
  11. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt (8) ein Puder mit einer Körnchengröße von 1 µm bis 100 µm ist.
  12. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt (8) eine halbflüssige Form mit einer Viskosität zwischen 10-2 und 0,15 Pa.s hat.
  13. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Auftragelement (12) aufweist.
  14. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement mit mindestens einem Zusatz bedeckt und/oder imprägniert ist, der aus den bakteriziden und den gleitenden Mitteln ausgewählt wird.
  15. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sieb (9) aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das aus den gewebten oder nicht-gewebten Materialien, den Gittern, den gelochten Folien und ihren Kombinationen ausgewählt wird, ggf. imprägniert mit einem bakteriziden oder bakteriostatischen Zusatz.
  16. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sieb (9) eine Maschengröße zwischen 1 µm und 2,5 mm hat.
  17. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sieb (9) in einem Abstand zur freien Oberfläche des Produkts angeordnet ist.
  18. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gefäß (13) Mittel (11, 15) zur Befestigung am Körper aufweist.
  19. Gehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel einen peripheren Kragen (15) aufweisen, der direkt auf den Körper eingeschnappt, geklebt oder geschweißt wird.
  20. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel einen Rahmen (11) aufweisen, der das Gefäß zwischen dem Körper und dem Rahmen sandwichartig einklemmt, wobei dieser Rahmen eine Öffnung (11c) aufweist, die den Zugang zum Sieb gewährleistet.
  21. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es erste Dichtmittel (10) zwischen dem Gefäß und dem Körper aufweist.
  22. Gehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel und die ersten Dichtmittel (10) zusammenfallen.
  23. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gefäß (13) lösbar im Körper befestigt ist und ein Austauschelement darstellt.
  24. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gefäß ein lösbares Schutzmittel (16) aufweist.
  25. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Deckel (2) aufweist, der schwenkbar auf dem Körper (5) montiert ist.
  26. Gehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zweite Dichtmittel (12) zwischen dem Deckel und dem Körper aufweist.
  27. Gehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Dichtmittel und das Auftragelement (12) zusammenfallen.
  28. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nachgiebige Boden (4) eine zentrale Zone (4f) aufweist, die steifer ist als eine Umfangszone.
  29. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement einen peripheren Wulst (12b) aufweist, der zu einer im Rahmen (11) ausgearbeiteten Kehle (11b) komplementär ist.
  30. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper einen unteren Rand (5a) aufweist, der sich auf einer Höhe mindestens gleich der des nachgiebigen Bodens befindet.
  31. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nachgiebige Boden eine rutschfeste Greifzone bildet.
  32. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement Haare, Federn, einen Florbelag (12a), einen Schaumstoff aufweist.
  33. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt (8) ein Schmink- und/oder Pflegeprodukt ist.
  34. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement eine Quaste (12) ist.
  35. Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sieb einen Florbelag aufweist.
