Claims (10)
- Preßeinrichtung für nasse Wischtücher zum Reinigen von Fußböden mit einer wasserabführenden Preßauflage und einem die Winkelbewegung einer Preßeinheit relativ zu der eines zweiarmigen Betätigungshebels vergrößernden Übertragungssystem, wobei ein Arm des Betätigungshebels eine Kulisse aufweist, in der ein Teil der Preßeinheit geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die Preßauflage (7) als auch die Preßeinheit (15) gegeneinander konkav ausgeführt und mit ineinandergreifenden Durchbrüchen (19) bzw. Zinken (18) versehen sind, wobei die Preßeinheit (15) über die Kulisse (22) mit dem einstückigen Betätigungshebel (10) verbunden ist.
- Preßeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßeinheit (15) durch eine Achse (25) in den Lagerflügeln (16) drehbar gelagert ist und über beidseitig angeordnete Gleitzapfen (20) in den Kulissen (22) geführt ist.
- Preßeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßeinheit (15) durch eine Feder zurückgestellt wird.
- Preßeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulissen (22) im Endbereich der Auspreßbewegung einen steilen Anstieg (24) aufweisen.
- Preßeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (10) in eine Verbindungshaube (29) übergeht, wobei die Kulissen (22) in Seitenwänden (23) des Betätigungshebels (10) gebildet sind.
- Preßeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im geöffneten Zustand der Preßeinrichtung (15) die Zinken (18) von einer Querplatte (30) abgedeckt sind.
- Preßeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungshaube (29) in geöffnetem Zustand zusammen mit einem Einführtrichter (12) am Preßkorb (11) als Einführhilfe vorgesehen ist.
- Preßeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (10) als rechteckiger Rahmen mit zwei seitlichen Armen (27), eine diese verbindende Trittauflage (28) und der als Spritzschutz dienenden Verbindungshaube (29) ausgeführt ist.
- Preßeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführrichtung des Wischtuches und die Preßrichtung jeweils vertikal ist.
- Preßeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßeinrichtung (3) aus einem Grundrahmen (2) zur Adapation auf einen Behälter (1), an den die Preßauflage (7) angeformt ist, dem Betätigungshebel (10), der am Übergang (9) zwischen Grundrahmen (2) und Preßauflage (7) und der Preßeinheit (15) gelagert ist, die wiederum am Rand (13) der Preßauflage (7) gelagert ist, besteht.
