Claims (17)

  1. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere für ein Schminkprodukt, erreicht, die einen Körper (2) mit einem Hohlraum (3), der in seinem oberen Bereich offen ist und einen Raum für das verpackte Produkt (4) bildet, und einen Deckel (7) aufweist, um den Körper lösbar zu bedecken, wobei das Produkt eine freie Fläche (18) zur Entnahme von Produkt aufweist, wobei mindestens ein elastisch verformbares Element (15, 20, 23, 30, 40) so vorgesehen ist, daß in der Schließstellung des Deckels (7) auf dem Körper (2) unabhängig vom Füllstand des Raums die freie Fläche (18) permanent elastisch gegen ein Schutzelement (14, 20) anliegt, das im wesentlichen die ganze freie Fläche (18) bedeckt, wobei das Schutzelement fest mit dem Deckel verbunden und für mindestens ein im Produkt enthaltenes Lösungsmittel undurchdringlich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (7) um eine Achse (8) am Körper angelenkt ist.
  2. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzelement (14) mit der freien Fläche (18) des Produkts über ein axial festes Sieb (55) in Kontakt steht, wobei der Boden des Raums einen Kolben (50) aufweist, der das Produkt (4) mit dem Sieb (55) in Kontakt hält, wobei ein geschmeidiger Boden (53) es ermöglicht, einen Druck auf den Kolben (50) auszuüben, um den Austritt des Produkts durch das Sieb (55) hindurch zu ermöglichen.
  3. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sieb aus einem Gewebematerial oder einem Vliesmaterial, einem Gitter, einer Folie oder einer gelochten Fläche, oder einer Zusammenstellung solcher Elemente besteht.
  4. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzelement (14) aus einem ebenen Element besteht, das mittels eines Federmechanismus (15, 40) am Deckel befestigt ist.
  5. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federmechanismus (15, 40) aus einer Schraubenfeder besteht.
  6. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzelement (14) an einem Block (20, 30) aus elastischem Schaumstoff befestigt ist, der fest mit dem Deckel (7) verbunden ist.
  7. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzelement (14, 20) zum Beispiel aus einer Folie aus Polyethylen, Polypropylen, einem Polyethylenterephthalat/Aluminium/Polyethylen-Komplex besteht.
  8. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzelement (14, 20) ein Schaumstoff mit geschlossenen Zellen ist, dessen Dicke und Elastizität so gewählt werden, daß der Schaumstoff gegen die freie Fläche (18) des Produkts (4) anliegt, unabhängig vom Füllstand des Produkts im Hohlraum (3).
  9. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzelement (14, 20) aus einem Polyethylenschaum, SBR (Synthetischer Butadien-Kautschuk) oder einem Schaumstoff aus Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) besteht.
  10. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem zwischen dem Schutzelement (14) und dem Deckel (7) ein Element (31) aufweist, das mit mindestens einem Lösungsmittel getränkt ist, das zur Zusammensetzung des verpackten Produkt gehörts, um das Produkt in einer mit diesem Lösungsmittel angereicherten Atmosphäre zu halten.
  11. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das getränkte Element (31) aus einem Elastomermaterial, einem Filz oder einem Gel besteht.
  12. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt auf einem elastisch verformbaren Element (40) aufliegt, das in den Boden des Hohlraums (3) montiert ist, wobei die freie Oberfläche des Produkts in der Schließstellung des Deckels (7) auf dem Körper (2) elastisch gegen das Schutzelement (14) anliegt.
  13. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (7) Schließmittel (9, 10) aufweist, die entgegengesetzt zur Gelenkachse (8) angeordnet sind, um den Deckel (7) in der Schließstellung auf dem Körper (2) zu verriegeln.
  14. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem Mittel (16, 17, 22) aufweist, die eine Dichtheit am Umfang des Hohlraums (3) gewährleisten können.
  15. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, die eine Dichtheit am Umfang des Hohlraums gewährleisten können, eine Lippe (16) aufweisen, die an der Innenseite des Deckels ausgebildet ist und die mit einer entsprechenden Nut (17) zusammenwirken kann, die im Körper um den ganzen Hohlraum herum ausgebildet ist.
  16. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastisch verformbare Element, das Schutzelement, die Dichtmittel am Umfang des Hohlraums aus einem Stück (21) bestehen.
  17. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt (4) ein Rouge, ein Fond de Teint, eine Wangenschminke, usw. ist.
