Claims (9)
- Druckwerk einer aus mehreren hintereinander angeordneten Druckwerken in Reihenbauweise zusammengesetzten Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine, wobei das Druckwerk einen verwindungssteifen Seitenwandkörper besitzt in Form eines kastenförmigen, an einer Seite offenen Querschnittprofils mit einem sich etwa quer zur Seitenwandebene erstreckenden Rahmen (5), der in dem die Lager von Druckzylindern aufnehmenden Unterbaubereich (4a) des Seitenwandkörpers eine oder mehrere Aussparungen (7) für den Durchgriff von Zahnrädern eines Zahnradantriebsstranges besitzt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (5) in dem Unterbaubereich (4a) auf der offenen Seite des kastenförmigen Querschnittprofils durch einen abnehmbaren, innen verrippten Deckel (8) versteift ist und der Rahmen (5) weiterhin in einem Walzen eines Farbwerks aufnehmenden Oberbaubereich (4b) durch eine abnehmbar montierte Platte (10) ausgesteift ist. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (8) mit dem Rahmen (5) verschraubt ist. - Druckwerke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (8) und der Rahmen (5) formschlüssig ineinandergreifen. - Druckwerke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (8) aus Stahl oder Gußeisen oder aus einer steifen Verbundkonstruktion besteht. - Druckwerke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen (7) für die erleichterte Montage der Zahnräder seitlich offen sind. - Druckwerke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (10) zusätzliche Lagerstellen für die Farbwerkswalzen besitzt bzw. Axialkräfte der Reiberwalzen auf den Rahmen (5) überträgt. - Druckwerke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (5) zwischen dem Oberbaubereich (4b) und dem Unterbaubereich (4a) der Seitenwand einen abknickenden bzw. zurückspringenden Verlauf besitzt, und
daß in das kastenförmige Querschnittsprofil zur Erhöhung der Steifigkeit der Seitenwand Stützen (12), Rippen oder Streben eingebaut sind, die den abknickenden Teil (5a, 5b) des Rahmens (5) mit dem Bodenteil (5c) des Rahmens (5) verbinden. - Druckwerke nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützen (12), Rippen oder Streben beidseitig um die Lager von die Zahnräder und die Druckzylinder verbindenden Wellen herumgeführt sind. - Druckwerke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (5) bezüglich des Oberbaubereiches (4b) und des Unterbaubereiches (4a) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
