Claims (35)

  1. Verpackungs- und Abgabevorrichtung (1), umfassend:
    einen Behälter (2), der ein erstes kosmetisches oder Pflegeprodukt (P1) enthält,
    - eine Kapsel (3) zum Verschließen des das erste Produkt enthaltenden Behälters, die dafür ausgebildet ist, an dem Behälter (2) lösbar befestigt zu werden, wobei diese Verschlusskapsel umfasst:
    - Befestigungsmittel, um die Befestigung der Verschlusskapsel (3) auf dem Behälter zu gestatten,
    - mindestens eine Aufnahme (17), die ein zweites kosmetisches oder Pflegeprodukt (P2) enthält, wobei diese Aufnahme (17) sich auf einer den Befestigungsmitteln entgegengesetzten Seite der Kapsel öffnen kann, um die Entnahme des in der Aufnahme vorhandenen zweiten Produkts (P2) zu gestatten, wobei die Aufnahme während der Entnahme des zweiten Produkts mit den Befestigungsmitteln fest verbunden ist,
    wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie außerdem umfasst
    - eine Auftragfläche (4a), die während des Auftragens des ersten Produkts mit dem Behälter (2) fest verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Aufnahme durch eine ringförmige Wand begrenzt ist, die einen Befestigungsmantel verlängert, der ausgebildet ist, um auf den Behälter aufgeschraubt zu werden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese mindestens eine Aufnahme (17) durch einen abnehmbaren Teil (7) der Kapsel begrenzt ist.
  4. Verpackungs- und Abgabevorrichtung (1), umfassend:
    - einen Behälter (2), der ein erstes kosmetisches oder Pflegeprodukt (P1) enthält,
    - eine Verschlusskapsel (3), die ausgebildet ist, um auf dem Behälter (2) lösbar befestigt zu werden,
    - eine Auftragfläche (4a), die dafür geeignet ist, in der von dem Behälter und der Verschlusskapsel gebildeten Einheit enthalten zu sein, wenn der Behälter durch die Verschlusskapsel geschlossen ist,
    - mindestens eine Aufnahme (17), wobei die Aufnahme geeignet ist, mindestens teilweise ein Auftragorgan (40) und/oder ein zweites kosmetisches oder Pflegeprodukt (P2) zu enthalten,
    wobei die Verschlusskapsel mindestens einen Deckel umfasst, der eine Verschlussstellung, in der er die Aufnahme schließt, und eine offene Stellung einnehmen kann, in der er die Aufnahme zugänglich macht, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, das die Aufnahme durch einen abnehmbaren Teil (7) der Kapsel begrenzt ist, wobei dieser abnehmbare Teil (7) auf einem Basisteil (6) der Kapsel befestigt werden kann,
    wobei die Verschlusskapsel ausgebildet ist, um die Öffnung der Aufnahme unabhängig von der Befestigung des abnehmbaren Teils (7) auf dem Basisteil (6) zu gestatten.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abnehmbare Teil (7) mindestens ein Produkt und mindestens ein Auftragorgan umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abnehmbare Teil (7) der Kapsel aus einem Werkstoff und/oder mit einer Farbe hergestellt ist, die von der bzw. von denen des Basisteils (6) verschieden ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abnehmbare Teil (7) mindestens einen Körper (18; 77) und einen bezüglich des Körpers beweglichen Deckel (19) umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (19) und der Körper (18) so ausgebildet sind, dass sie diese mindestens eine Aufnahme (17) im Wesentlichen dicht schließen können.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung des Körpers (18) des abnehmbaren Teils auf dem Basisteil (6) der Kapsel durch Einrasten, durch Verschraubung oder durch Reibung stattfindet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Produkt (P1) ein kosmetisches oder Pflegeprodukt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Produkt (P1) in der Form eines festen Blocks vorliegt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (4a) von mindestens einem Teil der Oberfläche des Blocks gebildet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (4a) durch ein erstes Auftragorgan (4) gebildet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Auftragorgan (4) mindestens teilweise in einen Innenraum (16) der Verschlusskapsel (3) eintritt, wenn diese den Behälter (2) schließt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Auftragorgan (4) ein nicht poröses Material umfasst.
