Definitions
- the invention relates to a folding roller blind for arrangement in tubular, horizontal bands of a folding blind.
- Folding roller blinds on and near windows are known. They consist of a fabric that extends across the height and width of the window. This fabric is with yours upper edge in the lintel area of the window. At equal vertical intervals are generally horizontal, on the side facing the window, tubular bands arranged across the width of the folding blind extend. These ribbons can be separated, preferably on ribbon looms manufactured parts that are then sewn onto the fabric. But it is also possible to tube-like at the vertical intervals mentioned To lay folds and to sew. These tubular horizontal bands or folds are used to hold the roller blind rods, which extend across the width of the roller blind.
- the blinds are also at least vertical Edges running vertically running cords with which the folding blind is pulled up or can be established. When pulling up, the fabric lies down into horizontal folds, the size of which depends on the vertical distances between two successive folding roller blinds.
- Metallic rails are used as folding roller blinds or also plastic rods used. Because the roller blinds are very different Have widths, the metallic rails must be on the respective width of the Folding roller blinds can be cut. These metallic rails are used as bar material at the dealer, the required cutting requires a not inconsiderable Material waste and thus waste.
- the plastic rods as a rule have a smaller cross section than the metal rails, are endless Rails made and wound on a reel. You will be in the one you want Subtracted length from the reel and cut. That through the reel predetermined curvature can, however, be found in a household do not undo it completely, so that these rails are crooked, which is has an adverse effect on the appearance of the roller blind.
- the invention now aims to achieve this To avoid disadvantages and to propose a roller blind that can be easily manipulated Lengths that are straight and practically without Waste to any desired and required length without special tools is adjustable. To solve this complex task, measures are provided the content and subject of the characterizing part of the claim 1 are. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims recorded.
- the folding roller blind 1 which is advantageously made of plastic is made, for example, has a length L of 250 mm. Over their length seen, this one-piece roller blind has several sections A of preferably same length, here for example 50 mm each. At one end this folding roller blind rod 1, whose cross-sectional dimensions W x H approx. 10 x 6 mm amount, a tab-like extension 2 is formed with a transverse to Axis of the roller blind rod 1 extending pin 3.
- the sections A, from which the individual folding roller blind rod 1 consists of the distances from Bores 4, which correspond to the pin 3 in terms of size and cross-sectional shape.
- a separation point 5 Adjacent to the holes 4, which are between the pin 3 and the end Bore 40 of the folding roller blind bar 1 is a separation point 5 formed, in particular a predetermined breaking point, the holes 4 on that Side of each adjacent separation point 5, on which the tab-like, end Extension 2 is arranged.
- the holes 4, 40 are each in the bottom of the groove 6 of grooves 7 (Fig. 5), the cross section of that of the tab-like Extension 2 corresponds.
- the dimensions and dimensions of pin 3 and Bores 4 and 40 are aligned so that they form a clamp fit, when they are put together, which will be explained below becomes.
- the tab-like extension 2 with the pin 3 on the one hand and the groove base 6 the groove 7 with the bore 4, 40 on the other hand each have a thickness s that the half height h corresponds to the roller blind rod 1.
- the extension 2 and the bottom of the groove 6 are mutually offset - based on the height h of the folding roller blind 1.
- the separation points 5 divide the roller blind rod 1 into several, preferably equally long sections. The individual sections have, except for the the bore 4 or 40 area, an I-shaped cross section (Fig. 6), but this cross-sectional shape is not binding for the invention.
- the separation points 5 are by cuts in the flanges of the I-shaped cross section educated.
- FIG. 6 The cross-sectional shape chosen here (FIG. 6) offers the least amount of material the highest possible stability.
- Fig. 8 now illustrates a folding blind from its rear.
- the tubular middle part 10 serves to accommodate the folding roller blind 1.
- the pull cords are through the eyelets 9 located at the ends guided.
- the tubular tapes 8 produced on tape weaving machines can with its upper or with its lower edge on the fabric of the roller blind be attached.
- the row of eyelets 9 can also be above the hose-like part 10 or below, as shown in Fig. 8.
- Partly pulled up Folding roller blind illustrates Fig. 7.
- the folding roller blind according to FIGS. 1 to 4 is, for example, in a length L. made of 250 mm, the individual sections A are 50 mm. Is that to be populated Folding roller blind, for example, 1800 mm wide, so 8 per band Folding roller blind rods required, which corresponds to a length of 1750 mm.
- These seven Individual folding blind rods 1 are by means of the pin 3 and the end Bore 40 coupled together. From another stored roller blind bar the section carrying the pin 3 is now cut off (pinched off, cut off, chipped off, sawed off) and on the already assembled folding roller blind rods coupled by the pin 3 of the extension 2 of this single piece is pressed into the bore 40 of the last roller blind rod.
- the holes 4, 40 or the pin 3 and the groove 7 and the tab-like extension 2 are in terms of their cross-sectional shape and size kept within very tight tolerances, so that a clamp connection with a sufficiently large stability is achieved becomes.
- the seven folding roller blinds mentioned in FIGS. 1 to 4 and the one Section now together form a folding roller blind with a length of 1800 mm.
- the width of the roller blind was an integer Multiple of 50.
- widths of roller blinds that are not are integer multiples of 50.
- the deviation in such a case must be accepted is max. 40 mm. Has this deviation no practical importance, since this measure of the marginal seams 12 of the Blinds is compensated.
- a folding roller blind can be equipped with numerous folding roller blinds. Independent of the respective width of the folding blind and regardless of the number of per folding blind the maximum remaining inventory can only be provided for the provided roller blinds form a folding roller blind bar of 200 mm, a dimension that practically not ins Weight drops.
