- the NBR-silicon composite rubber is a composite rubber of NBR having high oil resistance and high weather resistance silicone.
- the hydrogenated NBR (also referred to as "H-NBR”) is produced through a special hydrogenation process to NBR, which has been widely used as a rubber having high oil resistance, and improved heat resistance while maintaining the properties of NBR, weather resistance, Ozone is a rubber with improved wear resistance. - the size of the discharge hole means the diameter to the length of the discharge hole. If the size of the discharge hole is less than 0.005mm, the discharge of the contents is less than the discharge is not desired. If the discharge hole is larger than 2.5mm, the discharge of the contents is very large, and the function of dispersing discharge from the makeup applicator (puff or brush) is reduced, thereby reducing the cosmetic effect. Therefore, since the contents are discharged through the discharge holes of the rubber discharge pad, the discharge holes within the size range should have the proper amount of the content adjusting function.
- the number of the discharge holes may be 1 to 50, preferably 3 to 50, more preferably 5 to 30 per 1 cm 2 unit area. If the number of discharge holes is less than 1 per 1 cm 2 unit, the discharge is too small, and if it is more than 50, the discharge is too large and affects the bursting strength.

- the elongation at the time of applying a force in the vertical direction to the unit area 1cm 2 of the rubber discharge pad may be from 1 to 500%, preferably from 200 to 500. If the elongation is less than 1%, the flexibility is poor, so the usability is poor. If the elongation is greater than 500%, the elongation may be too flexible to affect the discharge hole size.

- the method of measuring the hardness is measured by a type A durometer (circumference), the experimental method is according to ASTM D2240. If the Shore A hardness is less than 10A, it is soft and the elasticity falls. If the Shore A hardness is more than 75D, it is hard and the elasticity falls, so it is not suitable for taking an appropriate amount of contents into the applicator.
- the hardness is defined as the magnitude of resistance to deformation of the object when the object is pressed by another object. Examples of methods for measuring hardness of an object include Vickers hardness, Brinell hardness, Rockwell hardness, Shore hardness, and the like.
- the Shore hardness measuring method is used, and the higher the number in front of the Shore notation, the higher the hardness.
- Shore types are classified into A, B, C, D, DO, O, OO, 000, and M according to the measuring indentor.
- the principle of measurement is the hardness of the various types of indenter sticking to the object and then springing out.

- the force of pressing the rubber discharge pad with a puff is about 300 to 600 g ⁇ f, and when pressed slightly, it is about 1 to 1.5 kg ⁇ f.
- the rubber discharge pad in the present invention may have a thickness of 0.05 to 2mm, preferably 0.5 to 1mm. If the thickness is less than 0.05mm, it is thin and rubber properties are inferior.
- the tensile strength of the rubber discharge pad in the present invention may be 20kg / cm2 or more, preferably 20 to 100kg / cm2, more preferably 50 to 90 kg / cm2. If the tensile strength is less than 20 kg / cm 2, it is too weak to be used as a pad.
- the rubber discharge pad may further include an edge surrounding the rubber discharge pad.
- the cosmetic according to the present invention can discharge the contents through the discharge hole of the rubber discharge pad, it is possible to control the discharge amount to the discharge hole size.
- the cosmetic according to the present invention takes the contents by contacting the contents discharged through the discharge hole through the applicator, and uses the applicator with the contents in contact with the skin.
- the content may be one having a viscosity of 3,000 to 100,000 cps, and preferably 8,000 to 25,000 cps.
- the range is very wide in viscosity and can be used for various contents.

- H-NBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber
- the payoff dispersibility measured the degree of dispersion of the contents in the puff when the contents were taken as a puff by pressing the puff used as a cosmetic applicator to the contents. After use, the remaining amount of the contents was taken into the puff used as a makeup applicator, and the ratio of the contents to the filling amount was calculated by measuring the amount of contents remaining in the container.
- Comparative Example 1 is a cake type sample having a hardness of 60 as measured by ASKER hardness D type
- Comparative Example 2 is a cake type sample having a hardness of 250 as measured by an adapter diameter of 10 cm with a SunRheo meter CR-200D.
- the viscosity of Comparative Example 3 and Example 1 was measured by Brookfield Viscometer Model DV-II +, 29 spindles.
- Comparative Examples 1, 2, and 3 When taking the contents with a puff, Comparative Examples 1, 2, and 3 have a low payoff dispersibility due to agglomeration of the contents, and require additional time to spread evenly because they are agglomerated and applied when applied to the skin.
- Remaining amount is 30% or 60% in case of residual amount, general fact type, facts including screen net, and airless fact, and in case of facts including normal fact type and screen net, contents remain at the edge of container.

- EDM ethylene propylene rubber
- the restoring force was measured by mounting the rubber discharge pad in the container and pressing the center of the sheet with a 4 cm diameter applicator (or applicatior) for 10 seconds to 1 cm depth and then restoring the original shape.
- the swelling strain rate means that the rubber pad is expanded and deformed with respect to the cosmetic.
- the rubber pad of each material was immersed in the cosmetic 20g, and the weight change was measured after standing at 55 ° C. for a period of time. The results are shown in Tables 2 and 3 below.
- Example 1 Example 2
- Example 3 Example 4
