Claims (9)
- Klappbehälter mit vier senkrechten Seitenwänden (2, 3), die an einer Bodenplatte (1) angelenkt und jeweils nach innen hin in eine waagerechte Lage schwenkbar sind, wobei zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (3) in ihrer waagerechten Lage einander teilweise überdecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der überdeckte Bereich (3c) der darunterliegenden Seitenwand (3a) auf seiner Oberseite Vor- und Rücksprünge (21, 22), aufweist und der überdeckende Bereich (3d) der darüberliegenden Seitenwand (3b) an seiner Unterseite entsprechend derart geformt ist, daß die beiden einander überdeckenden Bereiche in ihrer Gesamtdicke der Dicke einer Seitenwand entsprechen.
- Klappbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Bereiche (3c, 3d) formschlüssig ineinander liegen.
- Klappbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge leistenförmig sind und in taschenförmigen und/oder schlitzförmigen Rücksprüngen, insbesondere Ausnehmungen der anderen Seitenwand einliegen.
- Klappbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei senkrecht aufgestellter Seitenwand die Vorsprünge an dem oberen waagerechten (stirnseitigen) Rand (25) der Seitenwand waagerechte Auflageflächen für einen darüberstehenden Behälter bilden.
- Klappbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Vorsprüngen quer zu diesen verlaufende Stützrippen (26) angeordnet sind, die bei aufeinanderliegenden Seitenwänden in Schlitze eintauchen, die in den Vorsprüngen, insbesondere den Leisten der anderen Seitenwand eingebracht sind.
- Klappbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vor- und/oder Rücksprünge/Ausnehmungen (21, 22) wellenförmig sind.
- Klappbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am senkrechten Rand einer aufgerichteten Seitenwand (3) eine senkrechte Anschlagleiste (4) nach innen vorspringt, an deren Innenseite der senkrechte Außenrand der benachbarten Seitenwand zur Anlage gelangt und daß die Anschlagleiste (4) gegenüber dem senkrechten Rand derart versetzt angeordnet ist, daß die Anschlagleiste (4) zum senkrechten Rand einen Abstand (g) bildet, der mindestens der Wandstärke der Anschlagleiste entspricht.
- Klappbehälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem von der Anschlagleiste (4) gebildeten Abstand (g) eine Anschlagleiste (4) der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand im heruntergeklappten Zustand einliegt.
- Klappbehälter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenplatte Ausnehmungen für die Anschlagleiste(n) (4) im heruntergeklappten Zustand aufweist.
