Claims (35)
- Boítier (1) pour produit (8) pulvérulent ou semi-fluide, comprenant un corps rigide et un fond souple (4) définissant avec le corps au moins une chambre à volume variable susceptible de contenir ledit produit (8) et au moins un tamis (9) apte à laisser passer le produit lors d'une pression sur le fond souple, ledit tamis étant monté à une hauteur fixe à l'intérieur du boítier.
- Boítier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps comporte une ouverture (3) débouchant, le fond souple appartenant à un réceptacle (13) logé dans cette ouverture.
- Boítier selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le fond souple, l'ouverture, et la chambre à volume variable sont de sections transversales sensiblement identiques.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle est monté fixe par rapport au corps.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps comporte une surface supérieure (5b), opposée au fond souple, sensiblement au même niveau ou à un niveau inférieur à celui du tamis.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond souple comporte une membrane souple (4a).

- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond souple comporte une membrane souple supportant un piston (4b) dirigé vers le produit (8) et éventuellement au contact du produit.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit (8) est une poudre ayant une granulométrie allant de 1 µm à 100 µm.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le produit (8) est sous forme semi-fluide et a une viscosité allant de 10-2 à 0,15 Pa.s.

- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tamis (9) a une dimension de maille allant de 1 µm à 2,5 mm.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tamis (9) est situé à distance de la surface libre du produit.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (13) comporte des moyens de fixation (11,15) sur le corps.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation comportent une collerette périphérique (15) claquée, soudée ou collée directement sur le corps.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications 18 ou 19, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation comportent un cadre (11) prenant en sandwich le réceptacle entre le corps et ledit cadre, ce dernier comprenant une ouverture (11c) assurant l'accès au tamis.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications 2 à 20, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des premiers moyens d'étanchéité (10) entre le réceptacle et le corps.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation et les premiers moyens d'étanchéité (10) sont confondus.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications 2 à 22, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (13) est monté amovible dans le corps et constitue une recharge.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications 2 à 23, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle comporte un moyen de protection amovible (16).
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un couvercle (2) monté pivotant sur le corps (5).
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des seconds moyens d'étanchéité (12) entre le couvercle et le corps.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les seconds moyens d'étanchéité et l'élément applicateur (12) sont confondus.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond souple (4) comporte une zone centrale (4f) plus rigide qu'une zone périphérique.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications 13 à 28, caractérisé en ce que l'élément applicateur comporte un bourrelet périphérique (12b) complémentaire d'une gorge (11b) pratiquée dans le cadre (11).
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps comprend un bord inférieur (5a) situé à un niveau au moins égal à celui du fond souple.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond souple constitue une zone de préhension antidérapante.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications 13 à 31, caractérisé en ce que l'élément applicateur comporte des poils, des plumes, un flocage (12a), une mousse.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit (8) est un produit de maquillage et/ou de soin.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications 13 à 33, caractérisé en ce que l'élément applicateur est une houppette (12).
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tamis comporte un flocage.
