Claims (18)
- 폴리우레탄을 발포시킨 발포 우레탄 폼(foam)을 포함하고,상기 발포 우레탄 폼은 막 구조 및 그물 구조를 포함하는 구조를 갖는, 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발포 우레탄 폼은 폴리에테르계 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르계 폴리 우레탄 및 폴리카보네이트계 폴리우레탄 중 하나 이상의 발포 폼인 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발포 우레탄 폼은 폴리에테르계 폴리우레탄의 발포 폼인 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발포 우레탄 폼은 막 구조 및 그물 구조를 9:1 내지 3:7의 면적비로 포함하는 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발포 우레탄 폼은 포어(pore)들을 포함하고, 평균 포어 사이즈는 70 ㎛ 내지 300 ㎛의 사이즈를 포함하는 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발포 우레탄 폼은 포어(pore)들을 포함하고,상기 막 구조를 갖는 발포 우레탄 폼의 평균 포어 사이즈는 70㎛ 내지 150㎛이고,상기 그물 구조를 갖는 발포 우레탄 폼의 평균 포어 사이즈는 100㎛ 내지 300㎛인,화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화장료 조성물 도포구는 화장료 조성물의 전달율이 30% 내지 100%이고, 상기 전달율은 하기의 식에 의해 계산되는 것인, 화장료 조성물 도포구.[수학식 1]전달율(%) = (도포구에 의해 취하여진 화장료 조성물이 도포대상에 배출된 양(배출량) / 화장료 조성물이 도포구에 흡수된 양(흡수량)) X 100
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발포 우레탄 폼은 복수개의 층을 포함하는 구조를 갖는 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물 도포구의 경도는 애스커(ASKER) 경도기 F형(Type F) 기준으로 30 내지 80인 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물 도포구의 두께는 0.05mm 내지 8mm인 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물 도포구의 밀도는 0.05 내지 0.2 g/cm3 인 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발포 우레탄 폼은 포어(pore)들을 포함하고,상기 발포 우레탄 폼 1인치당 포어수(ppi)는 5 내지 500인 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화장료 조성물 도포구는 상기 발포 우레탄 폼과 결합된,아크릴로니트릴부타디엔 고무(NBR), 스티렌-부타디엔 고무(SBR), 천연 고무(NR), 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트부틸 고무(EVA), 라텍스, 실리콘, 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌(SIS), 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌(SEBS), 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 니트릴 고무, 부틸 고무, 클로로프렌 고무, 폴리올레핀, 에테르계 폴리우레탄, 에스테르계 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌계 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리락트산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 발포 폼을 더 포함하는,상기 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물 도포구는 상기 발포 우레탄 폼의 일면 이상에 폴리우레탄 필름층을 더 포함하는 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물 도포구는 상기 도포구에 고정된 끈, 고리 또는 손잡이를 더 포함하는 화장료 조성물 도포구.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항의 화장료 조성물 도포구; 및화장료 조성물을 포함하는 화장품.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물은 유중수(W/O)형, 수중유(O/W)형, 유분산, 수분산 또는 가용화 조성물을 포함하는 화장품.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 화장품은 상기 화장료 조성물을 담지하는 담체를 더 포함하는 화장품.