  16. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Auftragorgan von mindestens einer Öffnung (76) durchquert wird, die den Durchgang des ersten Produkts (P1) gestattet.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Auftragorgan (4) porös ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Auftragorgan (4) einen Schaum umfasst.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Auftragorgan (4) ein komprimierbares Material umfasst.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Auftragorgan außen eine aus einem undurchlässigen Werkstoff hergestellte Haut (74) umfasst, wobei diese Haut von mindestens einer Öffnung (76) durchsetzt ist, die den Durchgang des ersten Produkts (P1) gestattet.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (4a) durch ein Gewebe, ein Vlies, ein Sieb oder ein Leder gebildet ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Auftragorgan (4) mehrere Schichten (74, 75) von verschiedenen Naturen umfasst.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusskapsel (3) mindestens einen Deckel (19) umfasst, der eine Verschlussstellung, in der er diese mindestens eine Aufnahme (17) schließt, und eine offene Stellung einnehmen kann, in der er die Aufnahme (17) zugänglich macht.
  24. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (19) mit dem Rest der Verschlusskapsel, wenn er in der offenen Stellung ist, durch ein Scharnier (24) verbunden ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusskapsel mehrere Aufnahmen umfasst, die übereinander angeordnet sein können.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusskapsel (3) einen Stapel von Gehäusen (77) umfasst, die durch Scharniere miteinander verbunden sind.
  27. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharniere um eine Stapelachse der Gehäuse winkelmäßig versetzt sind.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel (3) ausgebildet ist, um auf dem Behälter (2) durch Verschraubung, Einrastung oder Reibung befestigt zu werden.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusskapsel (3) ausgebildet ist, um eine dichte Verschließung einer das erste Produkt (P1) enthaltenden Aufnahme zu gestatten.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusskapsel (3) ausgebildet ist, um die Auftragfläche (4a) von dem Äußeren zu isolieren, wenn die Kapsel auf dem Behälter (2) an ihrem Platz ist.
  31. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel (3) aus einem einzigen Teil aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  32. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Aufnahme (17) ein zweites, zum ersten komplementäres Produkt (P2) enthält.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusskapsel (3) einen Spiegel (21) umfasst.
  34. Verfahren zum Auftragen einer insbesondere kosmetischen oder Pflegezusammensetzung, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - mit einer Auftragfläche (4a), die mit einem ein erstes (P1) Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (2) fest verbunden ist, ein zweites Produkt (P2) entnehmen, das in mindestens einer Aufnahme (17) einer Kapsel (3) zum Verschließen dieses Behälters enthalten ist, wobei die Entnahme stattfindet, während die Kapsel (3) vom Behälter getrennt wurde,
    - dieses zweite Produkt (P2) auf eine Person auftragen.
  35. Verfahren zur Bildung einer personalisierten Verpackungs- und Abgabevorrichtung, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - einen ein erstes Produkt (P1) enthaltenden Behälter (2) liefern,
    - eine Wahl aus einer Gruppe von Kapseln (3) zum Verschließen des das erste Produkt enthaltenden Behälters oder von abnehmbaren Teilen (7) von Kapseln zum Verschließen des das erste Produkt enthaltenden Behälters vornehmen, die jeweils ein vom ersten Produkt (P1) verschiedenes zweites Produkt (P2) und/oder ein Auftragorgan (40) enthalten,
    - eine ausgewählte Verschlusskapsel (3) mit dem Behälter (2) zusammenfügen oder einen ausgewählten abnehmbaren Teil (7) auf einem Basisteil (6) der Verschlusskapsel anbringen.
