Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fußbodenwischer mit einem Wischrahmen und einem Wischtuch.
  • Bei den bekannten Wischtüchern (siehe z.B. GB 2 035 064 oder DE 25 51 678) ist die Höhe der Tasche am Rand wesentlich größer als die Dicke des Spannbügels, um das Einstecken des Spannbügels zu erleichtern. Auch wenn die Höhe der Tasche zum Taschenende hin abnimmt, ist sitzt das Wischtuch quer zu seiner Längsrichtung nur relativ locker auf dem Wischrahmen und es kann daher in dieser Richtung, die der Wischrichtung entspricht, hin und her rutschen. Darüber hinaus ist aus GB 2 171 293 A ein Mopp mit einem Scheuerlappen-Halter und einem Scheuerlappen bekannt, wobei zwischen Scheuerlappen-Halter und einer Tasche des Scheuerlappens ein Zwischenraum angeordnet ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Fußbodenwischer mit einem Wischtuch der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, das fest auf dem Wischrahmen sitzt, aber trotzdem ein leichtes Einstecken der Spannbügel des Wischrahmens ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst mit Hilfe der Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Vorschlag kann die Breite der Tasche am Taschenrand um einiges größer sein als die Breite des einzusteckenden Spannbügels, der somit sehr leicht in die Tasche eingeführt werden kann. Sind die Spannbügel des Wischrahmens jedoch in ihrer Strecklage, so liegt der betreffende Spannbügel am Ende der Tasche an, wo die Taschenbreite etwa Bügelbreite entspricht. Das Wischtuch ist somit gegen ein Verschieben auf dem Wischrahmen gesichert.
  • Die Breite am Taschenende entspricht vorzugsweise der Minus-Toleranzbreite eines Spannbügels und die Breite am Taschenanfang kann 10 bis 20% über der Breite am Taschenende liegen.
  • Das Einstecken des Spannbügels in die Tasche kann noch dadurch erleichtert werden, daß zusätzlich die Höhe der Tasche vom Taschenrand zum Taschenende hin abnimmt.
  • Um das Auspressen des Wischtuches in einer Presse zu erleichtern, kann eine der Halterungen von Klammern gebildet sein, in die ein Spannbügel des Wischrahmens, vorzugsweise der starre, also nicht klappbare Spannbügel, eingeclipst werden kann. Wenn das Wischtuch nach dem Abklappen des anderen Spannbügels mit seiner die andere Halterung bildenden Tasche von diesem Spannbügel abgenommen ist, hängt es dann durch die Klammern gehalten nur am starren Spannbügel, so daß es in die Presse gehängt werden kann, ohne daß es mit einer Hand in Berührung kommt. Sind beide Halterungen von Taschen gebildet, so können die Klammern am Ende einer der Taschen vorgesehen sein. Vorzugsweise sind die Klammern auf der Oberseite der betreffenden Tasche angebracht.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung beschrieben. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht eines Wischtuches, und
    • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt entlang Linie II-II in Fig. 1.
  • Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte rechteckige Wischtuch 1 ist für einen Fußbodenwischer 2 bestimmt, der einen Wischrahmen 3 mit zwei Spannbügeln 4 und 5 aufweist, von denen mindestens einer, im Beispiel der Bügel 4, gegen eine Arretierung nach unten klappbar ist. Zur Aufnahme der Enden der Spannbügel 4 und 5 ist auf der Oberseite des Wischtuches 1 an jedem Ende eine z.B. aufgenähte Tasche 6 bzw. 7 vorgesehen, in die jeweils ein Spannbügel 4 bzw. 5 eingeschoben werden kann.
  • Um das Einschieben des klappbaren Spannbügels 4 in die Tasche 6 zu erleichtem, ist die Breite der Tasche 6 am Taschenrand 8 größer als die Breite des Spannbügels 4. Damit sich das Wischtuch 1 trotzdem beim Wischen nicht auf dem Spannbügel verschieben kann, nimmt die Breite der Tasche 6 zum Taschenende 9 hin kontinuierlich ab und sie entspricht dort vorzugsweise der Minus-Toleranzbreite des Spannbügels 4. Damit liegt der spannbügel 4 am Taschenende 9 fest zwischen den Seitenrändem 10 und 11 der Tasche 6,. Beispielsweise kann die Breite der Tasche 6 am Taschenrand 8 10 bis 20% größer sein als am Taschenende 9.
  • Zur weiteren Erleichterung des Einführens des Spannbügels 4 kann die Höhe der Tasche 6 am Taschenrand 8 um einiges größer sein als die Höhe des Spannbügels 4 und zum Taschenende 9 hin abnehmen, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt.
  • Die andere Tasche 7 kann wie die Tasche 6 ausgeführt sein. Da es jedoch dann, wenn das Wischtuch in einer Presse ausgepreßt werden soll, vorteilhaft ist, wenn das Wischtuch an dem starren Spannbügel 5 hängen bleibt, nachdem der Spannbügel 4 abgeklappt und aus der Tasche 6 herausgerutscht oder -gezogen ist, ist die Tasche 7 vorzugsweise so gestaltet, daß der Spannbügel 5 darin gehalten ist. Daher verlaufen die Seitenränder 12 und 13 der Tasche 7 parallel zueinander und sie liegen in einem Abstand voneinander, der der Breite des Spannbügels 5 entspricht. Zur Erleichterung der Einführung des Spannbügels 5 kann jedoch auch in diesem Fall die Höhe der Tasche 7 am Taschenrand 14 um einiges größer sein als die Höhe des Spannbügels 5 und zum Taschenboden 15 hin abnehmen.
  • Alternativ können am Ende der Tasche 7 auf deren Oberseite oder anstelle der Tasche 7 Klammern 16 vorgesehen werden, die auf den Spannbügel 5 aufgeclipst werden, wie dies in Fig. 2 bei 5a angedeutet ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Fußbodenwischer (2) mit einem Wischrahmen (3), der zwei Spannbügel (4, 5) aufweist, von denen mindestens einer gegen eine Arretierung nach unten klappbar ist, und mit einem Wischtuch (1), wobei das Wischtuch (1) endseitig mit Halterungen (6, 7; 16) versehen ist, in welche die Spannbügel (4, 5) eingesteckt werden können und von denen mindestens eine Halterung von einer Tasche (6) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite zumindest einer Tasche (6) vom Taschenrand (8) zum Taschenende (9) hin derart kontinuierlich abnimmt, daß in Strecklage der Spannbügel (4, 5) der klappbare Spannbügel (4) am Taschenende (9) fest zwischen den Seitenrändem (10, 11) der Tasche (6) liegt, und wobei die Breite der Tasche (6) am Taschenrand (8) größer als die Breite des klappbaren Spannbügels (4) ist.
  2. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Tasche (6) am Taschenende (9) der Minus-Toleranzbreite eines Spannbügels (4) entspricht.
  3. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Tasche (6) am Taschenrand (8) 10 bis 20% größer ist als am Taschenende (9).
  4. Wischtuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich die Höhe der Tasche (6) vom Taschenrand (8) zum Taschenende (9) hin abnimmt.
  5. Wischtuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem beide Halterungen von Taschen (6,7) gebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende einer Tasche (7) Klammern (16) zur Befestigung am starren Spannbügel (5) des Wischrahmens (3) vorgesehen sind.
  6. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammern (16) direkt auf der Oberseite der Tasche (7) angebracht sind.
