Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum radialen Umlenken von Sendungen in Transportanlagen, in denen Sendungen in linearen Streckenabschnitten zwischen einem Oberband und einem Unterband eingeklemmt gefördert werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Oberband (O) die zu fördernde Sendung (S) mit ihrer Krümmungsinnenseite gegen die Umlenkvorrichtung drückt, wobei die Umlenkvorrichtung, auf der die Sendung (S) mit ihrer Krümmungsinnenseite aufliegt, auf der der Sendung (S) zugewandten Seite ein Oberflächenprofil (P) mit Vertiefungen (V) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Oberflächenprofil (P) wellenförmig ausgestaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die tangentiale Länge des Oberflächenprofils, auf der die jeweilige Sendung aufliegt, mindestens gleich groß ist der Länge der Außenseite der jeweiligen Sendung. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das wellenförmige Oberflächenprofil (P) sinusförmig ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das wellenförmige Oberflächenprofil (P) kreisbogenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Oberflächenprofil (P) rechteckförmig ausgestaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Oberflächenprofil (P) sägezahnförmig ausgestaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Oberflächenprofil (P) dreieckförmig ausgestaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Oberflächenprofil (P) Stege (ST) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Oberflächenprofil (P) dreiviertelkreisförmige Erhebungen (K) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung aus einer Haupttrommel (H) mit wellenförmigem Oberflächenprofil (P) besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haupttrommel (H) eine in der Mitte ihrer Höhe radial umlaufende Nut (NU) aufweist, deren Radius kleiner ist als der Abstand der Wellen des wellenförmigen Oberflächenprofils (P) zum Mittelpunkt (M) der Haupttrommel. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Abstreifvorrichtung (AS) zum Abstreifen der Sendung vorhanden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der radial umlaufenden Nut (NU) und über mindestens eine Nebenrolle (N1) eine Hilfsband (HB) geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung aus mindestens einer Haupttrommel (H) und mindestens einer Nebentrommel (N1, N2) oder aus mindestens zwei Haupttrommeln (H) besteht, die alle zylinderförmig ausgebildet sind und um die ein elastisches Band (EB) geführt ist, das an der den Haupt- und Nebentrommeln abgewandten Seite das wellenförmige Oberflächenprofil (P) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausbreitungsrichtung des wellenförmigen Oberflächenprofils (P) senkrecht zur Transportrichtung der Sendung angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausbreitungsrichtung des wellenförmigen Oberflächenprofils (P) schräg zur Transportrichtung angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 oder 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das wellenförmige Oberflächenprofil einen Winkel von größer als 45° und kleiner als 90° zu der Transportrichtung einnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Oberflächenprofil (P) aus einem Schaumstoff hergestellt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Oberflächenprofil (P) Schlitze (SC) aufweist.
